Well water testing, water heater flushed, anode rod installation, shower handle replacement.Great service, very professional, great communication over phone/text, and provided great feedback on random plumbing questions. Our cabin is on a well, and we thought we needed a whole house filter but after discussing the history of our cabin with Ricky, he advised us a couple of smaller, more economical things to try out and so far, they have made a big difference to the water.Thank you!

Mellott Plumbing is definitely the guy you want to call for your plumbing needs. Had an emergency at 1030pm on Christmas night with my water pressure tank ( rust hole in the bottom, spraying ungodly amounts of water) I googled emergency plumber and found Mellott, called, left a message and I got a call back in about 10 mins! Ricky was extremely helpful in walking me through how to cut the well pump off to stop the water and then came out first thing in the morning, replaced the tank and had us up and running before noon. Good pricing, friendly, very professional and fast service, I will definitely be using Mellott again in the future.

Had pipes burst from (what my insurance company told me) was Winter Storm Elliot, and Ricky was out the next day after I called him. He fixed multiples spots throughout my place thoroughly, and had me up and running before they left (working after hours since I had no water). Thanks for the great help. Theyre number one on my list for plumbing needs in Berkeley Springs.

UPDATE:We recently moved into another home and had an emergency with our hot water heater on Sunday. Ricky came out (that day!) to check it for us. It needed replaced and it was done today (Tuesday).In my experiences with Ricky, he has always been very responsive, thorough, respectful and knowledgeable. He has always explained the issue and options with pricing. I *HIGHLY* recommend Mellott Heating and Plumbing!!**************************************I contacted Ricky and he came to my home the next day. He was able to complete the work SAME DAY. Great work, reasonable price, and I have a new plumber!

Ricky was very pleasent to work with. Our pipes froze and he was able to see us quickly. He was efficient and let us know what was going on the whole time. Not only was he able to fix the problem, but we were able to mitigate future issues in regards to freezing and insulation. Highly recommend!
