    Mike is fantastic to work with! Our bathroom was original to the house and in desperate need of a full renovation. He worked with us to pick out every aspect in exactly the style we wanted. He is very honest and is totally transparent when it comes to financial and time expectations

    A raccoon had torn aside the cedar siding to make his way into our attic. Mike at Serenity was able to stop by within a day and fixed the damage the day after. He was able to use some spare siding we had and even the paint ended up being a perfect match! We have more projects in mind for him!

    Mike did a 100% interior remodel for me on a house I own. It came out very nicely and Mike was easy to communicate with throughout the process. He worked and coordinated with all the subcontractors. It was painless for me and we got the job done.

    I had gates installed on my back fence, including a car-size double gate. Mike was super communicative, and gave me a very reasonable quote. the work took some time to start due to availability, but it was completed in less than a day once it began. I am extremely pleased with the results, and will be using his services again!

    We had our dream master bathroom renovation. Mike’s plumber, tilers, electrician, drywallers, and painters were all extremely professional and skilled. Mike was communicative throughout and very accessible, walking us through the whole process, from picking out tile with us at the beginning to installing the last few fixtures at the end. He even accommodated other things we needed done around the house during the process (additional drywall work, kitchen backsplash). We could not be more pleased with our end result and are already planning on having our kid’s bathroom remodeled next!

    Mike was a pleasure to do business with. We got 3 quotes and went with the one who was the most reasonable without sacrificing expert work. He was excellent at keeping us in the loop every day on a two week project. He respected our home and took extra measures to keep it as clean as possible.I threw an extra project at him and he finished it for a very reasonable price. The drywall repair work is undetectable.     I am a repeat customer of Serenity Contracting for painting services. Serenity painted my two-story foyer and two-story family room including a dual staircase and loft area. They patched, primed and painted in a quick and efficient manner - never leaving a mess overnight. They uninstalled and reinstalled my draperies which hung two stories in the family room also offering to clean them. They started on time and completed on time. Finished product was fabulous. My second experience was urgent to meet delivery of draperies in my master bedroom. They immediately fit me in and the experience was exactly the same - quick, efficient and well done. In both situations, Mike Davis and his team were polite and professional. I would highly recommend Mike and his team!

    As homeowners finding ourselves in the 30 year cycle of home maintenance, we were almost afraid to come to terms with where to start.Our house is 100 years old, the exterior stucco, the interior plaster. We live in designated wetlands. Our homes physical structure is a combination of deletions, additions and reconfigurations. Nothing is level or square.None of this phased Mike or any of his Serenity Contracting crews.After listening carefully to our plans, and upon initial and careful inspection, Mike was able to point out how best to spend within our budget and address the most immediate and important aspects of our goals.Mike always listened and responded quickly and patiently, tolerating with humor our last minute changes, requiring yet another run to the paint store or lumberyard. No detail was too small to consider (or reconsider).It was our good fortune to find someone like Mike and his Serenity Contracting sub contractors who believed, like us, that there was beauty in our homes imperfections and patina. Many contractors are hesitant to dive into the problems that come with this old house. We found a friend and partner in Mike!
