    Quality work at a reasonable price. Anthony quoted me a price over the phone to perform work that came within $20 from the final price.     Michael arrived promptly and was very cheerful and professional. He went right to work, working quickly and efficiently. He answered all my questions and showed me how to operate my fireplace correctly. He even cleaned his glass so it’s sparkling and vacuum the dust from around the control center. He also looked at my gas furnace in my crawlspace, and my heat pump in the attic I will be calling Zola’s To make an appointment to have those two appliances also servicedJob well done by Michael

    Replaced existing furnace with new furnace. Project was completed professionally with two very good mechanics. Removed 20 year old unit from property, installed new and cleaned up. I would recommend Zola Plumbing and Heating. Service repair arrived on Saturday diagnose the problem of no heat and with our extremely cold weather, install was completed on Monday. Thanks to all at Zolas who made this happen.

    I would like to begin by thanking Zolas for the great and excellent service provided. The technicians were professional and efficient, and I highly recommend their work. However, there was one significant issue that left me deeply dissatisfied and resulted in my 4-star rating: the lack of communication from their team was unacceptable.While the supervisor, Anthony, and the secretary I spoke with were both respectful, the process of getting in touch with them was frustrating. I live an hour away from the installation site, and after waiting an extended period for the technician to inform me that they had completed the installation, I received no communication. It wasnt until my husband called to check on the status that we were told they would return the call, which never happened.I have already addressed this issue with the supervisor directly, but I want to emphasize that this breakdown in communication was extremely frustrating. While the overall job was remarkable, this aspect of the service needs serious improvement.

    What excellent service. I had called 2 plumbers for a blocked sewer pipe, the first had told me that he would arrive in 2 hours, but he never arrived, and the second, who spent 2 days struggling with the blocked drain pipe, finally told me that I had to remove the pipe and that He could do it, and I almost believe him! until someone recommended me this great company with high quality, kindness and with its group of professionals, from its secretary to its plumbing technicians. In 20 minutes they arrived at the house, it took them 10 to prepare everything and in 45 minutes they unblocked the pipe, without a mess, with great kindness and their great service of excellence.     Came home from work and discovered I had no hot water. Called my regular serviceman who I havent been too pleased with lately. Voice-mail answered with instructions to leave a message and hell get back to me. Didnt want to wait around since I had no hot water and oil burner wouldnt run so I called Zola who answered promptly. He took my info and said I would be receiving a call shortly from the serviceman. A few minutes later I received the call and I explained my problem. He asked me to check a few things for him then told me he would gladly do a service call the next morning. I was messaged the next morning of an arrival time and the problem was fixed within an hour. Zola will now be my new serviceman for all my plumbing needs. Quick, reliable and dependable with competitive prices. I will recommend to anyone.

    I needed a plumber to handle a water pressure issue throughout the entire house. Many of the homes in my community have the same issue and Zola’s took this into account when I provided my address while scheduling service and sent the technician with (most of) the materials needed to handle the expected problem. Sure enough, that’s what it was and the technician was sure to explain not only the cause, but inform me of the solution as well.Halfway through, the technician had to run for a part that was missing, but he was sure not to charge me for that time and showed me where it was reflected on the invoice.He returned a short time later and completed the job. I waited 24 hours before posting the review to give the system time to present the same problem if it wasn’t fixed correctly, but there is no indication of any of the issues I was having.My technician’s name was Brad and he did a great job. He was professional, personable, and clearly knew what he was doing. I’ve had contractors in the past who did the job, but either did it sloppily or left a mess for me to clean up. There was no mess and the newly installed device looked exactly how it should’ve: neat, clean, secure and level.I have some other, more preventative projects that I need done to head off potential issues down the road and I will definitely be calling Zola’s to handle them. Being newer to my area, I’m happy to have found a reliable and professional contractor for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.

    We had a central a/c system installed in our house. Zola’s were prompt and in contact with me every day that they came. It took 2 days for the installation.     Had my shower faucet replaced. The old one was unable to be repaired due to old and unknown parts( it wasnt a standard brand like delta or moen ...just pieces from an old single handle faucet). Once diagnosed, they knew quickly what needed to be done. Had a basic single handle faucet put in. Very nice work, cleaned up afterwards. Ken came out to diagnose the problem and Mike replaced the faucet. Both were very nice and personable, the office personnel are very responsive and friendly. 10/10 will use again for future projects!

    My furnace was off so house was extremely cold when I arrived. Zolas suggested to slowly warm up house so pipes would not burst. I bought a couple radiators and dear friends arrived with four more. It worked. No pipes burst. I was so lucky. Zolas arrived the next day too to make sure furnace was working and they installed a new thermostat. It was cleaned two days later. Thank you

I had an emergency situation happen with our hot water heater over the weekend and called several other companies first (only because I didnt know better) but Zolas was the only one to come through for me. They not only came through on short notice, but charged a very reasonable rate for an after hour, poor weather conditions call. My final bill was less than other companies charged for just coming out. My recommendation is to go with them FIRST. Thank you Zolas!
