Shelby McDonald worked on my shower faucet handles to repair a leak. The technician was respectful and approachable. He checked in with me to let me know what was going on and what needed to be done. He worked efficiently and resolved my issues. He also had me to personally check and see that the leak was gone. Very good work and will use again.

I called RotoRooter late in the afternoon in a little panic, having discovered a leak behind our garage. The dispatch gal was friendly and efficient. Kenneth and his team showed up within 20 min and they took care of the leak as well as tightened up another valve I showed them. They were speedy, knew exactly what they were doing and real friendly to boot. Reasonable cost too. I had called several other places in Hattiesburg before trying them and no one was able to help us immediately so I am so glad I saw RotoRooters ad for 24hr emergency calls. I will call them again for other projects and highly recommend them.

Imagine getting out of the shower and seeing your bathroom flooded with an inch of water because your toilet decided to wake up and choose violence. Then, imagine yourself fixing it by replacing the wax ring- only to go into the kitchen and see that its flooded, too! And its flooding through a pipe behind your fridge, because whoever built this house obviously had a vendetta against mankind. You call a *not important plumbing company* and they said theyd call when theyre on the way. They dont. You call again in the morning, and they sound irritated and tell you itll be today or tomorrow with no timeframe, and hang up. You proceed to wait all day. Then you get tired of waiting. Then you call Roto-Rooter!Let me tell you, Kenneth is the man that we need but dont deserve. Kenneth knows stuff. Kenneth does stuff. Kenneth not only used his amazing skills to fix the problems, but pointed out other issues to be aware of in the future. I want Kenneth for all of my plumbing needs. Was he timely? Absolutely. As soon as the call was made, he was there. He did an amazing job. He made what seemed to be a huge problem into a problem that was easily handled! Dont waste your time on any of these other companies when you have a problem that needs to be solved ASAP, call Roto-Rooter! I am going to call him from now on when I have any issues. Am I going to recommend him to everyone I know? Yes. In fact, Im going to make sure my boss uses him for the things we have to do in our laboratory to make sure its up and running smoothly.
