    From the quote to the finished job, Tommies was professional and cheerful. It was hot and they did a main water line plus a new water heater. Came in midway for price but surpassed the other 2 companies in customer service!! Signed up for the monthly maintenance plan and looking forward to them helping through first-time home buyer stress!! Each worker talked with my kids. Answered any questions they had. Didnt mind us watching and encouraged it so we could ask questions as they came up. We wont be calling anyone else. Tommie himself did a fantastic job moving our driveway slabs and placing them back. Top notch people and company.

    We have a septic system and a basement bathroom. So, we have a lot of stuff that can go wrong. We needed the sewer pump (aka grinder pump) replaced. Couldn’t use the downstairs bathroom until it was. Enter Mark fromTommie’s. He was able to figure out the problem, get the replacement unit & fix it that same day. He was so nice. Made sure to explain everything, and left everything so clean when he was done. Plumbing is expensive, but we sure don’t want to do without it!! So a same day fix was a great surprise!Everything is working perfectly since the replacement & Mark even checked a few other things for us & let us know what was working well and what would probably need attention in the future. Absolutely no pressure, just letting us know.This was our first time using Tommie’s & we will definitely use them anytime we have plumbing issues.

    Robert and his team (Tyler and Connor) re-piped our home after we started to experience pinhole leaks in our copper pipes. The job took most of two complete days. The team was friendly, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. They protected our property with great care and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend Tommie’s Plumbing…and especially this team of three plumbing professionals.

    Amazing people!My husband and I are renovating our older home. We reached out to local plumbers but they never returned our calls. We then went farther afield and got a couple of quotes. We ultimately went with Tommie’s Plumbing. So glad we did!From the initial contact to the arrival of the plumbing professional, we knew we found the right team for our project.What a refreshing experience! Aaron was awesome!     Robert was outstanding! He is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Words cannot express how wonderful our experience was. We had 6 feet of flood water come into our root cellar and basement. It was very difficult to get the old hot water heater out. Robert got the job done quickly and efficiently. And hes very concerned with cleanliness in spite of all the mud on our property ! We are very pleased with Tommies Plumbing and Robert.

    My water heater failed at 6 am this morning and I found water all over my floor. In a panic, I called tommies plumbing. They were able to send someone out immediately. Jacob was fantastic! He took care of everything from the paperwork to the install, and went above and beyond, even sweeping my floors. He stayed until he was sure everything was fixed and working properly. He was an absolute blessing. I will recommend tommies to anyone I know who needs a plumber! Thank you so much!

    Had an emergency and they were there within an hour of calling. Jacob had to run and pick some stuff up for the service I needed, came back promptly and had me back in business with a few hours. Very respectful and professional young man. Great job. Would recommend.

    We knew we had a plumbing leak somewhere in the house, so we gave Tommie’s Plumbing a call. They told us when they would come and they were there on time! For the service fee, they checked our whole system, found the leak and wrote up various options. Once we made our choice, we had them come back and, in our case, install a new toilet. This was done with cheerfulness, good humor, and efficiency. Before leaving, Aaron gave me the chance to inspect and he also inspected his work. It was an entirely enjoyable and stress free experience. I would highly recommend.

    Aaron was wonderful ! He came out for one issue, which had resolved itself. When he checked water pressure in all other water sources, he discovered our hot water heater was leaking and replaced it right then! Great experience and such a nice guy.

    Aaron, Mason, Chris, and the team are FANTASTIC! I was having main line issues and they not only repaired it but also explained everything in detail, showed me the issue using their camera, took pictures, answered my questions, and cleaned up afterwards. They even put grass seed down once everything was done so I don’t have a bare spot in my yard! Everyone was super knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciate them educating me on the issue!     Once called for plumbing issue, they were quick to respond and give an estimate time and date for a tech to show up. Mark gave me the best and worst case scenarios from my description and he showed back up the next day when he said and resolved my plugged plumbing and installed, per my request and his advise, a riser for future possible issues!     Skilled, knowledgeable, and articulate professionals using quality materials. Called for an outside spigot replacement, but found some pressing issues during the routine inspection that I had to get addressed. Most importantly the main water line was only a few inches below grade. Crazy! How I was able to buy it this way is beyond me, but glad to have caught it before winter. Also had an expansion tank installed on the water heater. Great job guys. See you next week for the main line replacement. Fun fun.Update: Got the new line in today. Glad to know it was done right, with the right quality materials. Commercial grade replacements under the house, makes me feel secure that it will easily withstand the rigors of its residential duties. Great job, once again. I dont really know if I got a good deal on the price as I have little experience. Seemed expensive, but with this company, you get what you pay for. I feel I got a great job that was done above and beyond code by a highly skilled plumber who used superior parts and materials. Highly recommend.PS: Couldnt get more photos to upload :(

    Mason and Aaron were amazing. They came in diagnosed the problem quickly and were able to see a problem we knew was there but had not mentioned to them. Their work was quick and efficient and they even cleaned up literally leaving things cleaner than they found them. They were curious to my elderly aunt and uncle who are bed bound.     I wish I could remember these guys names. One was a young guy, guess it would be an apprentice. They were both super nice and friendly. This is the 2nd time Ive used Tommys. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.Third time...replace spicket and burst pipe.robert and his helper, Mason were perfect gentleman, great personalities and knew what they were doing.     Robert inspected our waterheater, which was in the crawlspace, and hes a big guy. He took pictures and went over them with us. He then explained all our options. He was very friendly and helpful. Theyre coming back tomorrow to install it. So very speedy service. I would highly recommend then.

    Today John was back again to install a new water heater. Everything was so smooth, so easy on the customer. During the time John was at the house, I was dealing with a couple of other customer service issues with other companies. What a contrast. These two other companies cant even spell c-u-s-t-o-m-e-r.     As always a fantastic job done by the plumbers here at Tommie’s! Every time they come out. This was an emergency they were to the house 10 minutes after I called. Set it up for the next morning as it was already 6 pm at night for the emergency. When you see what some people write about the cost. You get what you pay for if you want cheap you’re going to get a cheap partial fix but with Tommies, you get it fixed correctly with a warranty every time and they stand by their warranty and all their work! Thank you Chris & Mason for being so amazing! 6/2024Jacob came out today I called This morning and he came out this afternoon called when he was on his way called when he got there fixed the leaking issue and called when he left.     I would like commend Chris(lead technician) and Mason/Conner(apprentices) for doing an outstanding job replacing around 60% of the sanitary piping in our home. Once the job was completed they cleaned up the work area and left it as cleaned as when they started. They were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and they were able to answer all the questions I had. I would highly recommend they to your plumbing.

    Robert and Alexis were both awesome to work with. Robert was like a hound dog and was determined he was going to find our leak before he left. Being in the middle of a kitchen renovation, a hidden, leaking copper pipe was not what we needed. Robert went above and beyond to help us out. I would highly recommend him and this company. We would definitely use them again, should the need arise.

    Jacob was very nice, he listened to my description of the problem and was able to explain what he could do to help me. He did offer other options above and beyond but I was able to choose this what I needed at the time. He seemed efficient at his work, he made the necessary repairs and adjustments just a little over two hours, he stayed to make sure there was no leaks, and he cleaned up all the workspace and took out all items that needed to be thrown away .     Quick response to request for rocking toilet. Prompt, very knowledgeable and patient. Conducted an inspection of pipes and sub flooring for leaks and damage as well as water pressure and water heater. All good except water heater needs replacing Recommendations for options available to me for any updates, replacements, repairs that could be made today along with costs for each option was provided up front. I’m impressed with Jacob and with this company. I need a new water heater and will be scheduling a replacement with this company soon.

    I have CPVC plumbing, so I dont mess with it. I let the professional do the job. Both of my shower controls (up and down stairs) were contractors grade (16 years old) and in need of replacing. Both were dripping for months. John opened the wall and replaced the upstairs controls - using Pex with the CPVC. Very clean job. The original plumbing was a mess where they used CPVC glue and plastic fittings. He gave me some options. I had already bought a Moen control but wanted him to install additional cutoff vales behind the wall. That way I would not have to go under the house to shut the whole house water off for this shower. John gave me different price options to use what I had + the cut-offs, or to install one of their controls that has cut-offs built in. Actually that option would cost less. Also, the control was better quality and heavy duty.As for the downstairs shower control, I would have to remove the long wall to wall vanity in order for John to access the shower control through the wall. So, John suggested I just have him replace the shower cartridge only (and gave me a cost). I agreed because the main objective was to stop the dripping. John was able to contact his office to identify the type of cartridge and order it. That would stop the leak. In a few days John came back to install it. It doesnt leak anymore. In the future I will pull out the vanity, have Tommies schedule John to replace the control with the same type that was installed upstairs. He also put in an access panel upstairs. Looks great. He will do the same for the downstairs shower. I am very pleased. John did an excellent job. I am glad I called Tommies Plumbing.I’m August 3 I had to have my water heater replaced after 191/2 years of service. It was to happen sooner or later, John with Tommie’s plumbing did an excellent job and was upfront about the work to be done and the cost. I M very pleased. I highly recommend them. Ask for John for your tech.

    Had an unexpected issue with an underground pipe over the weekend. I called them Monday morning and they made sure to fit me in same day! The crew that arrived at my property were courteous, professional and went out of their way to help me out. They were very friendly and made me feel at ease about my issue.Are they the cheapest option? Probably not but I also feel with plumbing you don’t want to go cheaper to spend more on the back end. They were also not through the roof and gave me options that fit my need and budget. They competed the job quickly and efficiently and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I can’t say enough good things!Robert Davis was my specific technician. Go out of your way to request him if you call in. He is the epitome of professional and will take good care of you. Had two other estimates and one that didn’t even show. Again I can’t recommend enough and will use Tommie’s for all of my plumbing needs moving forward!

    I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received. The crew took out 2 old water heaters, installed a new tankless one and a booster and hauled all the old stuff away.     Thank goodness for Tommies Plumbing! My mother had an outside leak a few days before Christmas. Everyone I called were either booked up or would not travel to her location. Tommies saved the day. They set up an appointment on Friday but actually ended up being able to move it up to the next day! My mom is elderly and is hard of hearing. She said the two gentlemen that came were extremely helpful and kind. They contacted her local water department for assistance, found the leak and fixed the problem. They went above and beyond checking her water line all the way back to her house and gave recommendations on other problems.     Our technician Dylan did a wonderful job, he was so nice and professional. We called with an emergency and they were able to show up the same day, other places had to schedule at least a week out. Great prices as well, would recommend and will use again.

    I had my plumbing system inspection done and needed a major improvement. Robert explained everything. I booked the appointment. That morning Robert, John and Aaron showed up and got to work. Then in the afternoon they were joined by Jacob. These four gentlemen were FANTASTIC! Replaced my old pipes - put in new outdoor faucets (old ones leaking) - went under my house to install pressure regulator and insulation.Everything that was explained was done and at the end Robert walked me through everything once more to show me the work. They even reseeded the yard where they had to dig and put gravel in the driveway where hey had to dig. Beside the work being done exactly as I was told …I had the pleasure of meeting a very nice work crew and gentlemen in these four.     We had a regular plumbing issue in the basement. Mark found the break, replaced it and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He also explained everything along the way. It was a great experience and affordable.

    Mark came out to help with a plumbing issue I was having at my home recently and not only did he fix the problem but he was also able to point out other things with my plumbing that could potentially cause other problems. He performed good, quality work, gave really good advice and ultimately made it a good experience. I will definitely ask for him again in the future

    Mark was amazing! He really went above and beyond to diagnose our septic issues. After he was finished he left almost no trace that he was here! Very friendly and professional. Also, he was PUNCTUAL!!! That is so hard to come by around this area for some reason but Mark was here when he said he was going to be here! Im so glad I contacted Tommys to fix our nightmare of a septic system!!! Thank you so much!!!

    Dylan arrived promptly and checked out the issue with the warning light & alarm. He called for help and assured us that another tech would be out shortly. That tech arrived within the hour (I don’t remember his name, sorry) and got to work right away. He assessed and fixed the problem, explained what the issue was and went on his way. I want to let you know we have had 2 issues since the new pump install and Tommie’s has been very responsive with both calls. They do stand behind their work.

    MARK IS THE MAN! Mark was the first to show up. Really nice guy and fluent with information. Any question I had was answered and he didn’t leave until a solution was made. He called “Chris, Travis, and even TOMMIE” himself came to help us with a clogged drain. Prices were more reasonable than I was expecting, but remember plumbing isn’t cheap. As a new home owner, I’m glad Tommie’s was the first I called. Every single staff member I met today smiled and were very very persistent in finding a solution. They even helped me find a basement I didn’t know I had! I would highly recommend this company, and I would highly recommend “Mark.”

    HIGHLY RECOMMENDDEFINITELY WILL CALL ON THEM AGAIN WHEN NEEDED!!!Nelson and Rich were amazing Techs. We needed a new Hot water Heater. They installed a new one in a tight place. It looks perfect. I couldn’t be happier. They also recommended putting in a pressure control valve because our psi was 120. We had them do that and now our water is running out faucets like it should be instead of spraying all over the place! THANK YOU SO MUCH TOMMIE’S PLUMBING WE SURE APPRECIATE THE WORK DONE.

    Tommies Plumbing is superb! I had work on my vent pipe and both sinks done two weeks ago, and yesterday the rest of the job, which included a bathroom sink and faucet install was completed. Kyle had done a lot of the plumbing before, but Dylan finished the bathroom sink work. Both Dylan and Kyle were extraordinarily professional, helpful, kind, quick, and precise. Overall, the company itself is excellent, and I recommend them for any work, great or small. Thank you!

    We had noticed water on the floor and couldnt figure out where it was coming from.i called and got an appointment for next day but a cancellation gave us an earlier time. Dylan and jacob came right on time...with masks and shoe covers. They checked every place in this home opening up tub fixtures and in access panels and even went under our modular home in the cold weather. After all that they advised me that the leak is most likely coming from the bathroom vent on the roof not sealed correctly. A fix that I can do myself. So I asked what do I owe you..they said the $69 service call. I said thats it? They said yes. Well for all that work that was the best $69 ever spent...HONESTY is hard to find these days but I sure did. This is a company you can trust and rely on. Thank you guys. 🥰....turned out that it wasnt the roof....Dylan came back out and opened up the wall and found the leak. A defective valve right next to the roof vent pipe which was the first thing he thought and was in the right area. So he replaced the entire valve in the wall and now...ALL IS DRY AND REPAIRED. great service...great professional work.

    After finding a leak under the house, Tommies sent out Mark and Seth to diagnose the problem. Within minutes they found the problem and gave me options for repair and pricing. The problem was much worse than originally thought, but they had all parts and equipment on hand to repair the issues within hours. This included a new water heater and minor structure issues. Mark and Seth were professional and answered all questions and concerns. They also went as far as calling the city to come and fix an issue on their end without delay. Very pleased with the completed work. I highly recommend using Tommies Plumbing and if possible request Mark and Seth.

    Today, 2/18/2020 I experienced Mark and Dylan from Tommie’s Plumbing to resolve several plumbing issues that had been developing over several years. I choose Tommie’s Plumbing based on reviews such as this and television ads. For this review, my issues were low water pressure, leaky faucets, slow toilet tank refill, and leaking upstairs toilet. To be brief but extremely complimentary, I will say that not only were all issues resolved, but that they were resolved in a most courteous and professional manner. Everything works, no mess, and was I satisfied before they left. So, how do I conclude this review. I gave Tommie’s a 5 star for this reason. They did exactly what they said they would do. They were courteous and professional. Mark and Dylan were just plain pleasant to deal with. Would I recommend Mark and Dylan, you can count on it. Would I recommend Tommie’s Plumbing? Yes. B G

    My technician, Dylan, was on time & very friendly, courteous, & very knowledgeable. I had several things I wanted done, and he took the time to go through different options for each item. In the end I only had 2 of the 5 items worked on (honestly all the items were wants versus needs). But the 2 items he did work on, were done quickly and very professionally. I would definitely recommend Tommies plumbing!
