    I called on a Thursday. A plumber, Jason, arrived Friday at exact time. It took him an hour to find the leak but he didn’t stop until he found it.He went back to his office and got tools etc. The bad leak was repaired and new pipe in within a few hours. This young man has previously done work for us. He is punctual, very polite , and knows his job👍

    A++ service from the moment I picked up the phone and called! I was scheduled promptly for a review of my issues, he came out gave an explanation of what was needed, given a quote, and then I was scheduled for the work.     Impact sent Chris Malcom’s to replace my on demand water heater. After looking at my heater, Chris stated he had a heater in stock and could replace it the next morning if I chose to. I agreed. Towards the end of the install Chris approached me stating the unit would not stay lit. That he triple checked his install and that the unit must be bad. I chuckled saying that it was my bad. I forgot to tell him the old unit had a small gas leak so I closed the valve at the unit and at the tank. Problem solved. Impact will be my first call for any plumbing needs and requesting Chris as my plumber.

    The gentleman that came out for an estimate were prompt and thorough. Found the problem, quoted to fix that and no upselling.     HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We just had a wonderful experience yesterday. After this wild freeze we had a busted exterior pipe, that we discovered after business hours.I called Impact hoping for a voicemail or something but Emily immediately answered and had us on the books in minutes. We had already shut off our own water so I let her know this was not an emergency job but we were still seen within 36 hours. Chris came by and was very professional. He had us up and running better than before in less than an hour. He even went around and checked our other pipes to make sure we had no unseen leaks.They definitely have a repeat customer in us. They stayed until they were able to fix our problem of years long grease build up. After hearing the gurgle in master br, they both said you have a problem in your main. After several trips through they finally got it Un-clogged, cleaned, and water flowing.
