They’ve installed gas heat, mini-splits, replaced piping, installed new heating elements, tune ups and air conditioning work. They’re easy to get in contact with, answer their phones, show up on time, and do the highest quality work.

We had a leaky pipe behind our washing machine thanksgiving weekend. We called PhD plumbing on a Saturday morning, although he is busy with personal stuff ,he said he would be over in an hour. George was here by noon time and had everything repaired within an hour. We now know where to find a Reputable plumber from now on when we have an emergency. thanks, George!

Highly recommend PHD Plumbing! We had issues with our master bathroom sink and jacuzzi tub. Wasn’t comfortable with the advice of a previous plumber (was told to replace the faucet just by looking at it, no hands-on examination), so wanted a second opinion and called PHD. Turns out the faucet did not need replacing, just new cartridges, saving me a bundle. The tub was challenging to access, but James was tenacious and did an excellent job. He patiently answered all my questions during the process as well. If we have any future plumbing needs, will not hesitate to call PHD, worth every penny for a job well done.

PHD Plumbing is going to be my go-to company for household issues for the rest of forever. As first time homeowners, it was super important that they made sure that we got not just what we asked for, but what we actually needed. They were able to give us fantastic advice about our 1960s era plumbing. They did a side-by-side cost break down of two options for fixing our hot water, setting us up to save a ton of money over time. They guided us through a lengthy process of swapping out our old oil heat/boiler system. James personally found two potential house fires in our old set up and averted them by being extra thorough. I cant say enough about how awesome this company is!

James from PHD came by to service my furnace. It was making a strange noise and not fully turning on. He was awesome. He arrived on time, was Personable, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and gave good advice. My furnace was not a popular brand but he still knew exactly what to do. I also really appreciate the transparency in pricing on website. Tina the office manager made the appointment easy and seamless. I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have done plumbing work in our bathroom, kitchen, serviced the hot water heater, and maintained our sump pumps. Tina is so friendly and accomodating, and will pull miracles off in emergencies to make sure she can get one of their extremely talented service techs out to you. Their work is first class, their prices very fair, and their reliability is beyond belief. I wont do business with anyone but PHD!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND PHD PLUMBING AND HVAC!!!While away on vacation this week we saw a member of this group post there was a power outage in Plaistow on Wednesday morning. When we got home from vacation our Rinnai combi boiler wasnt working properly and I feared a power surge damaged it. After trying a basic reset a few times it still wouldnt work. I called PHD plumbing and heating out of Bradford, MA and they sent out a technician. The technician evaluated the unit and then did a master reset until it fired up. The older Rinnais are finicky and it takes 17 minutes per reset to fire up which held him up. When it was working properly he went to his van to write up the slip. He came back in to tell me he wasnt going to charge me for the service call. I offered him cash or to buy him and his trainee lunch and he just wanted a handshake. We are very grateful! Very nice guy! He has serviced our Rinnai in the past and very knowledgeable about on demand hot water heaters and boilers. Very, very grateful!
