If I could give 10 stars I would! Starting with the first phone call with Jessica and Mrs Janey. Both so polite, well spoken, very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us. The technicians that showed up were the same way. They were very thorough with determining exactly what was wrong with our A/C. When Steven the installer showed up today, he too was very professional and thorough. So unusual these days to find contractors that show up when they are suppose to, and do what they are suppose to!!! We are so very appreciative of this group of professionals. We HIGHLY recommend!

I used this company numerous of times on all of my rental properties and they do great work wonderful service their prices is always the best I checked around and got for this different estimates from different companies and all of the other companies had quoted me for to change out a condenser for $6000 and comfort air came and cut the price down to 4170 I was very impressed they services was very great their customer service was off do you scale and they also gave me a discount coupon that I was able to use on the spot thank you comfort air for your great services us referred them to a lot of friends and all of my friends came back telling meTelling me how great of experience they had I am very impressed with this company and I will recommend them to anybody if you want great service and a wonderful price and auto companies are giving you high prices try comfort air they will beat any price I witnessed it, this company was the best they even went over and beyond to explain everything to me and come to find out I was paying for another company to clean and service my equipment and comfort air showed me how my equipment was dirty like it never was cleaned and they even cleaned it for me got free. I signed up with them for a routine maintenance, they price was very reasonable

I was fortunate enough to have this company assigned to my work order through my home warranty company. After 4-5 different companies coming out to slap a band aid on the actual issue, Dwayne came out and immediately suggested to replace what was wrong. He went above and beyond and level of service that I have received while dealing with this issue and they came out the VERY NEXT DAY to repair/replace the needed parts. I was amazed at the courtesy and helpfulness shown by Dwayne and will definitely use this company in the near future for all AC/Electrical needs!

They initially came out for an annual heating service through my home warranty, but they identified two issues with my system and provided photo evidence of the issues without asking for it. You should definitely use Comfort Air for any of your A/C, mechanical, or electrical issues.
