    Brown Plumbing found the reason that my water bill was $200 a month for several months in a row.Built in 1950, my Lakeshore Drive home had a hot water leak under the slab. After locating the leak, Brown Plumbing also discovered an existing drainage issue with a rusted through compromised galvanized kitchen drain pipe.This complicated fix became a TOP PRIORITY for Jared and Mark (both Master Plumbers) at Brown Plumbing because our family gathering was just a few days away. One issue became NO HOT WATER throughout the property.Jumping into action, they completed this major plumbing fiasco ahead of schedule and AFFORDABILITY (compared to all other bids.) Attached are just a few pictures of the complexity of our project.We highly recommend that you call BROWN PLUMBING when you need the job done affordably and right the first time.

    Had an emergency job on Fathers day and it was scorching in the attic! Daniel and Josh showed up and did an awesome job finding the broken cast iron and rerouting the condensate drain. They remained calm, professional, informative, and courteous throughout the entire time. Will definitely use them again!

    I called Brown Plumbing due to my moms vacant home having a very high water bill so Daniel and another young man came out and found one of the toilets had a leak and replace all the parts . We all figured that was the problem but later that day the meter was still showing a leak so I called back and later that evening Mark called me and said he will be coming out to check .Mark was the sweetest man that worked and worked to find that leak he even went and checked on days I couldn’t meet him I can’t express the Customer service he provided for us . He found the leak and the rate was very reasonable for all he had done for us , I will be calling them anytime I have plumbing needs .

    Brown did a MAJOR repair at my house. They replaced my entire sewer system, plus some fixtures inside. They were prompt and hard working. While they were outside installing sewer lines, a storm blew through with lightning and hail, but these guys kept working so the pipes wouldn’t move with all the water flooding the trench. I know I’d have been under shelter. They finished the job quickly and did an excellent job.

    Ken and Mike came out to replace a pipe, a valve and my hot water heater. They were here before the office said they would be able to get here, which I appreciated. They were thorough and fast!     1st off, Browns are our GO-TO plumbers. They always get the job done PROFESSIONALLY and RIGHT. Aaron and Josh definitely went over and beyond. I had a big job ,which included breaking concrete, furnace, and more. Their price well worth it, even Groves City Inspector said the completed job looked better than theirs. As heartbroken as I was, Browns made me happy with the results and great convos. So, I wanted to make this post STAND OUT to customers who are homeowners and afraid of scammers or nontrusted businesses. You are in good hands with BROWNS PLUMBING 🥰😇😊

    We used Brown’s Plumbing to install the drains for our commercial ice maker at our place of business. Glen, came out a day earlier than expected to give us a bid. Once we ironed out the details and we approved to begin work, Brown’s Plumbing team was out at our site within days. The installation was done seamlessly and professionally. We can now use our commercial ice maker knowing it is properly draining.

    Thank you Brown Plumbing for your quick response today and very reasonable pricing to open up our sewer lines. You are truly a blessing to us. (Nothing like having a house full of people on a Saturday night and finding out everything was backing up. Even worse was being told by company we have done business with over the last 20 years we would be serviced, then lied to and expected to wait an additional 2 days.) We were pleasantly surprised that this didnt need to be a huge /expensive plumbing job either. We are so thankful for Brown Plumbing and will gladly use them again in the future.

    I called brown plumbing cause I need some draining issues taken care of on my washing machine. They sent one of their plumbers out named john which was very professional. He did the job he was sent out for. Instead of standing around while the washing machine was doing it things, he told me that there was no need to charge me for extra time. So he gave me his number and told me if it messed up to give him a call and he would come back out with no charge. I ended up having to call him and he came back out and fixed the problem. I had excellent and professional service from brown plumbing and will be using them again and referring them to anybody thats needs a plumber.

    The receptionist who answers the phone is very friendly and cordial and helpful. The man who came out to do our repair was very professional did his job quickly and we were not gouged For the call out. I would definitely do business with Brown plumbing again when I need them.

    If you need a speedy, reliable plumbing then this is the place to call. I had a leaking shut off valve in my laundry. They had it replaced with an hour. They will definitely get my business again.

    If you have a plumbing issue, these are the people to call. I needed a plumber asap to repair a difficult (the first plumber I called could fix it) drain clog in an upstairs bathroom...they were there within an hour and they knew exactly what to do. I highly recommend them!!

    In and out for a bath tub unclog. Seemed like good enough guys. Though I didnt see them long; they were only here about 5 minutes and used an electric snake for unclog. I worked on it for 2 hours with my snake with drill attachment and couldnt get it. 🤷‍♂️

    Wow! Awesome plumbers! If you want it done right the first time, call these guys! Called out 3 plumbers for same issue and they couldnt figure it out, Brown came out and got it done the first time, and I havent had a problem since! :)

    Hugh & Steve came the same day that I called and were very professional & completed the job quickly in 2019.=========================Daren and Dillon came quickly to repair a water leak in my attic. Great Job and Mark Trahan is a perfect service manager. 2/17/2021=======I called this morning when my water heater started leaking. Around 1pm, Aaron & Drake arrived to survey the situation, left to pick up a new water heater & new cutoff valve, came back quickly & finished up by 2:30.     Wow, what a great exp. called brown plumbing, expecting to have to wait a few days for an appointment, as my bathroom was not draining very well. a tech named john called me back within a few hours, and told me he was on the way. John and his helper showed up, actually beat me to the house. he was extremely knowledgeable, and informed me of not only what was going on, but ways to prevent, and also thing i may need to do in the future. When u are buying a service, remember, u are also paying for knowledge. I will be calling this company again. thanks guys!
