Everyone we spoke with in the office was very polite, professional and kept us up to date. They called when promised with an update on the schedule. Will use again if needed.

Weve had TGM service our heating system a few times as well as a plumbing leak, and some work done on our venting for our dryer. They are a pleasure to work with. They are reliable, professional, honest and get the job done efficiently and properly. We will continue to use them for our HVAC and plumbing needs and recommend them to others as well.

One of the best customer service in town staff and technicians are very polite and knowledgeable very professional extremely neat and clean they were prepared for everything they even had their own shoe covers (bootie) drop cloths disposable wipers and towels after completing the installation of the dishwasher they cleaned up after themselves highly recommended...

Extremely pleased with this service. Our heater went out and we had someone to our house the next day. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what parts they were going to replace. They did it quickly and with professionalism. We also felt the price was more than fair and honest. Highly recommend this company.

I am so happy that I found TGM services! Ted and Dan came out this morning (on time) and fixed a pretty complicated hot water issue and replaced a whole house filter that was leaking. They also found a couple other issues that they will come back to fix another day. They were very professional and courteous and neat. And as an added bonus the bill was not obscene like so many others these days. Thanks guys!

Cesar came this afternoon, within an hour and a half of my initial phone call, to find the fault in a circuit in my townhouse. He was competent, courteous and efficient. Before I even asked, he put booties on to protect the carpeting, solved the problem and explained everything to me. No wasted time, no nonsense. I will certainly call TGM for my next electrical need and I hope that Cesar is the one to come although Im sure he is representative of the others at TGM. Thank you.

Great company, I would definitely recommend. Omar and Taylor came out the same day I called for help. The problem was identified and fixed immediately. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful answering any questions and giving advice for better machine maintenance. 10/10

It was 60 degrees in the house. Furnace would not come on. I called TMG at 7:30pm. Their emergency phone number answered. Within 30 mins a repair technician showed up. In less than an hour he diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and was on his way. This was an emergency call. I am a regular customer of theirs. I recommend them anyone who needs help.

TGM created a Transfer Switch at my residence to easily switch to backup power (with a connected gas generator) during blackouts. Alex and Jose did the work. These guys are true professionals: very respectful to me and to each other during their hours work together. Excellent work, then Alex explained how to use the system to my satisfaction, and both Jose and Alex cleaned up to a degree where I could possibly have done a white glove test. Our township clerk remarked that the town doesnt have any problems with TGM. I now can see that. If I have future work, I will request Jose and Alex to do the work. Well done, gentlemen.

My hot water went last night, fortunately I was home to catch it before it flooded my basement. I called TGM last night and Trudy responded right away. TGM came out today to replace the water heater and I was 100% satisfied, Sean and Albert were very nice, clean and got the job done! Thank you TGM, you have a wonderful staff!

Was a little difficult getting scheduled during busy Springtime, but once they got there they were quick and efficient. Ted was very thorough and informative, taking the time to explain what happened and how to prevent it in the future. Would definitely recommend
