    Excellent service. Weve been customers for more than 10 years. They are always on time for appointments and do the job efficiently even if its an emergency. Whether its cleaning AC units and furnaces or plumbing work they are always professional. Shout out to Nick, Bruce, Gary, and Matt for doing such a fantastic job when they just replaced one of our large outside AC units and a basement hot water heater. Also to Kyle for determining what we needed and making sure everything was done to necessary specifications. Kudos to the Kowalski team!

    One cold morning my home outdoor heat pump went. Make a long store short I had to replace the heat pump and my indoor air-handler. I contacted S.J. Kowalski Inc. and they sent Jacob. Professional and detailed throughout the whole process. I then went down to the main office and was treated the same throughout, greetings and welcoming and was introduced to Mr. Kowalski himself. All very professional within. So I was happy I Ordered the whole new unit and days later the, coldest day of the year, it was installed. Technician’s, Nick, Bruce, Pat were all great throughout the whole installation. I could not ask for anything better. They treated my home like it was theirs.     Friendly quick service! Our furnace quit and they had a new one in and hooked up in less than a week! Nick and Bruce installed the unit efficiently and made sure we knew all the ins and outs before they left! Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs any HVAC work done!

    Effortless and very professional. Jacob made my estimate well detailed and helped me in a big way to lay out what I wanted done. Living in an older home, everything I needed done was attainable in his eyes....and man was he right. On the day that 3 projects needed to be done, The General and his team came and knocked it out of the park. They were all super polite, professional and focused on getting the jobs done right.     They have excellent attention to detail...From my first interaction with Jacob for the estimate, through the quick (less than two-day) installation by Jimmy, Brandon, & Billy - everyone kept me well informed on what to expect, and they followed through with a job well done. I like that they handled everything necessary for the job, and didnt have to hire an outside contractor to do the required electrical work...They even did a bit of landscaping for me (which was unexpected). : ) The Lennox ductless system I went with is whisper quiet and is performing just as promised. I highly recommend S.J. Kowalski if youre in the market for a ductless system.

    Tyler and Jason arrived around 12:00. Finished installing the 40 gallon Hot water heater by 12:40. Changed out Cold water inlet valve with a quick handle valve, and put one on the Hot water Out line.In about a half an hour, I will be taking a hot shower. First one in a few days. How can I complain about that? You cant. This company and its employees are Certified TOP NOTCH Professionals.Thank you S.J. Kowalski Inc. Youre our new Go to Plumber.

    Our ac unit in the office went down on Thursday, we called Kowalski and he sent someone out that day to look at it and it was determined that we needed a new unit. This was during the week that temps were in the 90s. By 9am on Friday, the next day, Bruce, Nick, and Garrett showed up and got to work. They replaced the old unit, cleaned up and actually made it look nicer than it did before they came. They showed us how to change out the filter, and use the thermostat of the new unit. They were very professional, clean and answered all our questions.

    Called for issue with AC at 2:30 pm on a Friday. Had service call at 3:30 same day. Brandon found an issue with worn through wires and made the repair to the conductors. No attempt to tell me I needed to replace things unnecessarily, he just made the repair. Good to see integrity in the field and not try to hurt the customer with extra and unnecessary charges. I have requested Brandon as my future repair guy and he will now be doing my annual service of the AC and Heat units on my property. Kowalski also installed all of my equipment a few years earlier and the equipment has been very reliable and were professionally installed. My background is in the electrical trade, I dont give 5 star reviews easily but they earned this review on installation and service. Highly recommend them for this work.

    This was a geothermal heat pump replacement. The four man crew showed up on time, was very customer friendly, worked very quickly but thoroughly, and finished up well ahead of the time I expected. They also left the affected areas cleaner than they found them.They also worked after startup on tuning the system for the operation I preferred, including the setup of new, smarter thermostats.Ill definitely use Kowalski again for any plumbing or HVAC needs in the future.

    In my decision to try to use cheaper people to do my job. I wasted 7 months time waiting for small contractors to come. They pushed the job to later date. And others came estimated and scheduled the job and never showed. I dedcided to call Kowalsky’s. I explained my situation and told them the importance of this job. We have a family of five we had remodeled a new home for my family. And we were just waiting on a few heating and hot water unfinished projects. To move in. I told them that my youngest daughter is fighting for her life against a DIPG Brain Tumor. We are trying to let her enjoy her new home.Buddy called me back two days later and had an estimator there the next day. That was Friday. I called in on Wednesday. On Tuesday Buddy called me and had two very professional mechanics at my house whom finished the job in a few hours.Everything about this business is professional. When the estimate was agreed upon all I had to do was open an email, click a link and make my deposit from my phone. No waiting. At the end of the job the installers said I could mail my balance in or use the payment portal in my email again. No pressure what so ever over the money involved.Amazing business.     I suspected I had a problem with my heat pump when I saw the bottom portion of the outside unit coated with ice. I called shortly after noon and explained the unit was heating the house fine and told about the ice buildup.     On Saturday, December 23, 2023 we were surprised with water running down our wall in the basement and accumulating on the flour. We called Kowalski plumbing and gave our information. Soon we received a call from Garrett F. He gave an estimated times and arrived at our home. He accessed the situation, explained it, and proceeded to repair the leak. Garrett F was very upbeat, personable, and polite. He was very knowledgeable. His efficiency was evident. We were very pleased with his work and our worries regarding the consequences of water issues over the Christmas Holiday were put to bed. Thank you again Garrett F.
