    The professional and knowledgeable technicians Dante and Curtis built my heater , air conditioner in one day was impressive.I appreciate those two gentleman. If I could I would give them 10 stars. And Harold the salesman who came to my house was knowledgeable and experienced. He was respectful. He spoke so my wife and I understood all about the heater , air conditioner and thermostat. What a team ! Thank you guys and to the people in the office for your speedy scheduling. My air conditioner broke down on Saturday. we got an appointment on Monday and our heater and air conditioner was installed on Thursday 5 days turn around. If you want quick turnaround and a professional install you need to call SOUTH JERSEY ENERGY SERVICE PLUS.

    The tech that came out to service my heating system, (George Wilson); was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He was extremely polite, respectful, and even having to come 2 days in a row Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day was very pleasant. He taught me how to bleed the radiator, which no other tech did previously in years past. Which I did appreciate. I have been a SJ Gas customer for 21 years now, and the times I had service calls before for other issues, hot water heaters repair and replacement, Mr Wilson was the most pleasant and knowledgeable tech to have been here.

    I am very pleased with the service of SJ Energy Service Plus. We had a problem with our heater over the holidays and the technicians were timely, courteous and very knowledgeable. They even came out New Year’s Day. My cost for a few visits for repair and new parts was zero because of my service plan, which I’m grateful that I had.

    We had no heat. Your rep Ike arrived at (:30 am within the 8 am-12 pm time frame. Professional but also friendly and courteous. Had to change both circulators. Spent over 2 hours on site and answered any questions posed to him. Thank you.

    Our installer arrived on time, was careful to put down drop cloths to protect our floors and carpets prior to beginning work. He was very respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He completed the installation and completely tested the system before leaving. The area where the hvac system was installed was clean. I am very satisfied.

    Rolando was just in to provide a tuneup for our HVAC. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Gave us a breakdown of how everything was running and reccomendations on upkeep. The communication, response time and reliability are A++. When we had an AC problem, I called at 6 am and the technician was at our home by 4 the same day. He was professional, thorough, and took his time to let us know what he was doing every step of the way. He solved our problem that day. Would highly recommend SJ Energy Service Plus…don’t hesitate!

    I was extremely happy with my service representative. He was amazing and very courteous.I was unhappy with being told my appointment was between 8-12 and service guy said on his end, my appointment was 2:30 - 4:30. Why is that?I got a call saying service was running late and would be to me around 12:30. I then got a text about 12:40 saying he was on his way. Finally got a call at 2:18 from service guy saying he would be to me at 2:30.I think there should be better communication between company and customer. My husband had physical therapy at 2, which I ended up having to cancel at the last minute due to lack of communication

    Amazing service! A/C started acting up, noticed in the morning. Called HomeServe and they had a tech and sales rep out by 12:30pmDiagnosis and fix was done to the unit, got some info on potential upgrades we could do, and learned about some basic unit maintenance that we can do to help keep our unit running as efficient as possible despite its age. Also found out I could be saving $40/month on our HomeServe package. Very satisfied with the service!

My family room always felt hotter than the rest of the house because it’s a big room. For the first time since we moved in three years ago, my house is cool without the air conditioner running 24 seven. I feel like the temperature is properly regulated and it wasn’t before.     2 different service providers came to check out a leak from the air handler in my attic which leaks down 3rd floor bathroom to 2nd floor ceiling when the AC is on. Silicone sealant applied …hope this takes care of the leak.

    We reached out for help over the 4th of July weekend for air conditioning repair, thinking it would be challenging to get through, let alone get a good service expert any time soon. We were happily so wrong! The response was efficient, friendly and professional. By the next day our AC system was back to cooling our home!     Rolando was the tech that came to service the heater and air conditioner. He called 20 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. Answered questions I asked. Showed me how to clean that little pipe thingamajig, dont know what its called. And showed me how I can open the thermostat to change the batteries. Very professional, polite, and friendly. Nicest tech that came here.

    This company is the best service I have ever received. I had a part that was replaced. Other companies quoted me $3500. The part is only $1100. This company replaced it for free as it was a defective part from the manufacture. Also no one tried to sell me anything or tell me I have to buy a new furnace using scare tactics. So refreshing to have a company that operates beyond just trying to make money.
