    Jim, from Lowry Plumbing came out to scope my main and in doing so he located a giant mass of roots in my 4” lateral. I removed the toilet and removed a 5’ long mass of roots growing up the outside of toilet flange and then down my lateral. Jim was great in every step of the way he explained the cost of each service. They will be my plumbing contractor for anything I can’t handle in the future.

    Jean and Alnaydo who just installed the furnace in our home are amazing. They were so polite and hard working. From the moment they walked in they showed me what needed to be done to remove the old old furnace and replace the new. They answered my question as I looked in on the progress that was being made. It was a joy and a pleasure to have these knowledgeable gentlemen working on the installation for us. In the end they left the area cleaner then when they got there. They removed the old unit (which was huge) making it look like it was never there. For any other installation at our home I would ask for them by name. THANKS GENTLEMEN FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!

    Today Ari, an electrician from Lowry came in to help us with an old GFI that was not working. He promptly swapped it out for a new one and changed the broken box as well. As are all of Lowry’s employees he was very careful and neat about his work and cleaned up when he was finished. Glad he was able to stop by on short notice!Yesterday, Dan from Lowry arrived to help with a plumbing issue. He changed the faucet, was very neat in clean up and a pleasant worker in all ways!! So glad he was able to respond so quickly to arrive.Now I will leave a review for James from Lowry HVAC Services, another outstanding employee! He replaced two water heaters for us and was so thorough and careful. It was a tricky install because the new heaters were larger and the pipes didn’t line up. He put in little angles and got everything working. Also tightened loose gas lines and secured exhaust vents. He did this while patiently explaining what he was doing to his apprentice and letting him participate in the job. They left the basement neat and clean. I would highly recommend James for any HVAC work! 8/8/24Dale from Lowry came by today to install two light fixtures for me. He is amazing! He knows exactly what he’s doing and carefully checks each wire. He even checked the dimmer to see if it was compatible with the new LED, which it wasn’t. So he thoughtfully put in a new switch as well. Plus he is so neat putting every little nut or piece of wire in his pocket and making sure he picked up every little piece from the fixture’s packaging. I have had electricians that left a mess. Needless to say, they no longer work for me. Thank you, Dale. Lowry should be proud of you! 8/1/24I met Shaun to service our heating system a few months ago. He was very professional and thorough in his review of our system. He explained the situation to me and answered my questions.Yesterday, Dale Koch, the electrician came into our property to install 2 GFCI breakers. He is such a kind person, and was so thorough and careful about his work. He explained why he was doing certain things and how it would be better for our situation. He is truely a special employee! Lowry has a way of hiring good people!!Dale helped us again with an electrical issue at another property today. Every little piece of wire he cut off went into his front pocket. No need to clean up after him! Plus he is so trustworthy! I always value his advice. Lowry is lucky to have such a conscientious employee!!

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Tom and Calvin for some electrical work at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with their service.     Lowry has always done a great job by us! Jacob and his assistants were polite, kind and knowledgeable! They made getting a brand new furnace and ac unit easy! Jacob shared several times to call if we need any help at all with the new equipment and I felt totally at ease and comfortable with all the workers! They worked so hard and so long in very cold temps- never complained and only asked if I needed any other help with understanding what we bought! Great job!

    Nick found a potentially bigger problem than what we initially thought was a bathtub fixture issue. Good thing he looked at the plumbing in my basement while turning off the main and found a crack in a large pipe that would have put raw sewage in my basement had he not spotted it. Cost me more than I thought it would now but much less than what it could have been later. Thanks Nicolas!

    Amazing company. Andrew is working electrical stuff in my house. Very professional, on time and they care about your home. I have also used their plumbing service. Top notch. This is an honest company that cares. On a side note Andrew finished the electrical and even help me put my china closet up. Very heavy but he just wanted to help. AMAZING company. Clean work!     I called Lowry Services initially about 7+ months ago. After I had a quote, I saved, and then called them back when I was ready. Luis Pol was assigned to my location. I was really worried about installation, and how it would look, and re-thinking I did not make space for Luis and his Team to work. Luis was nice enough to figure out - he had all of the space he needed - and the installed the Generator easily from the outside and through the attic of Garage. He made a recommendation to replace the Panel Box - because our Panel Box was over 30+ years old, and we followed his recommendation. Due to his recommendation our energy bill is not as high, and I think this is due to Luis making sure the correct circuit breaker of power is aligned to our new Gas Dryer and he did this as the right thing to do - I did not ask for the recommendation about the Dryer circuit breaker - he just did it. He doesn’t even know he has saved us money in our Energy bill, and I want to personally say thank you to Luis Pol and the Team that helped him install our new home Generator. Thank you again. Also: for customers: Luis is a very nice person to talk to - very informative and he was on-time 😁 and have an excellent time frame of when the next work would be completed. I highly recommend Luis Pol and his Team for any future customers that are interested in purchasing a Generator for their home.

    We had a pre-paid A/C system Tune-Up scheduled and David Thomas was excellent. Polite and friendly throughout. He inspected our Lowry installed 4-year old system and detailed every aspect of its working on a sheet he provided at the end. He showed my son a minor wiring problem that had developed. Thankfully the repair is covered under our 10-year warranty. David T also installed a whole unit Surge Protector that he recommended. He also installed a surge protector on the outdoor unit that should have been installed in 2020. Great, honest service from Lowry as always and I would absolutely recommend them for any HVAC system maintenance in the future. And I highly recommended David T for any future work. He deserves a raise! 😁

    We moved in with my elderly father and am in the process of setting up an outdated shop in the basement and get rid old pull chain lights that have been there for the last 30 years. Didn’t have a great experience with another electrician I called (he came out to give an estimate but that was a month ago and never received the estimate or a call back). Called Lowry Services because of word of mouth (and have worked with their plumbing division in a professional capacity). They scheduled for someone to come out Saturday 10/12/24. However they were having their electrician run longer on a job and couldn’t come til Monday 10/14/24. They called us to notify us about the situation (communication was excellent). Nick the electrician came Monday and gave me an estimate right then (we also needed a ceiling fan box installed in an upper bedroom with only a crawl space access panel). At first the estimate gave me a little sticker shock but it was reasonable and I do understand when you want something done right and up to code it’s no time for pinching pennies. We agreed on the job and Nick called his office to look at his upcoming schedule and I’m thinking, “maybe a few weeks out” but he said, “how’s Friday”? Wow! They came on Friday and got everything finished (and even installed our ceiling fans for free). Thorough and extremely professional in their work. Could not be happier. From the initial call to completed work our experience has been fantastic. Will definitely use Lowry in the future, oh wait, they are actually going to come out 10/22 to give us an estimate on a second Ac/heating zone in the house for more efficiency (something we have been talking about since spring when we moved in).     I called five other plumbers and Lowry was the only one that was willing to do a new sink install. While it was trickier than expected (because the builder did not do things to code) Travis corrected the problem and left us in better condition than we were before! We couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and care that was taken to ensure the job was well done. Travis far exceeded any expectations we had.

    Highly recommend. Everything from the estimating, planning and installation was top notch. Ultimately a 3 day job due to a 100 year home.     Lowrys just finished a fairly big project for me and were terrific start to finish! Tom and Santo installed a new electrical panel — not an easy feat in a stone house — but they did a wonderful job! Chad worked on my radiator lines and did terrific work especially on short notice. Kyle upgraded my well and worked on interior plumbing and did a fantastic job finding a leak that was covered by flooring, coming back and making sure our water is up to standard and working to get everything installed in a timely way.     Nicolas did an amazing job! He thought he came to fix a small leaking pipe, on new years eve; 6 hrs later he had fixed several issues i didnt realize I had. He was professional, courteous, kind; and he identified and fixed several leaks and corroded valves I didnt realize were slowly leaking. Nicolas needs a raise!     This review is for their HVAC services. The scheduling department was friendly and nice to talk to, and their technician Chad was also very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We had an issue where our heat wasnt working upstairs, and they were able to squeeze us in in a timely manner and help us out. The issue ended up being something pretty simple and didnt require much, which Chad was up front and honest about. The pricing was fair. I highly recommend them for HVAC!

    I contacted Lowry Services for repair of an electrical issue in my home. They scheduled me promptly and Nick arrived bright and early. I told Nick I would be contacting Lowry again to install a ceiling fan and also do another electrical repair at my adjoining property. To my surprise, he was able to extend his service visit that same day, purchase a ceiling fan for me, install the fan, and complete the additional work at my adjoining house.     I am extremely pleased with the work Andrew did at our home. His work ethic is just exceptional - he stayed at our home for over 10 hours, until after 10 at night to repair damage done accidentally by a different contractor. This allowed us to have power that evening and remain at home rather than have to stay at a hotel. He reviewed all the work done with us and answered all of our questions. We were so pleased with the work he did that we asked Lowry to have him come back to completely rewire our electrical service box because it was decades old and a mess of tangled wires. It is now an organized, streamlined, clearly labeled box which also makes our home safer. Lowry is fortunate to have someone of Andrew’s caliber in their company. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Andrew and Lowry return should we need any other electrical work done.

    In the middle of a Saturday, the power went out in my living room. Believing I had tripped a breaker with too many items running on a circuit, I went to go to the basement to check the breakers when I realized the power was still on in the kitchen. This was a new event! The power was only out in the living room and bedroom above. After turning off and on breakers and checking all GFI outlets (not as simple as it sounds in this house), I made a call to Lowry Services. Luckily, Nick was able to stop by within a couple hours.The next hour was spent testing every outlet and switch in the affected rooms, but finding no culprit. Like I suspect in many families’ homes, not every outlet is easily accessible, and large heavy furniture had to be moved, and display cases had to be unloaded to do so in some cases. Nick patiently helped me do this, squeezing into some tight spaces to limit the moving needed. But nothing!Undaunted, Nick went up into our attic crawlspace to see if there were problem going further up. From this inspection, he deduced the living room/bedroom circuit carried through from the second bedroom, which sits above the electrical panel in the basement. Testing the presumed outlet in the circuit, Nick found the poorly wired outlet that had worked a wire free from its connector. One simple outlet replacement, and power was restored!I give Nick all the credit for eventually diagnosing the problem. This was not straightforward, the problem outlet is not one generally used, and was far enough away from the noticeable issue that it was not a suspect. Once diagnosed, Nick finished in 5 minutes. I am very thankful for diligent people like Nick, and very appreciative for Lowry’s quick response.

    I needed to get a Peco-supervised gas pressure test to have my gas supply swithed on. The places i called had never heard of this, till i called Lowry services. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive - came out to meet the Peco supervisor on extremely short notice. The Lowry plumber Gavin was great,walked me thru everything he was doing, performed the test, and replaced a very old shut-off valve and gas line. Very professional. I highly recommend Lowry.

    Jim and the rest of the company are honestly the best team I’ve ever came across. Jim set the ground work with identifying the problem of my sewer line that was cracked and laid out exactly what the steps and plan was on getting it fixed. I felt comfortable with every word and followed through with the project. The teams that came and fixed my sewer lines was top of the line, friendly, and early! They would arrive about 20 minutes early and prepped before the time to start. The teams also showed me everything they were doing and explained in detail what was going on.
