Black River Electrical Contractors are the absolute best! From our first conversation and Chris’s visit to give an estimate we knew he was the best person for us.Sometimes you get that gut feeling and I did. Great estimate and time frame. The crew is amazing. We have never met another group of guys that had so much respect for each other. A month after install I was having trouble setting up the APP and Chris didn’t hesitate to come by to help me. We are all good now. We would recommend Black River Electrical to anyone! Black River responded within one day to my request for a quote to install a standby generator for my home. Chris was very helpful in answering my questions and explaining the installation process. Their quote was very reasonable, so we scheduled the job. They were prompt, courteous, neat and efficient. They handled all aspects of the job, including permits and inspections, and Chris even provided a few extras that he felt were needed without extra cost. Black Rivers office kept me informed via email, text, and phone as to job status, and within 3 days of beginning installation, I had emergency power and was ready for the next blackout. I highly recommend Black River if you are looking to install a generator.

I had an issue with my generator the day before an impending ice/snow storm. Within an hour or so Black River Electric was here to check to see what the problem was. Chris quickly determined what was needed, left to get the correct parts and returned to complete the repair. They did all of this in the pouring rain to make sure we would have a working generator in the upcoming storm. I highly recommend Black River Electrical Contracting. Their service, knowledge and promptness are above and beyond!
