    I got Tommys number from my sisterWhen I told her I was having issues with my electrical panel. The subsidence were starting to pull the panel off of the house anyway I called Tommy and he was out the next day completely professional, completely timely and did an excellent job. I had a couple of estimates come in in his was the best, I would use him again. In fact, my brother asked for his information so there you go.

    I had a problem with my circuit breaker box on a Saturday afternoon that knocked out my refrigerator. I called Tommy, and he came out within 30 minutes, fixed the problem quickly and charged me only a minor fee for the house call.     I would like to thank Tommie with K.T Electric.In light of us losing power last night with hurricane Francine we couldn’t get a answer from anyone we called this morning,but Tommie picked up as well as came over to asset the damages we had.i can say I was rather surprised at his prices an the speed in which he repaired our broken meter an panel box.especially it being so early after the storm.now just waiting for entergy to restore power.i would definitely recommend him an his company to others an will be calling him back if any other issues arise in the future.thank you Tommie for everything 👍

    Originally called KT Electric to look at floodlights on my home that all went out about same time. After I did some simple checking and figured it was above my knowledge, I called Tommy. He was there the next day, only because he was out of town on a job when I called. Ended up being some faulty wiring in my attic from previous home owners. Tommy went above and beyond to fix it and also fixed a couple other issues he found while doing this. Will definitely call him again and recommend to friends.

    I found K.T Electric on google while looking for an electrictian.Once I came in contact with Mr. Tommie and forwarded my inspection report to him.He replied shortly thereafter with a fair and honest quote.He repaired and replaced all items necessary to pass the re-inspection.The scope of work was primarily working on the aluminum wirirng which he seems to be a master: he also worked on my outlets, switches, GFIs, ceiling fans and much more.I do recommed K.     I highly recommend KT electric! I called to inquire about some services and Tommie came out the same day and was able to give me an accurate quote. He completed the repairs and was flexible with my schedule. There ended up being some confusion between the power company and the city permit office and the power company told me my power would not be on until the next morning (24hrs of no power) but when I told Tommie about it he was able to get it sorted out and my power was back on within an hour of him calling. This was at about 9:00 pm on a Friday night. I’m so impressed with his services!

    I had another electrician install a ceiling fan, and after about three weeks, the power in the bedroom went out. I called K.T. Electric at 08:30, and Joe was at my home at 09:36 the same day.Joe was very professional and pleasant. He went above and beyond to locate and fix the issue.His assessment was accurate, and his pricing was fair. Because of his dedication, commitment, and reasonable pricing, I had him replace a breaker and install a ceiling fan in another room. You will not go wrong with this company if you have electrical issues!

    Punctual, professional, and efficient. I wont let anyone else work on my building.Calling KT Electric was the second time I had to change electricians. Both prior guys managed not only to fail to solve simple problems with my wiring, but they actually made things worse, lied about their mistakes, and tried to charge me exorbitant amounts to replace things that werent broken.Tommy from KT was able to immediately see what was wrong and fix it, then repaired the damage the prior workers had done, and still charged me far less than I had already paid the other two clowns.On top of that, he was both quick and accommodating. He responded to me immediately, was able to schedule around my needs as well as that of my tenant (whose apartment he needed to access), and finished the work in what seemed like no time at all. I was thoroughly impressed and will not use another electrician again.

    K. T Electric is the BEST electrical contractor Ive worked with so far in New Orleans. Their work is professional, accurate and on-schedule. Mr. Tommy is a TRUE professional. Hes always on time and gives you real and honest feedback after diagnosing your issues. He makes the process easy and its easy to get in contact with him. They dont cut corners and the pricing is VERY fair. He upgraded several circuits in one of my properties and installed some new outlets. He also installed light fixtures and ceiling fans for us.     My mom and I have had our trailer home since Katrina. This past weekend it caught fire and we lost all power.There was already issues with the electricity flickering and on the day I was on the phone with Mr. Tommie, I screamed that I had to call 911.The box outside on the pole was lightly on fire, the entire thing needed to be replaced, the pole, the wires, all the way to our box inside the trailer. The bottom of the trailer burned as well and as two women who are afraid of being conned and being seen as easy victims to charge an arm and a leg Mr Tommie is an honest, hard working man.He got our power back in three days. Three! And EVERYTHING NEEDED TO BE REPLACED!It wouldve been sooner if the other parties couldve come in and supplies were there sooner. Hes an amazing person with a heart full of kindness. He walks you through it all and explains in a way you can understand what happened.I cannot thank you enough Mr Tommie. You did what looked like a hard three man job as one man and the pricing was very fair and affordable for this mother and daughter. He worked all day in the hot sun, then rain, then sun and storm. Seriously, he worked damn hard.If you need an electrician, thats honest, that will walk you through the process, that shows you the cost of supplies, Mr Tommie is the man to go to.Whats even more touching, we are an Asian household that does not wear shoes in the house. Without even having to ask him, he respectfully, did not bring outside mud and bacteria into our home. He walked back and forth taking off shoes and putting on his shoes inside and outside of our home and it meant so much to my mom and I.He will forever be our electrician. Anyone who needs an electrician I will be giving them his number.

    This company is awesome! Before calling K.T. Electric, I had two other electric companies to come out which both couldn’t solve the problem and in fact made it worse. Once called, he came out within 2 hours. He filed for the permit the same day and contacted Entergy. I would definitely recommend this company. Now I have a reliable electrician.

    Excellent service and a total professional. After finding him on Google and cold calling him, the job was done in short order. Hell be my first choice as long as he plies his trade.
