    I am very pleased with the service I received from Parker Bros. They came out right away, I called them as soon as they opened. Both Gregg and his partner were very helpful in explaining what was wrong and needed to be done. They worked quickly to fix the issues and I was very pleased with their service and conversation. Both guys were very kind and down to earth.

    I called Friday morning they was at our home in less then and hour and had everything done and up in running by the following hour!…My husband and I could tell they knew what they was doing the moment they started working..downside the part was expensive…But we couldn’t ask for faster more professional service! Thank you for getting our water up and running so fast!

    My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received from Parker Brothers yesterday ( writing this on Friday, July 17th). We have dealt with Parker Brothers in the past. They did repairs on our well shortly after we moved to this area over 20 years ago. We also have called them periodically to maintain our calcite filter. The workers who come here to do work at the house have always shown a friendly disposition and have been very thorough and prompt.Well, it wasnt any different this time around in the middle of this pandemic. We now kick ourselves that we didnt call them first when our water heater went out the day before yesterday.After an unpleasant experience of physically shopping around for a water heater at two big name stores in town (just to discover that the installation fee dwarfed the price of the water heater! 2/3 of the total cost was just on installation!)It was getting late, so we decided to go back home. I was feeling rather uneasy because I didnt want to shower in cold water after facing the world out there. My husband asked me to check Parker Brothers. I sent them an email. I checked the next morning. (Later, the person who replied to my email admitted that Thursday was a down day for emails.) I went ahead and called them -- this was around 9:30 am. We had our new water heater up and running before noon. I took a piping warm shower by afternoon time just in time to be fresh as a daisy for my important Zoom meeting in the evening!When I had called yesterday morning for a price quote from Parker Brothers, we couldnt believe the installation fee was almost insignificant compared to the quotes from the other folks! it was a no brainer! We ended up paying less than half of the total price the other folks wanted us to pay. The same water heater from Parker Brothers actually had a somewhat higher price tag but, as I mentioned, the installation fee was a steal! After all, they do that all themselves! We should have known!But the deepest impression I received was when I saw those men approaching the house with their masks on. It sent a powerful message that this company cares. Even through the grueling effort it must have taken to carry that heavy appliance down to our basement, they wore those masks. My husband was also glad they took away the old water heater.I wanted to make a personal mention about Greg. He was very amicable and courteous as he finalized the transaction with us, mask on his face all the way. Now, I am curious what he looks like. I am sure his smile is as refreshing as his demeanor.There are not enough words for me to express the appreciation that wells in my heart for the dedication I was able to observe during a time such as this. You have shown a fine professional attitude in the past. During a time like this, you have demonstrated the same professional attitude with and added caring working spirit that needs to be shared.The annoying experience of doing without a water heater for a day turned out to be a journey worth witnessing.Thank you, Parker Brothers, for the invaluable service you provide and the manner in which you carry out your work.

    My well quit pumping Friday late afternoon. Called Parker Bros that evening they showed up early Saturday morning and I had water by 10 am. Friendly, fast, and reasonable.

    Very helpful on phone. We thought we needed a new well and the gentleman on the phone told us something to try first. We are going to try it today. Even though I dont know if this will help us, he didnt try to make money drilling us a new well instead hes trying to help us for free. Great customer service!! BTW they drilled the well we have.
