    We found out about Jacob’s Plumbing 3-4 years ago through neighbors. We had them do two major jobs for us, one being to reroute ALL of our water lines through the house. They do EXCELLENT work! And working with them is great-they are efficient, kind and experienced. We highly recommend them!

    We have used Jacobs Plumbing many times over the years. They are always professional and offer repair options based on your budget and what needs to be done. They most recently fixed collapsed down spout pipes by running new pipe under ground away from the foundation. They finished the project by lunch which would have taken me who knows how long without the right equipment.Andy

    Jacobs Plumbing & Excavating has served my home and family for over three decades . . . from our first build to various projects throughout the years. They use quality products and their standards are the highest Ive ever seen in their industry. Whenever weve had a project, Ive never had to call them back out because of an error or mistake or oversight on their end. Only once did they have to come back out - and that was because I accidently drove drywall screw into the work theyd already done the previous day - my bad - not theirs. Thankyou Brody and Ray for your service throughout the years. You all are the best!

    Jacobs plumbing has done several jobs for us. We have had a couple of emergency jobs and Jacobs jumped on and saved the day. We have had scheduled jobs and they are on time, efficient, tidy, and will explain everything. They have fixed broken lines, replaced toilets, figured out why our shower didnt have hot water, excavation to redirect water from our basement, and several excavation jobs. I would never call any one else. They are a honest Christian based company that stands by their work.

    We worked with Jacobs Plumbing and Excavating to replace the corroded culvert pipe under our driveway. When we started looking into getting this replaced we talked to a number of companies but Jacobs was the clear winner. Brody Jacobs came out to give us our estimate and worked with us throughout the whole process. In contrast to some other companies that came out it was obvious the Brody was very experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. That alone was enough to convince me to work with them but we also felt the estimate was very fair which really put them over the top. The actual work they did was wonderful, we are extremely pleased with how it all turned out. During the course of the work everyone from Jacobs Plumbing was great, they were all really nice and very professional, it was a pleasure to work with them. I was also impressed with how the job site looked after they were done. They did such a great job minimizing any impact from all equipment that was used and left our yard looking great. I can not recommend this company enough. If you are looking to get any plumbing/excavating work done please give Jacobs a call, they are great!

    Highly recommend. Brody is honest, down to earth, and fair at his job. The quote was very reasonable. My insurance agent even said wow thats cheap. Their drilling technology saved me from digging up my entire yard to replace the water service line. Great work and cleaned up after job.

    Knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, and honest. I would give extra stars if I could. We were experiencing a blocked underground drainage line in our yard (sump and downspouts). Someone from a different (big/national) company came out and ran a camera, only looked from one end, found a blockage and said (not verbatim) If youve got blockage here, I estimate you have it throughout the whole line, I advise replacing it all. I know nothing on the subject, so it sounded like a bitter pill Id have to swallow. I wanted a second opinion, and Im so glad I called Jacobs Plumbing. Brody came out and did a MUCH MORE THOROUGH scope of the line (end to end), found several problem areas, and recommended digging up and replacing those sections. He said (again not verbatim) worst case if this doesnt solve your issue, we can always replace the whole line if its necessary. I agreed and they started work right then and there. Brody and Suzie cleared the first section, and a ton of water immediately flowed out of the pipe where it terminates at the street. I cannot overstate the quality of the experience (especially compared to the other company). Brody takes the time to do a thorough job and explains everything along the way. Look no further, just hire them.

    Update 12/2024 Jacobs just completed a huge project in my basement to fix a problem with the sewer drainage. I had been dealing with nasty sewer backups for years and finally decided it needed to be fixed. Brody and his team were so responsive, considerate, and took time to do a comprehensive evaluation of what needed to be done. They did the work in a way that allowed me to stay in my house with minimal interruption or need to find somewhere to stay. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves as well. The result of this project has been significantly reduced stress for me. I highly recommend them.2022 Jacobs provides quality service promptly and at a fair price. They have dealt with a significant plumbing problem my house has had since I moved in. They responded to emergency situations quickly and professionally and with compassion. They are my go-to plumbing service.
