My routine service from 12/9 with Barrie went real smooth as always. Prompt arrival at the early part of the appointment window.Inspection and maintenance took the usual 30 or so minutes. Barrie was again very professional, thorough, and communicated well what he was doing and finding.I remain happy with the service level Barrie and A&E Heating provides.

Matt W came out today to repair my furnace. He clearly and patiently explained the problem, quickly and easily fixed it while being pleasant the entire time. ( Rare qualities in contractors these days.) I will continue to use and recommend A&E as I have always been pleased with their services

Carson was the technician today and he was excellent with great customer service. He explained everything I asked about and did a complete and thorough service as well as installed two surge protectors. Very friendly and provided complete care of my furnace and outside unit. He installed two surge protectors as well.

Mike and Greg just finished a beautiful job under my house. They were quiet and efficient; even fixing a problem that I didnt know about. A&E solved an issue that I have been dealing with for several years. Quick, easy and at a reasonable cost!

This morning, I was notified by my sister, who lives with my elderly mother, that their AC is not working. We’re in the middle of a heat wave and it’s supposed to be over 100 degrees today! I called A&E and explained the situation. Much to my surprise she said they could be there between 2:00 and 4:00 this afternoon. They showed up early, replaced the capacitor, and had it fixed by 1:00. Great speedy service that is much appreciated to keep my mother comfortable on this sweltering day!

Mike and Greg installed a new air conditioner, furnace and water heater for me on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 21 and 22. They did an excellent job, even though there was some difficulty with a neighbor. Everything works well. They were professional and friendly. I will continue to use A&E because of this. On May 23 Zach and Greg were here to clean the ducts. Once again, they did a terrific job, were professional, friendly and explained all my questions.
