Pierce’s certainly earned my trust and loyalty. I chose to call them because they had 60+ years of experience listed and when blindly searching for a repairman in the midst of a freak arctic blast, I hoped to find someone competent. I found them. Not only were they so unbelievably kind, respectful, and reassuring on the telephone (I believe I spoke to Mary), they seemed happy to have someone come help me quickly. And it was so quick. On a Friday before Christmas in the middle of a freeze, someone was with me within the hour that I called. The repairman they sent (Clark) showed up with a smile and was so kind, efficient and patient with all of my questions. He had my heat up and running in minutes and was very pleasant and professional. It helped to find out they had serviced my home for the previous owner, that I felt confident in their familiarity with my unit. The price was also reasonable and fair for the service. I feel lucky to have found them and will be calling on them for all of my hvac and plumbing needs. The take away is they 1) showed up and quickly, 2) fixed the problem and quickly, 3) didn’t hurt my wallet, and 4) were professional and friendly. Can’t ask for more than that.

I cant brag on these folks enough. A literal perfect storm was brewing, an end to a long work week and a dead AC all in this great Mississippi heat (85⁰ at 7 PM)! To add insult to injury, a very pregnant wife that is due any day now. It wasnt even an hour after making the call, their technician was out at my house. Not even thirty minutes left, we were up an running! It was misery the first few hours getting home, but thankfully they got us up and running again. Even with paying for a home warranty, we went straight to these guys (we didnt want to wait for them to send us their contract person). Im so glad we made the call. These guys saved us especially my poor wife. They will definitely be getting my business again if the need arises.

Ive used Pierce Plumbing for years and have never been disappointed in the service Ive received! Their employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and always highly communicative about what is going on in your home. Id recommend them for any and all plumbing needs!

I was pleased with the service from the first call. The person I talked to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The next day I got a call from one of the repairman Tyler whom also were very polite. He said he would be here in 15 minutes. He came checked with Mr air-conditioned unit. He told me the problem and told how we could he could fix it. Because the unit he suggested that Because of unit being so old i should replace the unit . I asked if he could just replace the motor and then maybe next week year after the winter months. I would be better able to afford a new unit. Tyler fixed my unit. I was very pleased with the out come. I do recommend thier service. Thank you

Mr. Pierce came promptly on a cold Friday afternoon and did not charge me one penny! I thought the thermostat control was missing, only to find it there! Im getting to an eye doctor ASAP. LOL He was so courteous and caring. He sets the standard for what a serviceperson should be.

I have used Pierce twice now and have been pleased both times. I have had them out for an emergency repair on a Friday night to replace a busted line, and again to correct another plumbers mistake. They are fast, knowledgeable, professional, and do great work. I will be using them for any plumbing problems in the future.

Ok, so the water 💧heater decided to go out this week....the WEEK OF CHRISTMAS 🎄 and I called Pierce Plumbing.They came out & installed a new water heater and when my husband saw it he said thats the Finest looking water heater I have ever seen and look at their work! Everything is very professionally done and really looks 👍good.They did a great job 👏👏 and I highly recommend them..🏆🏆

I called Pierce Plumbing because I had a small water leak in a pipe leading to my dishwasher. They were there really fast and got me fixed up. They were a lot better priced than the other two companies I had look at it. Any plumbing jobs I have from now on will only go to them.

Had a hot water pipe burst under my house, raised foundation home. A plumber came out on a Saturday within about an hour of being called. He couldnt fix the issue because the space under the home became very tight, but he did show us how to turn off the hot water so the pipe wouldnt continue to leak and he didnt charge us because he couldnt fix it!

5 star service! Called office at 9:42 am on a Saturday. Contractor returned call at 9:47 am. He arrived at 10:15 and was finished before 10:30. Be advised that your first hour starts when plumber calls back. After first hour I was advised that charges are calculated in 15 mins intervals!
