Thank you Tri-state when we were told we needed to remove and replace our tank as a condition of sale we called so many places for advice and estimates. You were not only the most reasonable but your communication about the process was unbelievably professional and beyond helpful Your crew arrived early and was the most courteous contractor we dealt with in 25 years in Pawling.

A big thank you to Tri-State Environmental Services in Hawthorne, NY. In preparing to sell our house in Putnam County we needed help with addressing an underground oil tank which had not been used in several years. Tri-State took the time to explain various options and scenarios, based on the very limited information I could give them about the tank. They were also able to adjust their schedule to work within the timeframes of our closing. I really appreciated their time, patience and professionalism, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing that type of service.

Thank you Tri-State Environmental. When we were told our oil tank was old so it was probably leaking and given a crazy estimate by one of your competitors we expected the worst. You were all kind and courteous from the beginning. Thankfully that first contractor was wrong, you removed it and there was absolutely no evidence of a leak.You did an amazing job restoring the area too.

What a nightmare it is when your aboveground tank leaks in your basement. Even though it was nothing we ever want to go through again, Tri-State helped us every step of the way. They worked with the fire department to stop the leak, installed fans to help with the odors and guided us through the whole process from reporting to our insurance company to making sure the DEC was satisfied.
