    Once again we had NHP doing some work at our house. This time it was replacing some galvanized piping with pvc. Drew and Quinn up right on time. Drew wanted to show me exactly what they would be doing and about how long it would take. They got to work bringing in everything they would need and started the job. This was to take place in our crawl space and Drew noticed something else that would be a good idea to replace. He gave me a ballpark cost and time and I said go ahead. They got to work and did an absolutely terrific job. They even did a couple things in the crawl space to make life a little easier for us. I highly recommend Northern Heating & Plumbing for any type of you might need, from replacing a sump pump to annual servicing of a furnace to major plumbing repairs. The techs they send are extremely professional, courteous, capable and best of all keep you informed of the progress. Oh and one more thing the cost is very reasonable and in todays world of everything being very expensive they are truly worth every penny.

    We called on Tuesday to see how much it would take for them to come look at our water heater. They had a cancelation and they were able to come out in 2 days! They took a look and were able to fix it the same day. Very reasonable prices, the gentleman that came out was knowledgeable and the lady that took our original call was very friendly and helpful!

    Great company and do great work. Very professional, knowledgeable and have reasonable rates. My mother in laws water heater replacement and furnace repair was done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend and will use them for any future plumbing/ heating needs. 100% satisfied.

    We selected NHP after reading the online reviews, when our usual plumber was unresponsive. We couldnt be happier with our choice! How refreshing to deal with a group of truly professional and responsible people. From Molly who scheduled the service call to Ben who did the work, outstanding all the way! Dont look further if you have a plumbing issue to be resolved.

    Mostly good to great experiences here. Nothing bad. They are more reliable and more responsive than other heating and plumbing companies I’ve tried locally. They are worth a try. These companies are more expensive than they need to be. This is no different. If you can do it yourself, you will save money.

    I have worked with Northern Heating and Plumbing for a wide range of jobs from furnaces to plumbing, but most recently I asked them to install a ductless unit in my upstairs attic. It was an impressive job. Any issues or quirks I had moving forward, being that it was a new and unfamiliar setup, they would help me through. They even raised the outside unit to a more ideal height for a small service fee which was much less expensive than the total work involved, a generous bargain. The company follows wonderful customer service practices and makes sure that the job is done well and up to the customers standard. As long as they keep up the quality customer service, I will continue to use this company for plumbing, heating and air conditioner needs.

    I needed to switch over from fuel oil to natural gas. They made the effort painless to coordinate with SEMCO to get a new service to my house, replace an electric water heater to gas, replace an oil furnace to gas and remove the fuel tank.Extremely professional, responsive, and at a great value. Ive used them in the past and have fixed issues others havent been able to.

    My furnace went out on a Sunday morning in March. I emailed Derek at NH&P to get an updated quote for the furnace he had previously quoted for me back in October. Derek responded to my email within several hours on a Sunday and had the updated quote back to me first thing on Monday morning. The crew arrived on Wednesday morning to swap out the furnace. Their tool van was immaculate with all of the parts and tools organized which, to me, is an indication of a crew that takes pride in their work and strives for a high level of craftsmanship. The crew had the old furnace out and the new furnace installed in about 4 hours. They wiped the basement steps off after they were done and left my basement neat and tidy - as if they were never there. I would recommend NH&P to anyone who is looking for a courteous, tidy, and professional installer for any plumbing/heating job.

    We were very pleased with the work NHP performed in our home. They moved the line for our gas range and reconnected it. They also installed a new vent hood and associated plumbing. They arrived promptly, worked fast and did good work. One small issue came up and even though it was a Friday evening Derek had his man contact us, he came over and the issue was fixed in a jiffy. I found their rates reasonable as well. I would highly recommend them for plumbing needs.
