Great experience all around. Needed an emergency repair of a significant plumbing leak in my crawl space. Visocky Plumbing promptly answered my call, had a plumber on-site within hours, and fixed the problem quickly. Evan was fantastic to work with - positive attitude, worked efficiently, and brought creative ideas for installing new lines to bypass the source of my underground leak. Will definitely call Visocky again for any future needs.

I contracted Visocky Plumbing and Heating to install a new air conditioning unit at my shop. They did it very timely and did a thorough job! Highly impressed. Not only that....when the AC manufacturer did not send the unit I ordered in....they sent their people to drive down to Eau Claire to pick it up for me. Great business....definitely would recommend this business.

I also dealt with owner and admin person on quotes, scheduling and details of the job and were equally satisfied. We own a company that manages multiple vacation rental units. We have called Visocky numerous times for various repairs, installs, etc. They have an excellent response time and do great work. Their pricing is fair and their staff are always friendly and helpful.They will continue to be our go to!

We have used them in the past with fine results, but this last time we were not completely satisfied, however after talking with the owner, he stood behind his work and made adjustments to our bill, in addition to correcting the problem. I had them install a brand new toilet I bought at Menards, still in the box. When they left, we noticed the toilet ran constantly, so we called them back. Understandably, they cannot warranty fixtures they did not supply, and the owner only charged us for the part, and not a service charge on the return visit. We are very satisfied with the results, and will use them again.

After waiting weeks for two other heating repairmen to show up, I called Visocky. I was given the info for repair costs and given a definite time for a repairman to arrive. Dave was great, informative and I am happy to report, the price for the service call was just a fraction of the estimates I had received from other companies. So very happy with Visocky and results.

Evan, the plumber who was assigned to my call, arrived on time as promised and was extremely helpful in unclogging our cabin drain. He explained what he was doing and was easy to make conversation with. I would highly recommend Visocky Plumbing if all their plumbers are as knowledgeable and friendly as Evan.

I manage a town home complex with a total of 18 units. Anytime I have a plumbing issue I give these guys a call and they always are fast and responsive. They provide great quality work for are complex and complete said work in a timely fashion. Never used them for anything HVAC, but if it’s anything like there plumbing id imagine it’d be A+.
