    Walter is a total professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of computer, printer and software issues as well as iPhone operation, audio visual equipment and technical matters related to all.He makes himself available via phone, text and email at all hours every day and does not stop working until repair/project is complete. I was equally impressed with his ability to keep me informed over a couple of days with his progress on the many complications of my repair and the status of my equipment.It was a pleasure dealing with him and look forward to working with him again when the time comes to install new equipment. I would positively recommend him without hesitation regarding all PC, mobile phone and A/V hardware and software.

    Ive enjoyed working with iknowpc on two different requirements; a hardware configuration and purchase, and technical support. In both instances, Walters recommendations for the right hardware package and his technical knowledge in resolving a threat management issue were spot on and deeply appreciated.     I worked with two other companies before I found Iknowpc and am soooo upset I didn’t find them sooner.This company is absolutely amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honestly treated my home project like it was their own. Working with Walter was an absolute pleasure. I have a fairly complex audio/video setup in my home with multiple zones, in wall audio inputs, and smart home controls. They came in and automated EVERYTHING for me with the Control4 control. Then, they moved onto my home internet network and made sure there was no distortion so I was receiving the speeds and quality I was paying for. They made sure all the wiring was done correctly and corrected any issues that came up.Walter took the time to answer any question I had and made sure I was comfortable with the setup before leaving. I can’t say enough good things about them and have them start on my next project.Boom! My life just became so much simpler!

    Walter Lara and his team at IKnowPc provided exceptional service and support correcting all the issues the company who sold me a 4 zone Anthem/Control4 audio/visual system could not fix after a year and a half of attempts on more than a dozen scheduled visits to my home.The prior company spent most of their time on the phone with Control4 support yet could not fix all the problems. So I was amazed at how quickly Walter was able to troubleshoot what needed to be done to resolve each issue without ever having to call Control4 Support.In addition, in the short amount of time he was at my home, he assessed my entire setup, swapped out an amp without the proper plugs to make it quick (which was not replaced for months from the other representative), added apps to my Nvidia Shield in Control4, added my Hunter Douglas electric shades, pool controller with lights and aux, brought up the option to control surround sound modes, made adjustments to my Anthem receiver which he was unfamiliar with to make the audio work to my liking, swapped out a defective 75 Samsung QLED with a brand new one and was able to reconnect my ceiling speakers so the TV sound plays through them!The icing on the cake is Walter is not only a very nice person and a man of his word, he is a great communicator, charged a fair price for his services and I can now say he is my official go to tech for any future audio/visual concerns. I highly recommend you call Walter and IKnowPC. He is Simply The Best!

    Walter helped me design the website for Louislist. He was not only very efficient but proved to be a very creative collaborator who was very involved in the design and execution of the layout, far exceeding what we had originally conceived. Walter took a personal interest in the development of the website, you could see his dedication and passion in the end result. I would most definitely use I know pc again!
