    Well as always life happens and usually happens after hours/late at night for us - I started calling septic services that are open 24 hours and to my surprise after 5 calls and leaving messages only one person actually picked up their phone (please know that I am not heartless - I get life happens and people need their rest, but if you are leaving messages you would think that at least one would respond back in a timely manner) anyway, I highly recommend Antees Septic & Drain. Very professional on the phone, was able to come early in the morning, reasonable pricing, explained the issues and fixed within an hour. I highly recommend them.

    My experience with this company was nothing short of amazing, Jacob was professional, communicative, and efficient from the moment we reached out. He kept me and my wife informed on when hed arrive and actually got to the property earlier which was even better, we needed a inspection done and was press for time and this was the only company who were able to still knock it out within short notice and delivered exceptional service for us, well definitely use you guys again and would recommend anyone looking for septic services.     Jacob was very responsive when I reached out to them. My problem was an electrical issue not an issue with my sump pump like I originally thought. Most companies, in my experience would have replaced the pump just to get the extra money. To me this shows Jacob cares about his customers not just money. He will get my business again when the time comes.

    This family came out on Easter Sunday to clean our sewage lines. Took them a little over an hour to find and clean out! Very affordable and professional business coming from someone who works with various businesses daily. Highly recommend!

    Our toilets and tubs starting backing up, would not drain of flush. Called Antees and they were here in 20 minutes, very knowledgeable and fixed our problem in 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable. Will use them again for any septic issue and would refer them to anyone.

    Septic pump wouldn’t run our regular plumber put us off twice. I called Antees and 10 minutes later he was T our house. 10 minutes later we were all good. Prices fair and service dead on By the way this was also on SundayWe will use him if needed again

    I called Antees around 9:00 AM due to a draining issue in one of my toilets. Antees arrived at my home within 45 minutes, located my septic tank and discovered the tank needed to be pump. They also found a problem with my tank and their son arrived within 30 minutes to trouble shoot the problem. I was quoted a very reasonable price to fix it and it was completed within the next two hours. I was very impressed with their fast response and correct the problem with my tank and pump it out within three hours. They are Honest, hard working people and told me to call them if I had any other issue and they would get her ASAP to fix it. They most certainly have my business.......Hard to find people like this...So glad I did.

    Jacob was amazing! I called him at 7:55AM and he was to my house within 30 minutes to help with a bathroom clog issue that I had. He also looked at a few other things I had questions and concerns about. He was extremely kind, helpful and would recommend him to anyone!

    Our toilet stopped flushing and it was the only one my elderly mother in law can get to. Jacob answered the phone right away and was at our home in less than 30 minutes. He identified and cleared the problem, and inspected and evaluated our septic tank and leach line while he was there. Excellent response and professionalism.     Jacob did our service on our septic. He tried helping us on the phone but was unable to. After waiting 2 days for one company he came right out that evening. Gave us knowledge that we didnt know. He was very polite and professional. He also told us everything we are doing right and gave us info on what not to do. Turns out the original company that installed our septic didnt secure the high water alarm. Thats why it kept going off.     On Sunday, Jacob responded to a call to snake a drain at our commercial property when everyone else was either closed or nonresponsive. Polite, professional and and communicated what he needed to do, why ad how long it would take. Since I was dealing with the drain issue from out of state and on the weekend, he made sure that I knew exactly what to expect.We were thoroughly satisfied and booked him to do a second service at a different location.     We had an urgent plumbing issue one evening on Memorial Day weekend. Jacob and Josh came out the very next morning and promptly fixed everything for us. We have an older house with old pipes that have given us issues for several years, mostly due to roots in the pipes. Weve had multiple plumbers come out and tell us that a pipe repair would be a huge ordeal and very expensive. Jacob and Josh diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in under an hour. They were professional, knowledgeable, and we will be using them for any future work!

    Toilets and tubs were backing up! Saturday morning and no on could come out until Tuesday. I called them and they were able to come out on a short notice.     I cannot say enough about this company. They have come to my rescue twice. They have compassion for the desperation in my voice and they instantly make my problems go away. Shout out to Joshua. Yes, I saw you stick around until I made it safely to my car at that late hour in that scary parking lot. These guys are professional. They talk you through what they need to do.
