Jeff and his crew has taken care of my drains a few times over the past few years. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I would 100% recommend! They stopped by today because the drain from my house to the street was clogged with roots. It was making it so nothing was draining in my house and the basement started to develop a puddle. Jeff took care of the clog and got the drains flowing again. Worth every penny! They even recommended a local plumber that I can use when I want to upgrade the old drain system in my house. I had such a great experience with Jeff’s Drains. I kept getting rain in my garage since I have a sloped driveway. I had a driveway drain that needed to be cleaned before a rainstorm and Jeff was so kind and had Chris out to my house the next day. Chris was on time, professional, knowledgeable and a nice guy. He got the job done quickly and I haven’t had any water in my garage since.I highly recommend Jeff’s Drains! The best out there!!

I called Jeffs Drains after throwing another company out of my house for trying to upcharge me $2500!!I was told someone would be at my home between 10:30a and 12:30p today.Dylan showed up earlier than expected at 10:10, and was very polite, courteous, and professional. He got right to work and although he ran into a slight hiccup, he did get my drain cleared with a bit of assistance from Chris. Both gentleman were equally respectful of my home.Everything works now as it should, I would highly recommend Jeffs Drains if you need someone straightforward and knowledgeable to clear a clogged drain!!

Had a clogged toilet that was affecting our plumbing system and had to turn the main water line off. Jeff was able to visit a few hours after I first called to report the problem. He was efficient, responsive, and professional in his work and provided services at a reasonable price. Will absolutely call him first in the future!I had called around to other services in the area and was receiving estimates of a few days to weeks and had been on standby for 48 hours with Maffei expecting them to arrive with no updates.

I got home from work Friday at 6:30 to a clogged pipe affecting my only bathroom. After calling 3 other local businesses, all of which were not able to help even though, their websites indicated 24/7 emergency....bla bla. I called Jeffs Drains, spoke to Jeff and explained I needed it fixed ASAP. He said hed send a guy in about an hour. Guy showed up, was very personable, and was able to fix the issue in less than 1 hour. The bill was absolutely reasonable and for once, I didnt feel like I was screwed by a contractor. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jeffs Drains. These guys came through big time!

We had a back up with our main waste drain in the basement, We called around and had one estimate (not Jeffs Drainz) that said he needed to replace our main cast iron pipe to the foundation wall and then from foundation, we would need to remove part of porch, and dig up through street to main line. The cost was going to be over $12000. Our neighbor heard this and recommended Jeffs Drainz, he was the quickest of 5 attempts at finding a plumber, he looked at the pipe, and immediately knew it was roots from a near by tree, he located the access valve in the floor, brought in his equipment and in about a half hour the water was flowing, he showed us some of the roots that caused the problem, and the bill was $240, a savings of $12000.00 and saving a lot of stress. It sounded to good to be true, but it was. Jeffs honesty, his explanation of the whole process, knowledge, and quickness was unbelievable. I cannot say more about this man, he is now on my speed dial and I will recommend highly. It is amazing to know that their are still honest and good people to work with in our time. I do not usually write reviews, but I had too, it was great.

I found This company through a Google search and called at 9:42PM. Even though I was a first time customer, Jeff was at my house within 1 hour. My drain clog was caused by rather large root mass that took Jeff quite a while to cut through. After the blockage was broken through and the water level went down, Jeff continued to snake the pipes until the snake passed all the way to the street with no resistance. In other words, he didnt just clear the blockage and take off. He wanted to be sure my problem was completely solved. This was the best experience Ive had with a contractor and would definitely recommend his service.

I discovered a severely clogged outlet pipe in the septic system, as it had apparently gone un-pumped by my elderly parents for years. I called Jeff on Thurs afternoon, he responded immediately, and came on Friday afternoon. He worked for several hours to solve the problem and did an amazing job. When I say it was clogged, it was solid sludge for 30+ feet. He had to use MANY types of equipment to tackle this, then fished a camera through the pipe to ensure that the blockage was gone and that the distribution box appeared to be in good working order. His prices were very reasonable (even though this was way harder and messier than he bargained for!) and he was professional and fun to talk to throughout. I am so grateful for his help, as I had been worried about this for a few weeks and feared needing to replace all or part of the septic system.

I had an issue with backflow from my septic. I thought it was a clog and called Jeffs.They came when they said they would. Chris quickly figured out it wasnt a clog and went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot the problem. He didnt charge me for the visit!! , very professional, kind and helpful. I ended up calling a septic company and it was a pump issue.
