The initial call to superior was great. I called on a Sunday afternoon and got emergency service in a matter of hours. The customer service agent was pleasant and informed me in detail of how the process will go. Like she said, Nick came to do an assessment and was really detailed. Nick was prompt and very courteous. The text and email communications are also efficient. This has been the best experience using an electric repair company. Superior has a new life long customer!

I had some LED can lighting installed in my living room to replace outdated track lighting and old incandescent cans. I got a couple of quotes and Superior was the best price and was able to get out to give me an estimate and do the work within the span of 5 days. Jordan was the technician who did my quote and the install. He explained the process and talked me through 4 different options. It really made it easy to make a decision and I never felt pressured. Would and will hire again!

Nick and his team came to my house on time today and fixed numerous issues ungrounded electrical receptacles, outdoor receptacles that needs to be replace, etc. and also give us an estimate on upgrading our panel in our 40+ year old house. These guys are great! Highly recommend

First off they were early for the appointment which was awesome. Paul Cosby was knowledgeable, didn’t waste time, found the problem immediately and fixed my problem. He was professional, wore his mask the entire time which was nice. I would absolutely recommended these guys for anyone with electrical issues.
