    The leak detection specialist, Brendan Foster, was very professional and very helpful. Although the leak was not exactly pinpointed he did do his best to find the general location of the leak.

    I am working on a house and my customer had an appointment with American Leak Detection of South Jersey because of an insurance claim. She asked me to chime in to explain what I thought the actual problem was, needles to say, I was wrong! LoL 😂As the HIC contractor doing the the bathroom upstairs, I saw that the subfloor was water rotted after pulling up the tile during demolition and assumed that it was leaking downstairs to the first floor.American Leak Detection sent out their Tech Brenden. He actually pinpointed the source of the leak, and its due to the first floor toilet! I never saw that coming!!!!Brenden is very knowledgeable, but still took the time to listen to what I thought was the issue and he, very gently and politely corrected me! He is awesome!Its difficult getting the right help these days. As long as this company has Techs like this, I will highly recommend them.

    Very pleased with the services from American Leak Detection of South Jersey. Patty in customer service was very helpful as I was trying to coordinate service at my mother’s house. With multiple phone calls, she was pleasant at every turn. And then a great experience with Brendan — he called me to alert to an early ETA (yes, early!). My 85 year old mother reported Brendan to be “a lovely young gentleman who really knows his stuff.” I spoke with Brendan after the visit and endorse my mother’s opinion. He was thoughtful, helpful, and pleasant.

    Given the circumstance (water in our basement), working with ALD was very easy. The tech, Brenden, was very polite and thorough. He made quick work of finding the entry point for water despite not being obvious to my wife and me. He tested the entry point and used various technologies to verify the hole found in my basement window flashing was in fact the point of concern.If (and hopefully never), I find water in my basement, I will reach out directly to ALD and the tech for their guidance.

    Had these guys out for my mothers house who had a high water bill but no one could figure out why. Both the main technician and his trainee were professional and knowledgeable! They ended up finding a leak under the ground on a hot water line. When the plumbers opened up the hole it was right on the money! Plumbers were able to repair and get us back to running thanks to the accuracy from these young guys! Everyone’s quick to leave only the bad reviews and they forget to mention the good! I will definitely call them first next time!

    Lou from American Leak was awesome. He quickly identified a hole in the liner of the pool. He continued to check the rest of the pool drains and skimmer. He thoroughly explained everything very clearly to us. Very pleased with the service! Hopefully wont need to use them again but i wouldnt hesitate to use them again .

    Brenden was able to determine that the leak was under the slab despite it being only .08 gallons per minute. Initially, it was only .04 gallons per minute and I appreciate Brenden recognizing he should come back when the leak got bigger and splitting the cost between the two visits. Brenden was very professional and gave his recommendation that re-routing the pipes was the best solution given the age of the pipes and the likelihood of future leaks.

    Louis came out to help find a leak in a lateral drain line under the slab from our kitchen. He worked quickly and diligently to confirm what our plumber suspected was happening. He informed me of everything he was doing as he did it and showed me the problem on his camera screen. He cleaned up his work site and was super professional and nice! I would gladly use and recommend this company again.

    Evan found the source of the leak in under 10 minutes. He was very professional and personable. Great combination. The HVAC company was here twice and couldn’t figure it out.

    The leak specialist Brenden F. came in set up and was very professional and friendly. He couldnt complete job because he explained a valve was to old and would not close, so we need to call plumber to replace then he will return to finish the job. I am giving 4 stars but I will change the rating to 5 when the work is completed. I am updating stars from 4 to 5, job was completed very satisfied with the service.

    I have been feeling like a crazy person for a year and a half. I had a leak in my pool, but was always assured that there was no problem - or the minor issues (leaky valve - that was replaced), was the issue. I finally called American Leak Detection because I was at my wits end. I was certain I was losing water and that the leak had steadily gotten worse over time. I had avoided them for a few months because the cost - just for detection, was $425 and I was assuming repairs might be $1000 on top of that if I needed lines dug up in the yard. (I was pretty sure it wasnt my liner I had put in last year.)Frank DiJoseph came out and was on time and professional. He spent 3 hours checking all the lines, diving and doing dye tests around every inch of the pool. He didnt find anything, but asked me to do a bucket test to see if I was still losing water and promised to return if I was. I convinced myself I must have been imagining the water loss and did the bucket test anyway. Sure enough, I was still losing water. I called Frank and as promised he returned and did another thorough inspection with some added equipment, but after 2 hours he finally located cracks in the light housing and repaired them on the spot for no extra charge.He was more determined to find the leak and repair it than any of the pool companies Id had out over the last year and a half, and by far the most professional.Each time he came out, I received a detailed report of everything he checked and minor issues he noted with my pool. He did everything promised and more. (the repair was not part of the contract)Highly recommend this branch of American Leak Detection.

    Brenden from American Leak Detection came out to my home to detect a leak in our pool pipes, he used his equipment and found two leaks under the newly laid concrete surrounding our brand new pool. Brenden was punctual, knowledgeable about detecting leaks and didnt mind answering questions as well as sharing the steps he took to find the broken pipes.
