    I could not have asked for a better group of guys to handle such a large job. Starting with Dominic who helped coordinate everything, to the team including Nick, Ricky, Jake, and Jon, I will be forever thankful! I had an old system that was on its last leg, including an oil tank, this team was able to complete the job in half a day, they were professional, friendly, and extremely efficient! They walked me through how to use the new unit and didn’t leave until I was comfortable! I would never use another company, these guys are the best! Thank you again for all the hard work at my home and for giving my family piece of mind regarding both our AC and Heating unit for many many years to come! Highly recommend!!

    IT Landis replaced our oil heater with a new propane system. Our home has a hybrid system of heating with a heat pump as a primary source of heat and the new propane as the backup when the temperature drops. From my perspective it was more involved than a simple installation. Ricky and Jon were here for almost two full days and did an excellent job. They treated our home with great care by laying plastic where they walked and removing shoes when it was necessary to come into the living area. From start to finish they explained their work in terms of what would be involved and their anticipated timing. They spent time going through the new technology with the replacement thermostat and did an excellent job cleaning up and patching where old equipment had been removed. The job also included the removal of an old oil tank from our basement which was done quickly and efficiently. Also want to send a shout out to Zachary, our sales rep and estimator. He was very thorough as well, and worked with us when we were uncertain of the direction to go with the replacement system. Very patient with our many questions and super responsive to email. Overall, from start to finish, we are very satisfied customers.

    One of those great companies with amazing employees that delivers exactly what they say they will. They came on a Tuesday, assessed our needs and completed Thursday of the same week!!!! Water heater and well pump replaced. No mess left behind no disposal of heavy equipment! Amazing!!! And they were kind enough to tolerate my two overly friendly large dogs. We were so impressed we bought a service plan ( we NEVER do that). There is no price to put on peace of mind. Use this company, don’t bother shopping around wasting time just do it…stop sitting there and call them before your basement becomes an indoor pool.

    We had two ACs, furnaces, air purification systems and humidifiers, and one dehumidifier installed. A three day job, as we made a significant change to the order on day one which slowed them down slightly, but they were able to pivot quickly. Zach B. was very helpful in explaining to us our options and offering a fair price. The installation was done by Ricky G. and Jon Q., with help from Jacob M. and Johnny W. on day three. All five of these men are highly experienced, careful, hard-working, trustworthy professionals who care about doing the job to the very highest standard. They sought our input regarding aesthetic decisions, they made recommendations to improve the installation, and they were patient and thorough in explaining to us how to use and maintain the equipment. We’ve been customers of IT Landes for many years. This is why.

    Someone from IT Landes came out to my next door neighbors a few days ago & that gentleman said our waste water pipe had a hole in it & needed to be fixed. Today, another tech came out & because we have no access to the crawl space, he had to go next door for access. He did NOT find any hole, no leaks, & after flushing several times the area was still dry. What he did find is a problem with our heating system. That well need someone else to fix. IF we have to replace the waste water pipe wed need a concrete person to tear down a portion of the back wall & then fix it since this is 1/2 a twin without access to the crawl space. Nor do we have access to the electric crawl space.

    My wife and I had a ductless heating and cooling system installed in our old, stone house. We knew the job was going to be a big one, and we wanted to find an installer that would do the job well and put the extra effort in to leave it looking good. We went with these guys and we are very glad we did. Zach and Dominic did a lot of work to help us understand the job and lay the plans ahead of time.The process of installing the units in an old house with 2 foot thick granite walls was further complicated by our change of plans at the last minute, but the team, from front-office back to the guys with the boots on the ground was pleasant, accommodating, and never made us feel like what we wanted to change was an inconvenience to them (even though Im sure it was).Ricky and CJ were on site every day, consistently, and were pleasant and respectful, and clearly took pride in doing their jobs like true craftsmen. The entire team, including the guys that came in at various times to help with this huge task (Bobby, other-Ricky, Nick, Brian, Jon -- Yes, the job was this massive) were great with the house, pleasant with my family, and mindful of the dogs constantly getting underfoot and out any open doors. When the job was complete, I just stood back and took in the magnitude of what theyd done and how good it looked. I cant say enough good stuff about everyone we interacted with.The team has left me with no reason to regret the investment, and I will recommend them without reservation. Im looking forward to the weather shifting and giving me a better chance to test out the new equipment.

    Got back from vacation yesterday and found the hot water heater leaking into our finished basement, called, IT Landes they came out within an hour and replaced old unit,old valves with new ball valves,new expansion tank,drip pan,with water alarm, good price with included warranty,the technician was very professional and courteous and kept a clean and well organized work area.     I highly recommend IT. Landis for HVAC needs. I had several companies look at my home. They provided the first quote that I was comfortable with. I have an older home that was built in the late 1970s and the heat pump did not work very well on the third level up.The installation manager came out with the salesman, and determine the best solution for my home. We upgraded from a single unit single zone heat pump to two smaller units, one installed in the attic in one installed where the original was in the basement. The basement unit was upgraded to a hybrid running on propane when the temperature gets below its point of efficiency. This required a completely new duct system.They also upgraded us from an all-electric hot water heater to a heat pump. Hot water heater for efficiency.The installation crew was very professional and very experienced. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly but continued to work as we had conversations. They obviously knew their craft and had my best interest at mind. The new ductwork looks great!My wife and I are very happy with our new system and our house is a lot more comfortable than it has been since we moved in in 2008.

    I met with Daniel from Landes as I wanted a hose bib attached to end of house unfortunately he said it wasnt possible but suggested two rain barrels which I liked even better. He explained the water softener to me and how to care for it as well as the sump pump. I signed on as a regular client and Im very happy with the service given.

We could hear the trapped water gurgling inside the pipe. Somehow he determined that the water is collecting inside the pipe without draining.     I am adding an update to my review (since you can only have one per company). We needed a new HVAC System after 20+ years. Zach from the IT Landes Service Team came out and provided a great explanation of the systems available and explained all the pricing and options. He was very thorough and very professional. Since we never had Duct Cleaning done, I wanted to make sure this was part of the new system. About 2 weeks later as scheduled, the duct cleaning team of Christian and Jeff came out right on time. There were super nice, knowledgeable, thoughtful and very professional. They did an excellent job showed us the ducts prior to cleaning and then their vacuum bin afterwards -- fortunately, my ducts were in good shape, but there was still debris that was pulled from the system. It was a full day job and they left my home clean and neat with the ducts cleaned and sanitized! The HVAC team of Jacob and Jon also came out the same day and began working on the AC units outside. Again, extremely professional, knowledgeable and worked like a well oiled machine together with the Duct Cleaning team. This was a 2-day job but they were very proficient and I knew I was in good hands. At the end of the 2nd day, they called in reinforcements for additional expertise to finish the job -- it seemed like they were there in minutes to assist. Again super nice and very helpful. I cant say enough about the quality of work and the teams that came out to clean and put in the new system. They answered all my questions in detail and gave me tips on running the new units with my new thermostats. Even the support staff in the office with scheduling was extremely accommodating to make sure everything ran smoothly. I would very highly recommend their services -- I had a great experience!!     Zach is the man, efficient, decisive, and quick. We have a house built in 1892 heated with a 5 Zones boiler system with 6 Zone Teco control board and ecobee thermostats , 2 zones w air handlers. I usually do the work myself , but this time I needed help Airbnb upstairs had to be ready by Friday so I called Landis requesting Zach. He diagnosed that three thermostats were defective, he also rewired any mis-wiring he came across as I said before he communicates well, taking his time to explain things.     Nick and Bobby and the team did a fantastic job installing our new air conditioning unit in the attic. They were on time and completed the entire installation very quickly. They were very careful to protect our floors and put drop cloths down at every location. They were very friendly and polite and kept me informed about the process. When they left, they had cleaned up everything and did not leave any packaging or trash for me to take care of. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for installation. They were great.

    Zach was extremely professional and extremely informative. He displays a definite care and concern for his clients. He also made me aware of 2 items that would improve the dampness in my basement. He provided me with a fact sheet on them. And the price to install.

    David and Chris did a wonderful job of diagnosis and cleaning. They managed to clear up a strange malingering effect left over from a poorly done maintenance job in my heating unit. Great conversationalists and salesmen, too. Im not one to leave reviews and dont give compliments easily but this is highly deserved.

    Alex Rivera and his partner, David, from IT Landes spent close to a day and a half repairing 3 faucets, installing a new shower/tub faucet, and replacing the copper pipe, cutoff valve, and spigot for an outdoor spigot that was leaking. They made very good recommendations and were very courteous and professional. Their work was very neat and should last a long time. Plumbing work is expensive but helps protect your home. I highly recommend IT Landes for quality plumbing and HVAC work.
