    Brian David was here within 20 min of my stat call, and out of my home with a reliable fix in less than 10 min!For context, I drilled a hole in a pipe mounting an indoor jungle gym to my wall and subsequently had to shut water off to my entire home.They were prompt, personable, and extremely professional!11/10 service!10/10 would refer!!!!

    During the 2023 polar vortex, at 1AM of course, our plumbing pipe burst sending water along the walls down 2 flights. Luckily we were home and cut the main water off but needed a plumber first thing in the morning on a Sunday. We were striking out. No calls back. Voicemails upon voicemails to several companies and local plumbers. We were fairly new to the home and area and did not establish any plumbing service with anyone. Some companies were only responding to established customers first. We found several people on social media (FB) had recommended David’s Plumbing on local community pages. We gave it a try. He picked up but you can tell he was moving from job site to job site. He squeezed in a visit to our home that same day in the early afternoon. The pipe ran along a very poorly insulated and tight crawl space. In about an hour, the pipe was repaired. He released the air and pressure from the entire system. He examined the basement and the system. He tested and ensured all worked properly. David was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He showed up in his company vehicle with everything needed to complete the job on site. We found his rate to be extremely reasonable given the repair, the location of the burst-pipe, and the same-day service call. We highly recommend David Plumbing and will be using him moving forward for all our plumbing needs. He is fully licensed and certified.

    Sent a message to Brian at 6am when my ac went out during a 90 degree day, he was there at 8 and had it fixed by 10.Great guy and top notch plumbing and hvac specialist. He’s who you want to get things done right.

    The whole house sediment filter housing for my well water failed due to age (30+ yrs old) and the water pressure in our house was extremely low. I texted Brian on his cell phone on a Monday morning and he arrived at my house within the hour to diagnose the problem. He then went to grab the new parts necessary to complete the repair, came back, and within 3 hrs of me first contacting him he had a new whole house sediment filter housing and 3 new inline ball valves installed. This isnt the first time that Brian David has responded to my home in amazingly quick time to resolve a problem for me. Hes prompt, professional, and does quality work. I highly recommend him.

    Brian David is an incredible plumber who I recommend to anyone and everyone. Brian has helped me and my family twice when we needed emergency service. My furnace stopped working on Sunday afternoon during Feb 2018 and it was during a cold snap. I called 5 other HVAC companies and they all blew me off saying that they didnt have time to perform a cleaning on Sunday. I called Brian up and he answered the phone right in the middle of completing another job. He ended up coming to home at 6pm on a Sunday Night after he finished that job and not only did a complete cleaning of my 30 year furnace and got it going but it was the most thorough cleaning it had ever had !! I was blown away by the professional job that he and his helper did. Then on 5/9/18, my well stopping supplying water to the house for some unknown reason at 5pm. Once again I called Brian, he answered the phone on the 2nd ring and was onsite at my house within 30 minutes of my calling him. He diagnosed the issue within minutes (well pump had failed) and because he felt sympathetic for my situation (having to spend $$ on a new pump) he didnt even charge me for the service call. Because Brian is so good he was backed up a couple of days with work so he couldnt get to my well pump job for a couple of days. Brian knew I needed this job done asap so he referred me to a different plumber/well company who he respected and knew would do a good job for me. Then to my surprise, Brian called me a day later just to follow up with me and make sure that the company he had referred me to had been as responsive as he is and that they fixed my well. Brian is one of the most honest, responsive and professional plumber Ive ever dealt with in addition to being a very nice guy. David Plumbing & Heating is now my plumber/HVAC company for life and hes always the first call I make.

    20 year old central AC unit finally gave up the ghost about 3 weeks ago...talked to Brian regarding a new AC condenser and coil and he went completely above and beyond to get me a new unit installed before the real serious heatwave kicked in this week...You will not find better or more meticulous work...of the trademen that have done work at my house he did far and away the finest work...price was very reasonable also considering this was done on a fairly emergent basis...definitely a guy that cares about the quality of his installs and that is not something you can say about all installers...A++ all the way!Update: Needed a 10 year old 2 stage propane furnace replaced (NOT installed by Brian) because the heat exchanger ate through (story for another day but long story short dont go with a 2 stage unless you like costly repairs)...Talked to Brian about a replacement, and on very short notice he was able to replace with a 95% efficient single stage LP furnace and even cleaned up the pvc venting...install looks phenomenal (and I dont have an easy basement to work in)...I cannot say enough good things about Brians work...unlike a lot of contractors that just want to pick your pockets and do the minimal amount of work possible (and leave a mess behind) Brian does a great job and doesnt gouge on price, very reasonable cost considering this was on short notice and somewhat emergent (Single digits this weekend)...If you want A+ quality work at a fair price Brian is your guy

    My 20-year-old water heater tank finally died. On the strong recommendation of a friend of mine, I called Brian David and he was here in less than an hour. He told me my tank needed to be replaced and gave me a price that was several hundred dollars less than another price I had received. He then left to go get a new tank for me. He was back within one hour and replaced my old tank without incident. He did a beautiful job and I couldnt be happier with the work he performed. Plus, he is a very pleasant, personable fellow whom I will recommend to all my friends whenever they need HVAC work done.

    Brian has helped us now 3 times in multiple emergency situations with our septic ejector and with frozen pipes. He is very nice, keeps costs reasonable, and has come when no one else would.     Brian replaced an old kitchen faucet, sprayer with a new one we purchased. We also mentioned weak water pressure with the old faucet. He check our lines first before installing new faucet. Brian did a great job for us and we will use him again. We also found his charges very fair.

    David Plumbing and Heating (DPH) installed a hot water heater and oil boiler in my new/old house. This was a difficult job beginning with my challenging doorway and enclosed basement. David and his team arrived early and worked steadily until the job was done. They were professional, polite and experts in their trade. They took my basement from the 1960s to 2019 and then some. Brain David created a custom solution to my lack of air flow and installed high quality products. His work is impeccable!DPH also cleaned as they went and removed everything. Again through an entrance that is anything but easy!And as an added bonus they were kind and careful with my pets.In my opinion you get what you pay for and David’s Plumbing and Heating was worth every dollar! Estimate was on point for the work required and he did not disappoint!Many thanks to the team!

    Put a call out to David Plumbing at 7:30..Brian answered right away and said he would be here before noon. He arrived by 11am and immediately diagnosed what we thought to be a septic leak as a gas leak! He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and probably saved our house from blowing up.

    David is extremely fair with his pricing, but more importantly the guy knows what he is doing and does it right. I have counted on him several times, and just yesterday with the installation of a water heater he noticed the wiring from the water heater to the circuit panel was shoddy to say the least. You could just tell it was bothering him, and he called his electrician friend to rewire from the water heater to the panel. He showed up immediately. I have low ceilings in my cellar, and he also positioned the water heater in order that the filter at the top of the unit could be taken out and cleaned without obstruction. Its things like this that combined with his knowledge, and patience that make him a cut above.

    I had an immediate issue concerning my well in which I woke up to no water. I called him and he arrived in 24 hours to assess the problem and fix.     We had no hot water and when I went downstairs to investigate, discovered that our water heater was leaking. I reached out to David Heating & Cooling. We had not used them before, but they were the ones who had installed the unit prior to us owning the home and their contact info was on the unit. Their office was closed but the person who answered the emergency line helped me to troubleshoot my issue. It was exactly what I needed to get running again. He then said I could contact the company we use to maintain our boiler to follow-up. David Heating & Cooling couldve easily have come out, charged us for an emergency visit (it was a Saturday afternoon) and bill us a pretty penny for their services but they didnt. Thats a great company. Thank you.

    Brian David is the one to call for any and all of your plumbing needs. We recently finished building our in-law apartment, and Brian handled everything from installing the heating system, air conditioning, hot water tank, running all the ductwork and pipes, to installing all the kitchen/bath fixtures.     Furnace Stop working late last night, Temps getting close to below freezing, Call multiple people and he was the only one that answer his phone. Great guy, Fair price and came in after his working time was over.     I was referred to Brian David when I bought my home in 2012 by the realtor. Since then Brian has handled all of my plumbing and heating needs. From the annual boiler cleaning to a water softener and fireplace insert. Hes done it all, with quality work and great rates. I called him this morning because I had no hot water and some water in my basement. Brian came right over and again saved the day!

    Moved to a new home in January and when summer rolled around, the air conditioning needed to be charged. I called and he arrived the same day and charged it and the house was cool within an hour. Price is very reasonable. Very friendly and gets the job quickly. I was so happy with that service that I called him again today when I walked into the basement and found water pooling around air exchange. He stopped in on his way back to the shop, unplugged the hose and fixed the leak. I could also detect a small hint of oil burning from the oil burner and he told me it was okay but to schedule an appointment in early September for cleaning unless it got worse and then he would do it early. In and out within 15 minutes and because it was a quick fix, no charge. I found myself a good contractor. Hes got all my plumbing, heating and air conditioning work.
