    WOW, what a great job. As a former electrician I know good work electrical work and installation. Ty and Randy knocked it out of the park. Very nice and professional installers that went above and beyond to ensure that my Generac was installed timely, correctly and professionally. Ty took me through the steps of adding my generator to app and using the app. Randy explained the system and operation of the system. Ty and Randy is the A-Team!

    These guys were absolute pros. From the site visit to formulate the bid, to pricing, to installation and follow through, everything was PERFECT! Anthony, who bid the job and arranged all the permits and details, kept me totally informed, the installers were terrific, and came up with a great suggestion that made the installation even better (it looks fantastic) and the back office made everything totally easy. I highly recommend these folks.

    I am very happy with the maintenance service we received from The Generator Guys. It was an overdue service for our whole home generator. Andrew was our service technician and he was very thorough and professional. He showed us some things to look for. I am also quite impressed with Cindy. She worked with our schedule, warmly helped us when we had to reschedule again and more importantly she followed-up when she said she would to clarify a question about the service and the cost. She worked with us for an acceptable and fair solution. I highly recommend the company and I will be using them again for future services.

    Installed Generac for our home in Pensacola. Lived here 35 years and 10 years prior in Panama City. We know storms. The installation crew was 5 star, professional, experienced and never stopped working. Return crew for minor adjustment was 5 star. They came on short notice to insure we were storm ready. Good product and great crews. Very professional.

    The service techs (Cordell and George) did an awesome job with the installation.They were on-time, they kept us informed on the installation process, they made sure we were prepared to have the power shut off, they gave us detailed instructions and demonstrated the operation of the generator when the generator experiences loss of power and what to expect during the weekly test run. They cleaned up all the debris before leaving. They made sure that all our questions were answered.

    I highly recommend Forrest Jordan and Associates - The Generator Guys - for generator installation and regular maintenance. Cody & his partner were prompt, professional, and efficient during the install last year, as well as for the 6 month maintenance visit. We had a minor mishap a few weeks ago when some workers doing construction at our house bumped into the generator. Cody came over, inspected the unit, and went above and beyond to get the housing looking good as new. Generac generators are worth the investment, and Forrest Jordan is a top notch company to work with.

    9 Sept 2024..... i called over the weekend because of an indicatorlight that came on my GENERAC unit. I spoke with the answering service and confirmed that this wasnt an emergency. When working hours started on Monday, I was immediately called by the customer service staff. I spoke with Cindy and she could not have been more courteous and customer service oriented. I dont find that very often anymore. I am so happy that Cindy was my interface. She immediately recognized my concern and spent the time necessary to deal with an old geezer like me.     Forrest Jordan llc very professional and knowledgeable about there products their customer service is awesome. On install day ther were on time very professional once install was done they cleaned up and the technician went everything with me they even helped my husband set up the app on his phone. I just cant say enough about them they are awesome their prices are very reasonable as well as maintenance contracts.     Sal and his team are the absolute best! The young men of the team came over and worked diligently to have my generator installed and ready to be inspected by the gas company. Sal continued working with the electric company and the gas company to ensure proper installation had occurred and my unit is running perfectly. An entire host of great professional courteous fellas arrived and did a fantastic job.

Their installers were on time and were able to install our whole home GENERAC generator in 3/4ths of one day! Very important because my spouse and I work full time.     I give Forrest Jordan and Associates a 4.8. The only reason that I would not give them a 5 is for the overall experience. Although some was not under the control of FJ llc. Here is what I mean - My gas meter was located directly under my main electrical panel and this is not acceptable for the national electrical standards that FJ llc follows. So, I had a lot of back and forth with City of Gulf Breeze. GB was saying the meter could be vented and this was not an acceptable fix for FJ. This went on back and forth for almost 7 months. The final fix was to move the main electrical panel which was a huge hassle. The final install was a couple hours longer than expected, but the panel and hodge-podge of electrical panels and transfer switches that were there are now expertly organized.Apart from this instance, FJ was communicative, professional, and on-time when they said they would be for my whole house generator backup. The delivery and install crew were kind and patient explaining operations, set up, service and maintenance.Overall, I would recommend FJ to anyone that inquires without hesitation.Just a word of warning to anyone wanting to get a generator installed though - plan about a year out. Getting the generator from the manufacturer and issues with supply chain make long term planning a necessity.

    My fellow Veteran Forest Jordan did my generator assessment and was very professional and demonstrated knowledge that can only be learned from experience. We signed up for a 22kw generator. His crew arrived promptly on the installation day and completed the job on time. The crew was great and throughly explained everything to me. Since installed I have had two power outages and the generator worked flawlessly. Thank you to all of Mr Jordans employers from the office to the field crew who worked hard to meet my schedule and my needs.
