    Everyone, from Tony in sales, to Dylan the installer and Kyle the plumber..everyone..was clean, professional, friendly and fun to have in the house. Even our window installers, who were there at the same time, were impressed by not only the cool finished product, but they also commented on the protective walk matt Bath fitters uses. Not your standard drop cloth. Very clean looking. I am getting another estimate for our second shower as well now! My neighbor signed up the same day as our install when she saw how great they were. Excellent company!

    We love our new showers! We had a little miscommunication about the ceiling in our upstairs bathroom. It was handled professionally and we are very happy with our results! The planning with William was excellent and his help with financing was fantastic! I would recommend bathfitters to anyone! My one recommendation is to get more colors to choose from!

    This company is super easy to work with. Everyone involved in the process from start to finish were very professional and above all, ON TIME. Fast easy one day install of my walk in shower. Removing the old tub and shower and cleaning up after them selves. The price was thousands less than the other guys. Life time warranty and close by available service in case on would need them down the road. Very pleased with Steve my installer. Wonderful job!

    Bath Fitter replaced our shower/tub fixture in the master bath. The plumber arrived right on schedule and did a great job in preparation for the installer. Brian Adams, arrived shortly after the plumber left and went right to work. He did an excellent job with the demolition of the old tub and the installation of the new step in shower. He cleaned up everything and was very respectful of our home. Brian worked very cleanly. Everything the salesman told us was exactly what happened. I can now safely shower. I highly recommend Bath Fitter. I think it is worth every dollar we spent. Other places wanted to charge more and make you work to their schedule rather than to our needs.

    Very happy with the work Bath Fitters did to our bath/shower. A couple years ago we had Bath Fitters refit our tub and shower walls. They did a terrific job and we are very pleased with our new tub and shower. A couple weeks ago we had them come back and install a ceiling cover over the original shower/tub ceiling because we hadn’t done it the first time they came. The process to have them come was very easy. Scheduling was extremely efficient and the person who came to install the ceiling piece did a wonderful job in no time at all. Very pleased with Bath Fitters and would highly recommend them to others. Thank you Bath Fitters!

    Our experience with Bath Fitter, from start the finish was awesome! Jeffery Nelson was super helpful during the consultation and selection process. He listened to our needs/wants and helped us pick what was best for us.     Kyle prepped the plumbing part of the project the day before tub/shower conversion. He was on time, polite, efficient and left the job in great shape for Mike to complete the next day.Mike also was on time, polite, cleaned up after himself and the project, which was a mess with falling tile and a tub that he had to sledge hammer apart! Mike worked nearly 12 hours on my project and I cant say enough positive things about him. He explained things as he went along and answered all my questions.William, the salesman who first answered my call, was also a pleasure to work with. He listened to and answered my questions, ( even my repeated ones) was patient with me as he walked through the options and helped me to make the best decisions for my project.Even the receptionist was a pleasure to speak with.     Justin showed up on time and worked for about 12 hours to remove an old cast iron and install a walk in shower. When he left it was with a beautiful shower both my wife and I are very happy with.     We had a shower redone. The salesman said that the walls would have to be installed individually with seams where they met. He didnt realize that Mike Horner was going to be our tech! Mike make all three walls plus a narrow piece on each side of the opening all in one piece. Mike spent around 9 hours crafting our new shower. He was very helpful explaining different options for our project. Mike is not only a craftsman, he is also an artist who was very courteous and hard working. We are fortunate that he happened to be our installer.

    Bath fitters is phenomenal! The previous owners of our house had a bath cover installed just before we moved in 3 years ago. The cover cracked, and Bath Fitters replaced it no charge. The worker who replaced it was professional, respectful, and did an excellent job. Awesome service!

    We own and old two store home that has and upper and lower apartment. We had a new shower installed in the upper unit and a new tub and surround installed in the lower unit.Jeff, the sales associate was very well informed and he did a great job with his presentation.The plumber came the day before the install and did a great job getting all of the plumbing ready before the install. He did a terrific job.Dylan installed the upper shower which was very complex with many different roof angles that he had to deal with. Brian install the new tub and surround in the lower unit and allowed us to insulate the walls behind the old walls before he did his install.All staff members were extremely friendly, kind and hard working. Their work was impeccable. The installation took about 12 hours but they completed everything in one day and left us with two beautiful new bathrooms.Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you for a job well done. Your the best!!! 😃

    We could not be more pleased with the quality of the work and service from Bath Fitter. The installers were courteous and considerate while working in our home. It was difficult to believe that they could remove our old blue shower tub combo and install a new walk in shower in less than eight hours, but they did. Brian and Jamie did an excellent job, and left our bathroom totally clean after the project was completed, especially considering it was a major tear out, replacing all new plumbing, drywall and sub flooring. I would definitely recommend this company!

    They installed a new tub and surround. We were impressed with both the Plumber and installer, it appears both did a very good job of installation. Hard to believe one person could get it done in a day but he did. We were also very impressed with the salesman. He was quick thorough, and very easy to understand. We had met with a rep from Sunderland the day before who took way to long to explain her product and brag about how good the company was.

    Bath Fitter did an excellent job replacing our outdated tub & shower unit. They had a plumber come in on day one for updating the valve and moving the shower head higher, and then the installer came the next day to complete the job. Our installer, Brian, was a great guy and was very professional. The final product looked great, and the overall turnaround for the project was fantastic. We will use Bath Fitter again when we are ready for our next bathroom update.

    We had our shower replaced, and it was an excellent experience. Steve Hatcher was awesome. He took the time and caring to make sure my shower bench and grab bars were in the best spot for me.     Bath Fitter did some minor plumbing and installed a new tub and shower surround over the old tub. The price was excellent and they did a beautiful job.     Have been very pleased with the quality of work and the time in which it took to get this all done, from meeting with Jeff in sales to the great work by Brian Adams installing the finished product. Had a very minor issue with the faucet, which Brian stopped by the next day and corrected. For what I needed and wanted, these guys did exactly that! Feel I got my moneys worth for sure!!

    We worked with Greg Jenkins and he was the best. Knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Bath fitter’s estimate was fair. Watch out for another big firm who advertises often. They came in at $3000 higher. Then randomly called back a few days later and offered to lower their price by $2000. From our research, Bath Fitters has a quality product. The install was professional and they took care to cover our floors.

    We had just renovated out guest bathroom and instead of putting in a new tub we decided to have the old one reglazed. We had had good results with this process in the past but this time after two repair calls (under warranty) we realized this time it was not an acceptable solution. Bathfitter provided an elegant solution that did not require us to re-do the new tile on the walls and floor adjacent to the tub. The price and scheduling were reasonable and the installers were efficient and professional. Would highly recommend.

    Bath Fitter did an AWESOME job!! I had 3 other estimates from other companies and all of them were way more expensive than Bath Fitter. Also, their one piece seamless wall and their lifetime warranty cannot be matched by other companies. The process was so easy starting by meeting with our Sales Consultant who was so knowledgeable and not pushy like other companies. The next step was I was contacted by their local office to set up the plumbing and install day. Then, in about 3 weeks from the time of our order, the installation was completed. WOW, what a difference with our new bath area! They completed the installation in just one day...just like they advertise. I couldn’t believe it! The plumber and installer were so professional and super friendly. They definitely know what they are doing. They hauled all the extra materials away and cleaned up the bathroom to perfection.
