My first experience with Southern HVAC was the scheduling and I was 100% please with the office personnel. They were kind, courteous, extremely patient and helpful.Today was the repair appointment and I didn’t know what to expect. It was such a wonderful experience. The guys were on time, extremely knowledgeable, patient and I had nothing but good energy when they were working. I never once felt uncomfortable. Sent them a message on Facebook at 7pm on a Wednesday. Service tech Jonathan was at my door around 10am the next day (early!). Very polite. Super knowledgeable. Explained my system to me and how it looked for its age. I was surprised when he said it looked good! It sure didnt feel good. About 45 minutes later everything was nice and cool again. I went with the annual service plan and Im looking forward to seeing them in the fall. For once I didnt feel like the company was just there to push a unit with a finance plan on me. Truly a good experience and will be recommending them to everyone for ac maintenance and more.

Extremely professional and high quality with their work. He had a better price and talked me through what I needed and what I may need/want in the future. We recently found ourselves in need of a total HVAC system replacement along with ductwork. After getting three estimates all from reputable companies around this area, we decided on Billy and his team at Southern HVAC. My immediate impression was that they were honest and fair and werent in the business of trying to upsell me, as so many are nowadays. He quoted me a reasonable price on total HVAC replacement and ductwork and were able to get started surprisingly quickly for it being the dead heat of summer. The team was extremely professional, courteous, polite. Billy went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of, and he stands behind his products and services. He has been quick to respond to any questions or concerns I may have had and prompt with a solution. These guys have gone above and beyond every step of the way, and they didnt try to go outside of budget to get the job done and done right! I am more than satisfied with our decision to go with Billy and his team at Southern HVAC and would recommend them any day of the week!

FAIR PRICES. TIMELY. RESPONSIVE.2 years ago my AC went out so I gave Billy a call for the first time and turns out it was improperly installed and couldve burned my house down. Billy was there quickly and replaced and reinstalled everything necessary. I felt his price was extremely fair and he explained all that he did to repair my system so that I felt confident he had fixed all of the errors the original installer made.Today I texted him that my ac wasnt working again and he was at my house within an hour. Turns out it was no big issue so he got it working and was out of there in 30 minutes. Total time from first text to him and him leaving my house was only 1.5 hrs. Where else are you going to get that??I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We purchased a home here from out of state and less then a year later our AC failed us .. in the heat of the summer !!! I made a call to MANY different places and these guys came out immediately and gave me a quote ... not only gave me a quote but put a bandaid on my AC to keep us cool that night and told me they could have the install the next day ....... We decided to go ahead and hire them. We could not be more happy.... they explained everything and didn’t pressure us into anything. We still use them for our maintenance.
