They show up when they say theyre going to show up. If they say theyll be there at 1pm, your doorbell rings at 1pm on the dot! Theyre a very organized team. They got the work scheduled within days. The quote was reasonable and perfectly in my budget for the project. They roughed in an entire master bath remodel in a morning. Could not be happy with Electric Solutions RVA.

I highly recommend Electric Solutions of Richmond LLC. They were the only company that was able to fit me in within a few days of calling to repair two bathroom exhaust fans. They were responsive, reliable, on time, and covid compliant (wearing masks). My bathroom exhaust fans had a build up of dust and they covered my bathroom with a blue tarp and kept everything super clean. After diagnosing and figuring out the issue with my bathroom exhaust fans, they made a quick trip to Lowes to pick up the necessary parts and fixed everything same day. They were efficient and very reasonably priced. I am super happy with their work and I will be calling them in the future if I need anything else!

David was helpful from the get-go, I told him the problem and he explained how it happens and what needs to be done. He gave me a very quick turn around time and ended up coming out a little earlier as we requested the soonest possible. He thanked my husband for his service in the military and offered a discount which we appreciated a great deal. Him and his crew did great work in a timely fashion and kept me updated every step of the way. Electrical Solutions was wonderful and I cant recommend them enough! David answered the phone when I called and was able to get someone out the next afternoon (no easy feat, every other company I called told me it would be a month or more before they could come out!) And its not because this is not a busy company, his phone was ringing off the hook! He just understood how important it was to get someone out soon and made it happen for me. I expected to have to clean up after the electrician was done, but I could not have been more wrong! The electrician completely cleaned up after himself and left everything as neat as a pin. I had no idea what the job was going to cost (as I mentioned, I was practically desperate) and I was thrilled and so grateful when I got their bill. Very, very reasonable for the work done. I will never call another electrical company and I recommend you dont either!

Fast, friendly service and reasonable prices. We had a popping/smoking breaker on a Thursday night (unfortunately, the one our internet was on, so it felt like more of an emergency than it actually was). We knew it was a simple fix, but were worried about being able to get someone out before the weekend (the 2 companies we called Thurs evening couldnt come out until end of the following week). My partner called Friday morning as soon as they opened and Paul was at our house by 845 (15 min earlier than their quoted time. Awesome!) He was good humored and efficient. Explained in simple terms the problem, what he had fixed, and had us up running by 905am! Just in time for a weekend of watching baby shark on repeat... 🦈😅🙃 Electric solutions definitely saved us from a weekend or more of toddler meltdowns and we definitely saved their number. Would absolutely recommend!

This Company was amazing work with, the office staff was friendly, knowledgeable and courteious. The Electricians Joe and Charles who showed up were friendly, Covid compliant even after they had been vaccinated. It was amazing to see how well they worked together as a team. They arrived covered my floors with protective plastic, and wiped the floors after sweeping. I was highly impressed with their quality of service and professionalism.
