    The guys from Avada Mechanical have just left my house from doing a repair on my air conditioner. They were curious and efficient. The repair was completed in less than an hour. The bill was reasonable and the owners were also were pleasant to speak with and gave me a really good deal on the price.I will definitely use Avada Mechanical again if needed.     After the storm in September my basement got flooded. The water heater had to be replaced and they gas burner did not work. So basically we had no heat or hot water on Memorial Day weekend. Not only did this company come out on a Friday and look at it but they were able to get the water heater installed over the weekend and instead of making me buy a new gas burner they were able to rebuild it saving me money! My friend told me that there was a shortage of water heaters and that most people were overcharging. They did not. If I could give them more than five stars I would. They did an amazing job. Then I had to call them back in February. I had a small gas leak in the basement and Con Edison shut me down. The next day the temperature was dropping to 15° They were able to send somebody out on a Sunday morning to repair it and once again did not charge me a fortune! They were so professional!

    I highly recommend Arvada Mechanical. My central AC broke few weeks ago. I was originally told by other company that I need to replace it with a new unit. I decided to call Arvada for second opinion and I am so glad I did.Joe and Dan came the same day I called. They immediately identified the faulty part (Capacitor) and save me thousands of money if I were to replace the whole unit. But that isn’t the main reason I recommend them. I asked a lot of questions because I am the kind of person who wants to know more so I don’t get over charged. Joe and Dan were so patient to explain things to me in details, and I don’t usually see that quality in other technicians. They were nice, honest, and professional. I had a great experience with them.

    Quickly scheduled, diagnosed, ordered replacement parts & resolved the problem with my gas-fired water boiler: frequent release of water through the relief valve.     My HVAC heating stopped work in the morning of Chinese New Year. Their rate is reasonable at $125 for each visit and they are really professional. Within five minutes, they diagnosed the problem and made my heating work again. They also explained the reason and changed part for me. I’m very happy with their prompt service and professionalism.

    I called in 2 separate plumbing and heating companies to diagnose the problems I was having with my commercial boiler/heating system...and all to no avail. Thankfully Arvada was able to assess the problem upon their first service call and took care of the situation within days . I was extremely grateful since my tenants were without adequate heat during this winter’s coldest days. Thank you again Arvada for your professionalism and good service!

    Trustworthy is the first word I would use. Service was pleasant, efficient, and fair. I would call them again in a flash. I dont beleive anyone can compete with their level of service at their prices. An appointment was available as soon as I needed. Joe and Andy walked in smiling and got the job done, finding creative solutions to work more efficiently. Five stars well-earned!Update. Used them again for heating. They show up on time, they knew their equipment, and they get the job done. Very pleasant people as well. Highly recommend.

    I can’t say enough about this company!! Holiday weekend and of course my furnace breaks down. I called 3 companies prior to Arvada and not one was able to come until Wednesday. I have guests staying and hot water is absolutely necessary. Not only were they able to diagnosis the issue but had the part accessible. Very professional and reasonable. I thought I was really in over my head financially but was pleasantly surprised. Christmas Eve is not the ideal time for stuff like this.Thanks Mike! Thank god no one had to stay in a hotel!

    This company is great. Had a problem with my heat two days ago. I called them and they came the next day! They explained to me in detail why my unit was not working properly. They had the part necessary on their truck and my heat was up and running within an hour. I highly recommend Arvada Mechanical. They are fair, honest and truly care about their customers.

    I have used Arvada before for my HVAC needs and I recently called them again when my water heater stopped working. The tech came out the same day to diagnose the problem. A big shout out to Dan and Joe for being punctual and professional. While at the home i needed my gas line replaced on the gas dryer. I had brought the wrong size line. Dan and Joe came back the next day with the correct gas line and replaced it. Dan and Joe are awesome! I would never hesitate to use Arvada Mechanical again, and would recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

    Arvada Mechanical Corp. has been a GOD sent who are ready to take on any issue, big and small, at your home or business I met with two of their technicians who are experts. There has been multiple jobs in which our management company has called them for assistance in regards to plumbing and boilers. They were here for us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, nights, weekends and holidays. They help to minimize damage and get your property back to normal as quickly as possible. From my experience as a property manager with multiple commercial and residential buildings we own in the tri-state area is positive as these gentleman showed up promptly, was extremely experienced, professional and are very good man in general. Just recently they repaired a non-working water heater with leaky pipes for a 12 unit residential building with experience, they took their time correcting the mistakes done by a prior contractor, and cleaned up the mess that the leakage created. The plumber explained the whole process and even assisted me with my insurance claim. Their prices and services is unbeatable as I have worked with many in my line of work.     The company that had been servicing my Knight/ Lochinvar HIGH EFFICIENCY boiler (radiant heat and hot water) was taken over but another that didnt offer on-demand service. Google search and a few calls hooked me up to Arvada based in Great Neck. Originally, I scheduled them for periodic maintenance, but then the system locked out and cool weather had just arrived and we had no heat or hot water. I contacted them and they (Mike) hastened the date and took care of the problem (they needed to come back early the next day to exchange a corroded valve). The workers (Joe and Dan) showed up on schedule, were pleasant and found the problem in 15 minutes without the high tech diagnostics. We are up and running for $500.Of course they handle standard systems and can do heat pump conversions, so see if they can help your hearing needs.
