    Mathew and Hunter were polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about the tasks I needed to have done.     We called Great Day and they came out the next day. We had a water pressure issue that we were very tired of. We had a previous plumber come out and quote us over $16k to repipe the house. Our tech was professional, quick, and helped trouble shoot starting with smaller remedies first. And to our surprise it was a water softener issue! He fixed it, and our water pressure is back to normal. Were so appreciative of his efforts to keep our costs low by starting with the least invasive option first. Thank you! It took a while for the technician to get here due to his first job taking a lot longer than expected.     I woke up Tuesday morning to no water. I called Great Day Plumbing and Devin showed up within a short time and fixed same day. He installed a new well pump system and we had water again. We then experienced very low water pressure and I called them back with the concern. Jeremy was out in an hour to find my sediment filters clogged. He changed the filters, verified the repair, and was on his way. They are a bit pricey but I will pay gladly for the level of customer service they provide. This is the second occasion I have had them resolve a plumbing issue and they will always be my first call!

    Chris was very knowledgeable and fixed my emergency issue very quickly. I was satisfied with his quick response to our emergency and he even showed me a few things during the whole repair process.     I would give 6 starts if I could. Jeremy and his team have bent over backwards to accommodate my wife and me. Our electric water heater went out on us, Jeremy had a loaner in place the same day. We are converting from electric to gas and I have been rather picky about the placement of the new tankless, he has gone above and beyond to make sure it is placed where I want and everything is neat and out of the way. I cannot recommend them enough.

    Devin came to our house today to troubleshoot an issue we’ve been having and he exceeded our expectations!! We’ve been having drainage issues and instead of just trying to put a bandaid on it he spent hours trying to figure it out. He used a camera to go into the pipes under our home and find the cause of our issues and determined that we had a major problem. While it was a bummer to hear the bad news about the root cause, we felt like he genuinely cared about our problem and would do his best to find a solution. Something that also made my day is he took some pvc from his van and built a model of what our drain lines look like to help us visualize the issue.
