    Professional and courteous people, from the owner to the answering service to the two guys who did the installation (garbage disposal). They arrived promptly, right at the start of the two-hour time window that was scheduled. They installed efficiently. They behaved professionally (would have been fine around young kids). They tested the installation for function and leaks. They left the work area neat and clean. All around excellent service.

    Andre and Zach did a fabulous job replacing our toilet tank. The install was quick and easy and Jessica at the office kept us informed even with some shipping delays. Overall, would highly recommend!

    This is our second time using High Rock and once again I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. Last year, Andre provided us with a new ice maker line, installed new shut of valves in our basement. This time Garrett installed our new kitchen faucet. Garrett was very thorough in explaining our plumbing situation and answered all my questions intelligently and competently. High Rock is very responsive via phone, they scheduled quickly, were on time and Garrett was very neat and I enjoyed him in my home. I’m happy to have a plumbing company I can trust.

    I recently spoke with Garrett about setting up an appointment to come service our well. He was able to fit us into his busy schedule and came promptly within the time frame he had given me. Garrett and his worker Chad not only got the job done promptly, but they also were extremely friendly to my toddler as well as affordable for the services they provided. Definitely recommend and will use again!

    High Rock is great because you can trust what they say. You dont feel like theyre trying to sell you on something to get you to do a bunch of unnecessary work. They are honest in their dealings and always fair with what they charge. They show up when they say they will and provide quality work. Its nice having a quality contractor you can trust to provide high level service at a fair price. You wont regret a call to High Rock!

    I called on memorial day evening about our well pump not working. Garrett showed up the next day on time. I was at work so I had my wife show them around and explain what was going on. The guys were very professional and kinda. They diagnosed the issue and got right to work fixing it. They explain everything to my wife for post installation instructions and we now have running water again. I would highly recommend High Rock to anyone in need of service and we will for sure use them again in the future. 10 out of 10

I’ve been using them since 2020 for my well water and out of all the plumbers used during my buying process of my home… this has been the best experience by far.

    Found a leak in the bathroom which was causing damage to our ceiling. Called to make an appointment and Garret was able to come by the next day. He and his employee were able to diagnose and repair the issue in a short amount of time. Not only were they prompt but also knowledgable and professional. Will be using for any and all future plumbing needs.

    Needed a new kitchen faucet. It was replaced and done with old-fashioned, quality work. Very rare, in this fast-paced market. Came and called ahead of time. Very pleasant and professional. Good value, fair price. I used John Mesner before for shower, toilet repair. Not crazy about the name, hard to remember.

    High Rock Water and Mechanical came out same day and was able to find the leak in my old copper plumbing. Once this issues was discovered I was given 2 different ways I could go about fixing my issue. The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and professional. I asked the tech which repair he would recommend and why. The tech took his time to explain the option they would do and exactly why it was the right choice. I took the techs advice and set up a date to have them come replace all of the plumbing in my house. The tech explained that since all my plumbing was original that I’d likely end up with another leak due to the copper failing. He also explained I had a house trap which I no longer needed and was also one of the things in my house that had a leak. They showed up and not only did they remove and replace all of my plumbing with new PVC pipe. They also extended my plumbing main farther down my basement for me to allow me to move my washer. They also added a new washing machine hook up for the hot and cold water for me. The entire job was completed within one day. They left my house cleaner then it was before. Since the install of my plumbing I have used twice once for a water test and again to add an inline water filter on my domestic water. High Rock Water and Mechanical is an awesome company, very professional, quality work. Will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

    I’ve used MGS about ten times. Their customer service is unbeatable! Always efficient and friendly. John and Ryan have installed toilets and outdoor spigot, added water lines to two refrigerators and repaired previous faulty plumbing work on bathroom sink. Rich has cleared main drain and bath drains completely and efficiently. These guys are really awesome. I’m very glad I found MGS plumbing!
