    I had my AC not running I called total they came out on Monday December 2nd I received a 30-minute window call as requested. The gentleman that showed up was very knowledgeable dedicated and showed professionalism it was very concerned that the AC wasnt working I live on the second floor he must have gone to the roof five times to do a diagnostic test on low voltage wires. When he left I was very satisfied with the service that I have received. As I said he was a great worker and a dedicated worker to your company please reach out to him in your way and let him know I would appreciative I was for the hard work that he did he must have been here at least 2 hours in those two hours you did not stop working he resolved the problem and Im very happy for that. I have had other technicians out here for the same problem and they never showed the dedication for the willingness to try to fix the problem this service tech which Im sorry I forgot his name but Im sure you have on your records Monday December 2nd 2024. In my opinion went beyond and above all explanations I ever had for total thanks again one please customer

    It was Christmas Day and I was having a little get together at my house when I got a frantic phone call from a resident that they had an electrical problem at their apartment. I am the Projects Coordinator for a 900 unit Condominium Apartments in Sunrise. Visham from Total has never let me down. As a matter of fact, he raises the bar for all others, as he came to the rescue and fixed the electrical problem for the resident. He communicated directly with the resident and I did not even have to leave my home on Christmas Day! Thank you Total and Visham for always taking care of Our Community and Our Residents.

    Everything broke down at once. I had 4 issues- 2 plumbing and 2 for a technician. Total sent 2 people. The arrival time was between 1 and 6 pm. They both arrived together at 1:00. They fixed everything and were so nice. We were very happy with the timeframe and the service.👍

    I gave five stars because the technician was very very knowledgeable and kind. I’m not happy with the customer service that was provided via phone. My husband has been with the company for 20 years and he feels like the employees answering the phones have a bad attitude and don’t care to truly help. For the record my last name is Sheinman.     Total employees are very nice and the guy that came to my house is Excellent ! I know him for many years !! I am disappointed with the time I waited for my ice maker for 3 months plus I need to pay $200..this is not fare and I think we deserve a much better service..you need to improve this area in your company..Thanks !     Thanks to the diligence of Ms. Pamela Cordier from the scheduling division, our plumbing problem was efficiently dealt with, after initially being given an unrealistic date for service. This resulted in a negative review, which we are now amending to a more positive one. To date, everything is functioning properly, and we salute Total for having such a dedicated and professional individual on staff to assist their clients with various issues.

    The Total customer service rep here in my condo administration is wonderful ! She is very nice and takes very good care of us all. Darren , the air conditioner service man is over and above with everything he touches ! He is most pleasant and efficient too! My experiences with customer service at the main headquarters has not been satisfactory at all. They are pleasant and that’s all. If you need a service call badly they are not always helpful as Tiffany is here in Hollybrook !!!

    Plumber came to look at my P VC valve. It was making noise when hot water was being turned on.We turned on all the hot waters in the apartment separately and he seem to adjust it to stop making the Loud sound.He was attentive and very fast.Hopefully this would last it’s the second time he came to adjust it

    I waited a long time to get somebody in here. Who knows what they were doing? And today a young man came in. I was kind of startled. I thought probably just beginning, but when I watched him go question when he was going he had all the answers as gentle as a lamb didnt act like I bothered them at all. I need to help me some things that nobody else ever talk to me about how to take care of the system. Well, Ive seen them come and go and never really get the right results. Ive always wound up being a problem with the WI. Fi and Im things that we use and were burning out. I dont know why. But he did some juggling around he moved things from one room to another room and rewired some things and he said this. You should never have a problem again and I believe him, Im going to let you know, but I believe everything went on in the right way. Everything was perfect. I couldnt believe it so the Wi-Fi is a problem unless you know how to solve it and he taught me a lesson, so Im giving him 5 stars. Because he should get 10 I believe his name was Israel. Strange, but sticks in my head. Thank you to the total company. Im doing a great job.

    The technicians were awesome as always. Pam from the office left a lot to be desired, very insensitive to my situation. She explained to me that my a/c being out in 95° temperatures was not an emergency and that I could go to the mall if I wanted to cool off. Nobody is to blame for my situation but a representative of the company should be able to have a more diplomatic and empathetic response.

    I had a serious plumbing problem related to my refrigerator and I called Total because I needed immediate service. I initially spoke to Jill (super nice and helpful) and she transferred me to Robert the Plumbing Manager who took my call without delay. To my very pleasant surprise, Robert immediately arranged for a plumber to come to my apartment and the plumber showed up in 30 minutes and fixed the problem right away. I could not be more pleased or happy with their incredible customer service! Robert and the entire team at Total deserve the highest praise and accolades. It’s a true pleasure dealing with a company as professional, knowledgeable and honest as Total.UPDATE 3/12/24: Once again, Total came through and helped me in a time of need. My toilet had cracked and needed to be replaced ASAP. As expected, they replaced my toilet in a very timely, professional and efficient manner. The former Plumbing Manager Robert referenced above from years ago has since been replaced by Chris, who like his predecessor, is a first-class gentleman and professional. Chris is always there to help regardless of the problem and he knows how to get things done and please his customers. If you are looking for a home service contract that covers appliances, A/C, electrical, plumbing, etc., I wholeheartedly recommend Total. Keep up the excellent work!

    Where do I start... I was working with another AC Company that kept giving me the run around. One day I am walking my dog in my complex and a very nice gentleman Jorge Tech #19 said hi. As I am walking away, he asks me how is your AC? I have been without AC in South Florida for 3 months and waiting for parts from this other company I was working with. Within 2 days Jorge came and inspected my AC unit and installers came to repair my AC. I would highly recommend Total to everyone. Also, Jerry Norris was very accommodating on making sure I was taken care of. Kudos to Total!

    Darrel is the best tech for ac repairs. Explains everything and goes out of the way to get parts for ac repair as quick as possible. Dont know what I would do without there service contract I have been their customer for 25 years.....

    Great company! We bought a property with problematic appliances and the technicians at Total Appliance are wonderful! We love Ike! We had our entire electrical panel replaced by them too and their work was amazing! Love that they have guarantees too. They also resolved successfully our refrigerator, air conditioning, dishwasher, plumbing and minor electrical issues. This place was a mess but they made us so happy fixing it all!

    Quickly diagnosed the problem with my A/C fan running too fast. Found dirty air filter and clogged drain hose was the cause. He cleaned the hose with household vinegar and installed the filter provided by the condo staff. Fan blows air at a comfortable velocity now. Done in about 15 minutes.
