I call Accent to request a bid on a level 2 charger for our house. I spoke with Jesse and he said his scheduler would call me back. I had a call from another gentlemen that asked if he could stop out to my house immediately. I met him 30 minutes later. He was courteous, answered all of my questions and walked me through the process. I received a bid within 2 hours of him leaving. When we pull the trigger on getting an installation it will be with Accent. Compare that to a second bid we received from a company that didnt show up on time and three days later I am still waiting on a bid. Customer Service Matters!

Recently had Accent come out for a minor electrical job after a couple earlier major jobs including installing a 220 electrical line. All experiences were exceptional. They communicate very well. Every person who arrived was amazing. Their work was spot on. I think the best part was they showed up each time, on time. Pricing for their work was fair. Definitely would recommend them with any job.

The light switch in my laundry room wasnt working so we had them out to see what was going on. Jesse was very thorough in his inspection and found an outlet in our crawl space that was firing every time I flipped the switch. It was black and smoking when he showed it to me! He safely removed it and advised on a few things we should look at having upgraded on the homemade house we purchased a few years ago. Well definitely be calling Accent when the time comes! They LITERALLY saved our house from burning down!

Isaac and his team did a fantastic job on getting electricity to our shed and they also fitted new RV outlets to our existing barn and did excellent troubleshooting on our existing outlets and system. We will be utilizing their services going forward for all of our electrical needs.

Jesse came to my home to put in a ceiling fan and a heater in my garage. He was very clear with his estimate and the amount of time the service would take. He showed up on time and was done sooner than expected. His work was top notch everything looked like it belonged there since day one. I will definitely use accent electric going forward.
