John and his team are 10/10. Very honest and up front, extremely nice, and they were able to save us money on the renovations for our back deck by reusing wood that did not even need to be replaced! Great communication throughout the whole deck renovations we had. I highly recommend Little River for anyone that needs work done on their home.

Little River Contractors did an outstanding job on my front and side porch and my back deck. They replaced a few boards, sanded down to the bare wood and did an great painting job. Everything looked like new for a 22 year old porch!

The painting project came out looking great and was completed faster than I thought it would. John was there everyday to inspect the work and answer any questions I had. This is a great company. I met John through another individual who did work for us. We have two young children and both my wife and I are extremely busy - John was able to work with our schedule to get the work done during our vacation. They built everything from scratch. He communicates very well and is very much the most responsive contractor I have ever dealt with. His team is very organized and are always prompt and clean after the work. Lastly, when we wanted some stuff fixed from the job - John sent his team to make it perfect. This was with no extra charge. We plan to hire him for additional paint jobs.
