    Highly recommend based on our experience using the local Zoom Drain services. Needed a quick and professional drain service based on a pending home sale. Spoke to Kevin when the buyers company couldnt complete the job due to equipment issues. Kevin got us scheduled quickly, and Bart came out and did a great job completing the necessary work. Bart made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction, and the service area was clean before leaving. They also made sure we had the necessary documentation to satisfy the buyer.     First of all, my phone call to Kevin the night before our appointment was really so good. You can tell that Zoom Drain isn’t in this business just to make money.He suggested a different route just in case the issue didn’t have anything to do with what Zoom would do to correct it. To SAVE ME money!! I checked it out and I indeed needed Zoom to come out to clear our clogged line. In comes Bart. What a nice guy and very smart, efficient and pleasant to deal with. He found the issue (after a few hours of painstaking work and a very cold wind outside) and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I hope I don’t have to see them any time soon but if I have to, they are definitely the ones to call.

    I called ZOOM after finding them online and i am happy i did. One is alway nervous when searching for a reliable service in any industry. BUT i found Kevin to be extremely responsive, understanding and incredibly priced for the services that were provided. The technician (Bart, i believe) that showed up to do the work was thorough, neat and professional (which were scoping the main sewer line). I contacted Zoom as a commercial customer but they are now my go to for all such services residential and commercial! Nice Job guys!

    This company did what it said it would. Great experience though out the whole time. My main sewer line became clogged which caused water to back up into my home. I recommend these guys and will call on them if needed in the future. Thanks again to Zoom Drain!!

    Clogged pipes got you down? Seriously look no further. I could write pages on the quality of the product, the customer service, and the professionalism of the staff. Rarely do you meet contractors and people who dont see you as dollar signs. Particularly in the plumbing industry, its easy to find people who just want to upcharge you to the next expense. But Kevin, Bart, and the Zoom Drain team are honest, upfront, and they GENUINELY care about you and your problems. I had previously called Roto Rooter for a clog. No disrespect, the Roto guys were nice enough and they responded quickly. But they basically tried twice to snake the pipe and gave up, all for a fairly high price. They wanted me to pay extra for additional work but I passed and called Zoom Drain instead. Life changing stuff. Talking to Kevin was like speaking to a therapist. The guy worked his tail off to accomodate me on such short notice and walked me through potential solutions. When it came time to solve my problem, Bart was a HERO. This dude beasted through the pipes like he was Captain America. And I swear I think he cared more about solving the clog than I did. What a work ethic and incredible dedication. While I sincerely hope I do not encounter any more plumbing problems, I would enjoy working with this team again and will be referring them to anyone who will listen.

    We were in a bit of a pickle, we just moved into our home and all the drains were backing up. I called Zoom and they were out there same day. The communicated with me numerous times through out the day with an update on their time frame. Their communication was spot on.They were able to come in and correct the issue.Kevin followed up after hours and spent an hour on the phone going over all concerns.Highly recommend

    Leigh and Rick were amazing to work with! My bathroom sinks were not draining and they were able to quickly diagnose where the problem was and they had it fixed in no time at all. They were kind, courteous, and also took the time to explain exactly what they were doing to fix my sinks. They also started communicating with me early in the day, providing updates on when they would make it to my house so i knew exactly when they would arrive.     Excellent experience from beginning to end. One phone call and their response was Awsome. Kevin told me where I stood in their schedule and kept me updated until moments before Joe my tech showed up on sit. Joe was super informative give me all the details of the billing before he start, once he did get start he made quick work of my clog and did a great job keeping the space clean. Not to mention the job was very affordable. I’ll be scheduling some jetting work as soon as the weather brakes.

    I was so impressed with the determination Leigh and Joe had to break up a clog! They worked all day, without taking a lunch break, under very stressful conditions in a nursery school! They were mindful to try, as much as they could, to keep a stall open for the children. Leigh kept me updated on everything they were doing and why they were doing it and he had all the latest and greatest equipment on the truck. After the clog was broken up, Leigh showed me, using the camera, where the bellies in the pipe are, where the pipe is straight, and the difference between the two.     I live in an apartment complex and I had a major problem this past Saturday(11/18/23). My toilet clogged andi was not getting anywhere with maintenance.     They were very helpful in scheduling this repair based on my schedule. When Robert the tech came, he walked thru the job with me and was extremely curious. Once he had made his inspection he quoted me a price, have been in construction for over 50 years the number was I believe right on and within a second said fix it.. Robert finished up clearing the clog by snaking about 40 of pipe and my guess would be about 3 separate blockages. Once complete he cleaned up after himself.     Zoom Drain of Hackettstown delivered when I needed them. I called because my toilets werent flushing properly and they came out the same day I called. They put a camera in the sewer line and found several obstructions and took pictures. They showed me the pictures of the debris, gave me 3 choices (good, better and best) to clear the line and now our toilets are working perfect. I would recommend Zoom Drain of Hackettstown.     To the rescue! With out of town family due to fly in on a Friday, I became aware of a problem with what would be our guest’s bathroom on the Wednesday afternoon before their arrival. With a reference in hand I reached out to Kevin at Zoom drain. On Thursday, Kevin’s crew arrived and cleared the clogged pipe. When that failed to resolve the issue, Kevin was able to provide additional assistance, which in turn led to resolution by Friday. Everyone involved was professional and courteous. We highly recommend!

    After trying all the usual home remedies we had to call a plumber. The drain was completely blocked. The Zoom plumber went right to work and fixed the problem in less than an hour. He was pleasant and professional. He left the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived. More than satisfied with David’s performance.

    I am pleased with the service of Zoom Drain and would be happy to call them for any future problems. After I explained the drainage problem to Rob, he answered all of my questions, looked at the physical problem and then proceeded to clean out the blockage. What I liked most was that Rob showed me a video of the inside of the drainage pipe from source to finish to see that the pipe was thoroughly free of any matter.

    The Lead Tech Rob L. was very knowledgeable and very courteous to say the least, he took all the proper steps to expedite our situation unfortunately he couldnt get this issue resolved but lots of positives were revealed like the tenants in question arent liable or at fault cause of the conditions found on how the toilet was installed initially. Without Zoom Drain these existing issues wouldnt be known thanks again.
