    Juan Cabrera was very professional and knowledgeable of the task needed to be done. Had water backing up into the basement via a drain. They verified the issue and looked into the outage pipe with a camera and found the cause. A tree root had grown into the pipe and they were able to cut it out and clear the line. Overall a wonderful experience with Roto Rooter

    I had a nagging drain problem that had been troublesome for a few years and got worse and worse. Another plumber failed to get it fixed. RotoRooter came by this morning and totally got it fixed. I watched the complete cleaning by watching their inside pipe camera. Excellent job!!!

    Bear came to our house and diagnosed our issues quickly and accurately. He only charged us the original estimate price to run the video camera but he did so much more than that to show me my other issues. Thank goodness I didn’t have a cracked pipe, but instead the filter was clogged again after just 6 months. He also figured out where the septic smell was coming from which included having to open all three of my septic tanks and cleaning the filter at no additional charge. He was super nice and obviously very experienced. I would recommend Bear to all my friends and neighbors.

    Ben and another employee came out to fix a drain issue we were having. They were efficient, friendly and informative. They explained what was going on with my plumbing and were able to get the job finished quickly. Definitely recommend using roto. The prices are fair as well.

    We had a clogged basement drain. In the rain and wind associated with hurricane Helene, the team worked both inside and out. Were able to clean, but blew a pressure hose on the jetter. Returned this AM just to insure the flow was clear. Quick, honest and reliable service. We have used their services for both drainage and septic - always great!

    Eric and Juan with Roto Rooter of Greeneville TN were SUPER DUPER GREAT and did a FANTASTIC job too!!!Thank God for them to know how to get the job done and make your sink drain!!! Bought a home in the country and the previous owners poured GREASE down the drain for YEARS!!! Ugh! Dont ever do that cuz your water lines plug up with gunks of cement!! We are sooo happy for them!!!     I cant praise these folks enough. I have a friend who is a flood victim.We are trying to salvage his home and were mucking out basement but the drain for entry to basement from outside was packed full and clogged. Noone would help they answered the call went immediately and got him to were it will drain and now when it rains his basement will not flood again. Absolute heroes in my book. Highly reccomend..Thank yall so very much!

    Charles L. was an amazing, highly knowledgeable, and courteous proffessional. He takes pride in his work and was extremely helpful with insightful suggestions and didnt fluff me with needless upselling; just tells you how it is. Hand dug my tank up (both lids), helped by breaking off (with my permission of course) an outdated piece of my tank off to help save me money from getting a newer tank and decrease the need for unnecessary cleanouts, installed a riser at my request, and helped locate my hidden leech field and pipes. Great man! Will definitely use this company and for all my septic/plumbing needs in the future. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE🙌

    I just have to say that Roto Rooter of Greeneville, Tn is a most excellent company. We had a sewer line break that caused a complete disaster at our office. The sewer line break was hundreds of feet from our office, but the technicians found the break and then cleaned out the damaged line. They came to our office prepared to do the job with state of the art equipment. Thetechnicians were knowledgeable, efficient, professional, andfriendly. I recommend their team highly.

    I called Roto Rooter of Greeneville about a clogged sewer line on our garage. They responded promptly and had Nick and another technician to our place in less than two hours. They quickly diagnosed the source of the blockage with a camera and cleared the blockage and also showed me on the camera that part of the sewer line had broken which was the source of the problem. The technicians were very professional and courteous and explained everything that they were doing. I would definitely call them again if I ever have any similar issues in the future.

    My basement bathroom was completely stopped up. I Called Roto Rooter Friday and they came out Friday afternoon. The two men that came out were professional and very polite. My drain pipe was filled with roots. They cleaned those out and then used the camera to make sure the pipe was clear.I was pleasantly surprised when I was given the bill. It was much less than I had been told I should expect to pay for this service.If I ever need anymore plumbing work of this type I will definitely give them a call.
