    I had a leak in the main water feed to our attached apartment. I needed it fixed immediately for my aging parents who live there. After calling 8 plumbers who couldn’t help, I came across Diligent plumbing. They were able to come out same day in my case! Vitaliy was very knowledgeable and had it fixed in under two hours, and the price was fair. Was super happy to get his info on a magnetic card, which is on my water heater for any future plumbing needs. Very pleased!!!

    I had a couple loose faucets that were giving us trouble and Vitaliy and Dan scheduled us in quickly.     Vitaliy has been amazing for every visit he had come out for. One time to fix a toilet that was leaking. Second time for a supposed leak in water pipes at street that he found were no longer leaking and finally to install a much needed thermoregulatory system not installed by water heater company despite required by code! Very thorough and making sure customer understands the problem and needed fix. Won’t be going to any other plumber and would highly recommend him to others!

    I had an emergency with my water heater, I reached out to Diligent Plumbing and they were very quick to schedule for a time to come out to the house. Closer to the appointment, I need to change the time of the appointment and they were very flexible and worked with me.     In June 2024, I was in a bind trying to find a technician for my water heater. I called this company, and even though they primarily focus on plumbing services, the person I spoke with was willing to troubleshoot over the phone to see if he could help me. While on the call, he walked me through some basic procedures, and thankfully, the water heater started working again. Surprisingly, he didnt charge me for the assistance. This company will be my first choice for any future plumbing needs.

    When I came home to a flooded front yard and basement I thought I was in for a major repair bill! After turning off house water I started calling plumbers and Diligent Plumbing was the only company that could come out and see me, all the others said this was a sprinkler issue. Vitaliy came out the next day and was able to determine where the leak was (it was actually in the sprinkler system) and within 5 minutes he had the leak isolated and water back on to the house free of charge. Amazing customer service! Vitaliy and Diligent Plumbing are our plumbers from here on! Thank you Vitaliy!

    Last winter during the cold snap I had a pipe burst in my garage. After calling multiple plumbers with no response, we called Diligent Plumbing and Vitaliy not only answered right away, but was extremely friendly and helpful, even FaceTiming with me to find the water shutoff in my garage that I didn’t know I had 😝. Over the next few months they came out and fixed what turned out to be multiple leaks in the water line at a very reasonable price. Cannot say enough about how pleased I am with their service.     Vitaliy and his nephew came out to my home to do an overall health check on my plumbing and address a few concerns that I had. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Luckily it turned out that I didnt have any issues and Vitaliy was able to put my concerns to rest. I really appreciated his honesty, as I imagine it would have been easy to turn any of my concerns into a job requiring further inspection. On top of that, he didnt charge me for the consultation, despite the fact I was totally willing to pay him for his time. If I ever have plumbing needs in the future I will definitely call Diligent Plumbing because they live up to their name!!! :)

    On a late Friday afternoon, my water heater burst and I had a waterfall going through my house. No one answers their phone on a Friday night..... but Vitaliy did. He talked me through getting the water shut off, and then helped us through the whole process of replacing the water heater.That was 4 years ago. He has worked many projects for us since then - always on time, always reliable, always explains things clearly, always picks up after himself.I cant recommend them enough!     We had an aging gas hot water heater that was threating extinction at any moment. Before disaster was upon us, I called Diligent Plumbing to come out, take a look and give me an assessment. As expected, it was grim. But Vitaliy walked me through options, gave me fair estimates for all scenarios and was very forthcoming about the “what ifs”. We chose to have the water heater replaced, which he did the very next week. It required some new lines and he stuck to his estimates. He did exceptional work, went above and beyond and I feel confident in the job done. I’d definitely recommend Diligent Plumbing, and would work with them again in a second.

    Amazing Customer Service!! Very professional, honest and friendly.One of the pipes in my garage burst in the middle of this crazy weather with freezing rain. I was worried that the water that was coming out under pressure would also go into my crawl space and damage my foundation, so I started calling some of the plumbers who might possibly live in my area, because the roads might be already slippery by that time. 3 of the emergency plumbers answered my call but said they were all booked. I called Diligent Plumbing and left him a text and first thing in the morning he contacted me saying that he couldnt come to my house but that he could help me isolate the burst pipe and that he would call me immediately to help direct me on how to do it. I really appreciated the honesty and feeling of helping me with the problem, he could say the same thing as the others, we have our schedule full but he knew that it was not possible for him to drive on these slippery streets so, he texted me saying that it was not possible for him to come but that he was going to call me right away. He called me and walked me step by step on how to isolate the burst pipe so we could have water in the other areas of our house and be able to fix the problem as soon as the weather improves. I could see that he had a lot of knowledge in plumbing, he addressed me without being present and was able to tell me where to look for the valves that I should close. I Definitely will recommend and hire Diligent Plumbing for my near future projects.

    Vitaliy and his assistant are very knowledgeable and skilled. They came out promptly after 16 degrees storm. They replaced a kitchen pipe under the house, and replaced 4 valves in the kitchen . Water in front of the sink. Water sprayed out through a flap down to the driveway. Vitaliy also showed us how to block the flap to keep it closed. Both very courteous. Considerate. Cleanup

    During the snow/wind storm we lost power. When it came back on and we returned home our hot water wasnt working.     Vitality removed a whirlpool tub and capped off the supply and drain pipes. As busy as he is, hes able to modify his schedule to meet ours.     We had a dripping bath tub faucet we tried to repair on our own, but just couldnt get right. Aside from that, our water pressure was INSANELY high (120) and when we went to adjust it, noticed the reducer was rusted and broken- yikes! As new home owners, we were really at a loss of what to do.I called quite a few companies in the area and most required a $100 fee just to come take a look and give an estimate. Aside from that, most reviews were not great AND my husband and I both work and NO major company was willing to come on a weekend for us. I wouldve had to take time off work to get an estimate.I finally found Diligent Plumbing. Vitaliy was willing to come out to our place on a weekend, within just a few days and give a free estimate. When he arrived he was super nice and friendly. Gave us an estimate very quickly AND explained what was going on/what needed to happen in terms easy for us to understand. He had his nephew with him, who was the sweetest young guy and helped along in the process. He even caught something that wasnt up to code in our house and explained to us why we needed to fix it. Super impressive!We asked Vitaliy numerous questions and he answered all of them very detailed. We ended up scheduling the work very quickly after that. On the day of the work, he was again, quick, informative and super friendly. The work was done quicker than expected which was a nice surprise. The bill was reasonable and its been months since the work was done with 0 issues. Very happy customer! I recommend him to everyone now.

    Vitaliy from Diligent Plumbing was awesome to work with. We called because we had a pipe break under our sink. He came in, was super friendly, gave us three separate options and explained the costs, what would be involved, and how good each option would be to fix the overall problem. We ended up going big and having them replace the entire sink and faucet and we let them do everything. Within a week and a half, they ordered the sink/faucet and were here to install it. No problems, no fuss, just great service. If I have any issues that require a plumber in the future, I know who Ill call.

I purchased a new washer and the company I purchased it from could not uninstall my washer, Vitaliy quickly uninstalled my washer and explained everything and suggested I have the installers call him should they have a problem installing my new washer.     Really like Vitaliy - hes highly competent, professional, a nice guy, and did a great job both of the times that we used him. I just called him again this morning because our water heater wasnt getting hot enough. Turns out one of our two pilot lights was off and wed neglected to check; Vitaliy absolutely refused to charge us even though we pulled him out of bed early on a Saturday and made him drive out here and mask up --- says his policy isnt to charge for a 5 minute fix. Respect!

He came out and looked at the problem, went over all my options, and what impressed me the most, he didnt press for the most expensive repair, nor did he make promises he couldnt keep. Thats the sign of someone who is highly ethical. We ended up having the water heater replaced. They were on time, they completed the project in 1/2 the time they said they would. They also cut no corners. They used the best and most reliable parts, where I had suboptimal parts previously.I highly recommend this company, and I will definitely be using them again.

    Vitaliy was very professional, responsive, and pleasant to work with, and he dd an excellent job getting us set up with a new garden faucet. The fixture was pretty difficult to get to but he stuck with it and did not charge over what he had initially quoted for parts and labor, which was very reasonable.     I don’t know how other people think this company but as for me they provide great and excellent service. I received excellent and professional service when I needed especially during this Pandemic time. My kitchen faucet was broken and I need to replace it. I bought one from Home Depot and installed it myself but as soon I turn it on, water run but like not pressure. Everything look good as far the installation. Couldn’t figure out what going on so I made many call around locals but no one available to come help me check. Until I found Deligent Plumbing on web, I ask them to come out but they were also very busy too.     I called Vitaliy to clear a stopped drain in my basement. He was able to come the very next day and within minutes he had everything flowing freely. Not only was he in and out in no time, but he left no trace he was ever here, except for a now perfectly working drain: none of the big messes I’ve had other plumbers leave behind.     Vitaliy was very responsive when I initially called to set up an appointment for my blocked drain line for my kitchen sink and my washer drain .On the day of the appointment he texted me that he would be able to arrive earlier which worked great for me. Vitaliy was very cordial when he arrived and it was a pleasure to meet him. He went right to work assessing the issue. After troubleshooting he offered three options to get the drain line unplugged with an option to a another cleanout. The added cleanout was the most expensive option but the one that made the most sense. He told me that with this cleanout I would be able to do the clean the drain line myself. I opted for that added cleanout as we seem to have this problem every several years.He was very fast at completing the work and did a beautiful job. What a great sense of humor, too. This made for a very positive experience and I trusted him completely. He will be THE one I will call in the future, if the need arises, and the one that I would recommend if asked.

    If there were a zillion stars... this company would have ALL of them and more!!!! Vitaliy is such an honest, respectful, caring business owner. My husband and I were sitting in the family room on a Friday night watching TV (mind you this was 12:15 AM). We hardly ever stay up late but thankfully we did. My husband heard what sounded like someone was taking a shower, however our teenagers were already asleep. I walked down to that side of the house and sure enough the shower water was coming out of the spigot and to my surprise the faucet handle was turned downward which is in the off mode. I calmly tried to turn the handle back on and off when that did not work I called for my husband. He came in and went to get tools to see if he could remove the handle. He then went outside to find the main water shut off... again no such luck we needed a meter key! UGH!!!!We looked on the internet and found Diligent 24 hour plumbing company. Within 7 minutes Vitaliy was at our home, turned off the main water value and came in to see what the issue was. He found the problem and stated that he could be back at 7:00 AM to fix the shower. 7:00 AM on the dot he was back and quickly fixed the shower.He was extremely reasonably priced even with the EMERGENCY hours. He came the next day with his colleague during the timeframe he stated. They were polite, put on shoe covers and face masks. These two young men showed common sense , courtesy and great care. While the service did cost quite a bit, I supplied my own top-of-the-line appliance and needed the job completed now, not 2 months out like everyone I called was telling me. He provided this after getting some understanding, advised possible trouble points, and asked if I had any other concerns.     Vitaliy came out right when he said and gave us professional advice on how to fix our outdoor faucet. He did not just rush in and fix it and charge us a bunch of money he gave us options to have him install the new faucet or tell us how to do it so it would be cheaper greatly appreciated the info.
