Twice this week Austin Erickson performed electrical work at our home. The first time was to relocate an electrical wire during our bathroom remodeling. He was a subcontractor for Pacific Bath. I was impressed by his work and professionalism. As a result, I showed him several other electrical projects, both interior and exterior. I requested a consultation and diagnostics.Upon his return he determined two of our bathroom GFI outlets were not functioning properly. Several of our exterior outlets were actually using interior outlets and were not equipped with bubble boxes. Another exterior outlet was not properly grounded and in a closed box. One of the exterior outlets that wasnt working had been looked at by two other electricians. They were unable to diagnose the problem. It took Austin roughly 5 minutes to determine that the outlet had failed. It was an interior outlet used in an exterior application. Austin completed all the necessary repairs in a timely and professional manner.I plan to use Mr. Electric the next time I have an electrical issues. Ill also be requesting Austin.

The service was fabulous. Technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly and installed fixtures accurately. Even offered to clean the glass on outdoor ones without being asked! He was so respectful and kind and did not rush in and out. He made my job his first priority. The office staff was cordial and respectful and made my service appointments quickly and fitting my schedule and needs. I’m with them for life!

Absolutely fantastic! Austin and Michael arrived when expected and got straight to work. I felt bad that they had to deal with my wonky wired house. They were very thorough and were able to get the issue fixed when I thought I was doomed to live in a dark living room forever. Five stars just doesn’t seem high enough to express my satisfaction!

Brian and Darin came to fix a problem left unresolved by the first electrician. They were quick, professional, and everything works perfectly now. However i feel the company charges almost twice what other electricians do. To remove the wires and relocate one light switch to an adjacent wall, they charged $1200. For essentially two hours work. Ive had lots of work done before in the last couple of years. This should have been a $500 job at most. Heres the wall that just needed the wires removed.

Andy was prompt and was very personable and he took the time to resolve my electrical problem in a timely manner. I was pleased with the work and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely highly recommend. I will be using them again should i need their service.

I can not say enough about the team that came to my house, they went above and beyond to help us! Ive recommended them to 3 people so far! Brian and Darren were at our house for the week upgrading everything to bring my house into the 21st century. We had plug fuses for the house and it was a nightmare for all of our electronics and appliances; always unplugging things when we werent using them because of the major light flickering issues. We lost power in 3 rooms and it was time to fix it! We were worried the house would catch fire. These guys found so many hazards in my new to me house that I just bought 4 months ago. They even have options for financing. Financing was one of the main reasons I chose them to fix it, and how knowledgeable Brian was when we came out for the consult. They were very professional and knowledgeable! They will be back soon to continue all the changes we need and want.They have my trust and appreciation!!Thank you so much for keeping my parents, babies, and I safe from fire and possible electrocution!I will always be grateful for yalls speedy help with my homes issues!

I want to start off by saying my house put those poor electricians through the ringer. Despite the electrical issue being complicated, confusing, and taking longer than anticipated to fix; they were flexible, responsive, and even sent additional electricians to help mitigate the issues and resolve the problem quicker.All of my interactions with any employee were pleasant and positive. They were quick, responsive, polite, professional, and they treated myself, my pets, and my home with respect. They changed lightbulbs that had gotten blown out and even went as far putting a paper towel over my sink drain to prevent and debris from getting in while they worked on a light above it.Brian was the main electrician that worked at my property and he was amazing! He even offered to help put things back in their place and at one point was sweeping up after himself. He was incredibly kind and helpful.The customer service from on the phone to in person was great and was the main reason I chose to go with Mr. Electric after calling a few different companies.I’m glad I went with Mr. Electric and I would definitely recommend them. If I ever need electrical services again I now know who to call!

Brian and jesse made us feel so comfortable and were very professional. We needed a new electrical panel and outlet. They even answered any questions and or concerns we had. They also finished in a timely manner AND cleaned up after they left. We’ve used Mr Electric twice now and the results have been great! The first was installing a new outlet, the second time was troubleshooting and fixing a circuit. Both times the staff was quick to set up an appointment. Brian did great work both times and was very helpful not only in getting the service completed but explaining what was done and things to keep an eye on. Great service, we’ll definitely use them for any future electrical needs!

Austin Erickson works for Mr. Electric and they are lucky to have him. Austin is professional in his appearance, approach, and delivery with every job. When he arrives, he immediately puts boot covers on to protect the flooring. He asked great questions to learn what the real problem is because most dont really know. After he learns what the problem is, he shares those details with me the customer AND gives me options on how to accomplish the task. After I agree to it, he immediately gets to work even though I wanna talk his ear off. He is safe, respectful, courteous, and caring. Good luck finding any home service professional that can meet his standard. I will always use Mr. Electric as long as Austin works for them.

I had five estimates for the extensive work I was to have done. Brian with Mr. Electric listened to what I needed and worked to solve my problems. He tailored his estimates/options to my specific needs. Brian was the only one of the five that did this and because of it I chose Mr. Electric. Brian and his apprentice Darin came out on the date we agreed on and did everything they said they would do in a professional and efficient manner. I was kept informed on what was happening and they were great about answering any questions I had. Brian and Tyler returned in a timely manner to button up the job, and I couldnt be happier. I will certainly call Mr. Electric again and request Brian when I am ready to update the old knob and tube wiring that exists in part of my home.
