Moore Mechanical in Harbor springs

Our 3 year old Carrier furnace quit working. It was installed by Moore Mechanical so I called their service line and left a message. I had a call early the next morning and a tech arrived that afternoon. His name was Bill. He got right to work. It took him awhile to find the smoking gun but he did. This was about 3pm. The parts were in Traverse City and were in Frankfort. So Bill made the round trip to Traverse City in mid December to get the parts he needed to fix our furnace. He got back near 5:30 and installed the parts that were under warranty. Our furnace and thermostat were back up and running just after 6pm. The labor charge was not insignificant but well worth it for the above and beyond job Bill did. Bill is representative of the quality of service weve always received from Moore Mechanical. Im sure there are less expensive service companies out there but remember: you get what you pay for.

Bill was excellent getting us service and timely communication> His follow through was perfect allowing us to feel comfortable as we waited for our part to be placed. He returned in a very timely manner allowing us heat for the holidays! I would totally recommend him for service in your home.

Jeremy was very professional. Explained what he could do for drain clearing and what each next step would cost if needed. The drain was cleared. Jeremy mentioned some other things that could be done if it happens again for future reference. Thank you for being prompt, professional and efficient. Fast and efficient. Pricing is ridiculous.$130. To show up, $150 for diagnostic and around $300 to fix the problem. That’s a lot of cash I don’t have extra of. I’m on a fixed income.

Moore mechanical came to the rescue. Day before deer season I arrived at camp n furnace wouldn’t light. I called them and scheduling staff person was awesome and she lined me up with Joe. He came out a few hrs later n fixed the issue in no time and we have heat just in time for deer opener!!Thank you so much!!You guys rock!
