    AMAZING service and best prices!! I had a hot water heater needing replacement over the holidays and they fit me in even faster than I ever could have expected! The installation was quick and seamless with my kids running around, Christmas explosion everywhere, 2 dogs (one a new puppy). They did a better job than anyone I could imagine! Thank y’all again!!     Ive been having ongoing drain issues at a rental house. These guys were AWESOME! They called to see if they could come a little early (yes!), whipped the camera out to finally diagnose the issue, presented us a very reasonably priced resolution, and got us cleaned out and flushing right away. They also happily checked a few other issues for me to make my tenants happy while they were there. A superb experience across the board.

    We highly recommend Above and Beyond Plumbing. We had an issue with our toilets and showers backing up. They came out immediately and repaired our compromised drain line that runs from the house to the street. The line was roughly 4 feet underground. Tanner from the office and Cameron the lead plumber were both very professional and helpful. My wife and I were surprised how inexpensive the service was as well. We will partner with them from now on with all of our plumbing related needs. You wont regret giving this company a call.

    Cameron and office staff at Above & Beyond Plumbing Services were very courteous and professional! Cameron was always on time and finished the job he promised.     Fantastic Service!! When I called Above & Beyond, Nikki was able to identify the likely cause of my plumbing issue and she got my service scheduled quickly.     Cameron was great! I scheduled to have a garbage disposal replaced. Of course, I bought the wrong one so he had to come back a second day.     Simply put, we had an AWESOME client experience with Tanner (owner) and Simon from pre-sale to post-install. They were on TOP of things from the moment we posted on Facebook that we were looking for a master plumber to replace both of our 15 year old State units. Simon reached out immediately and set an appointment for the next day to have Tanner come out, check the leaking unit and quote the repair or replacement. They did not assume replacement was the only option but based on the age and hard water conditions we were prepared for that eventuality. They came onsite and were extremely patient while I hit them with a barrage of questions. Ultimately we told them we wanted to go with (2) Bradford White 50-gal gas units a decision which they fully supported even though they prefer AO Smith for a variety of valid reasons including parts availability. What made us go with them aside from the highly competitive pricing was the fact that Tanner went above an beyond to reroute my cold water supply to the working secondary unit so my family could have hot water while we made our final decision on who would get the job with no obligation. That speaks volumes the ethical nature of their business practices and looking beyond the sale. We called that evening and set the appointment without any further hesitation.When it came time to install, Tanner treated the job like it was his own home. The install was CLEAN and to code. Where required, flexible lines were replaced with hard copper lines and he managed to create a secondary cold water line and shutoff so if in the off chance one of the units had an issue down the road we could isolate the bad unit and still keep running on the other one. Again, above and beyond service, from an Above and Beyond outfit.While I may not have enjoyed the inflationary costs of replacing both units, the competitive pricing and top-notch service almost completely made up for it. They will be my first call and choice for all my plumbing needs going forward.

    We had a problem a previous plumber misdiagnosed completely. I found Above & Beyond Plumbing Services through our communitys social media page. They were able to come right away.     Cameron and Simon were a dream to work with! We were having a leak and had a plumber out in the past but the issue prevailed. Cameron was able to quickly identify the actual problem, and was able to get it resolved just as quickly! He even installed a small easy access door in a discrete place for the plumbing in that area should it ever be needed in the future, and had a great drywall repair guy who was equally responsive.     I called Above and Beyond because my outside faucet was leaking and no matter what I did I couldnt stop the constant drip that soaked my lawn and ran down the street. Our water bill had gone up $30 just from this drip!Tanner is the plumber who came out to my house, and I really felt that he went Above and Beyond when he not only diagnosed the drip but he also ordered the replacement part and had it installed within a couple of days. I am completely satisfied with his work and definitely recommend him personally as a great guy, and Above and Beyond as a fairly priced and competitive plumber service in Keller! Thanks!

Tanner was on the way to an emergency call and couldnt come out so tried to talk me through a fix. Then he wound up being able to swing by on his way home and fixed the problem at 845 at night. He was kind, helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend Tanner for any plumbing needs!

    I called Above and Beyond with an issue in my main sewer line to the street. Tanner called me back promptly and helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone. The issue was resolved without him coming to the house or charging me anything. I had called numerous other plumbers and gotten no help other than they would send someone out at a large minimum charge. I will ALWAYS call these folks first. Their integrity is refreshing and unique. I recommend them highly.

    They were actually my second call because my original phone call told me they’d have to call someone else. When I called above and beyond I got scheduled the same day and a guy named Wade came out. We talked over my issue and he gave me numerous options to choose because he know my financial situation. I was going to need a leak detection but I took it upon myself to try to avoid it so I found the leak spot and changed the work order a bit which he then came earlier and verified that’s where it was. Due to the geniuses that built this house, they made it as complicated as possible but wade and Hoyt tag teamed the 4 lines that fed where the issue is. To put it comply they saved me $350 by going the extra mile for me. It’s hard to find that type of ethics these days in the service industry but when you do you need to cherish those people. I will only use above and beyond moving forward and will recommend them to anyone I know! I couldn’t be more grateful for what they did and I hope someone refs this and considers them as well.     This is the guy you would be willing to pay double, because he is that good, but BONUS - he charges a fraction of a typical plumber. Why? Because he doesnt spend millions on advertising. Yea for you and me, we can actually afford it without going to a finance department. =D Tanner is awesome and my dogs loved him too. He replaced the flange under our toilet saving us $550 (versus quote from the first guy), that is saving a lot more money than he charged. He did a thorough job, told me the price up front, showed me what he was doing, CLEANED UP after himself, even put back things I had taken out of the bathroom. Im so happy to find a great plumber, you will be too.

    Tanner was awesome, and I would highly recommend him. The only honest plumber I found. I needed to install a reverse osmosis system that I had already purchased. At most it was a 2 hour job. Berkeys came out first, looked at my house, pretended to look up some numbers, then told me it would be $719 installed. Over $350 an hour!! Leek Geeks quoted me $1,100!!!! $550 an hour! Jim England - $400-$500. $200-$250 an hour. No parts to purchase, just pure labor. These other plumbers just pulled numbers out of their butt, depending upon what they thought you could afford and might be willing to pay. Not Tanner. He charges a fair price by the hour, a fair profit, he did a great job, worked quickly, and he got the job done in exactly the two hours I knew it would take. Charged me $180 and I tipped him $50 as well. I found my new plumber. Very happy customer here. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Tanner!

    We called Tanner on a Saturday afternoon about 1:45 about our water heater. The copper pipes at the top of the water heater nearly exploded and my husband had to shut off the water. Tanner said he would be right over and he was in our garage in less than 20 minutes. He fixed both the hot and cold water pipes into the tank and charged us a fraction of what other services would have, especially on a weekend. He was in and out of our house in less than an hour. I will call Tanner for any other plumbing needs in a heartbeat. He was professional, knew what he was doing, and was affordable.

    Six days after I moved to Texas, the downstairs toilet on the house Im renting backed up. Sewage was gushing out and traveling down the hall. All this was happening at 9:00 p.m.! I did a Google search and went down the list. Above and Beyond answered my call. I explained my emergency and had a knock on my door in about 15 minutes. 15 minutes!! The problem found was that the main line was clogged. Not only was the problem fixed quickly, by I also received a tip on how to drain the main line outside of the house, so that at least I wouldnt be fighting the water with my shop-vac. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and wont hesitate to call them again.

    I found a water leak in my front yard at 7 pm looked like it happened the last night. So I called them unfortunately they were booked solid for 2 day but still advised me what to do until I could call someone else tomarrow.     Let me start this review about the people leaving bad feedback on Above and beyond plumbing. Theyre mad because he didn’t call them back when he said he would or he was late or didn’t show up to the job. They’re in their right to be like that but let’s remember one thing, He’s a contractor and he is busier than a 1 legged man in a butt kicking contest. Why is he so busy? Because this is one hell of a plumber and really good at what he does. The ones that have all the time in the world for you I assume aren’t that busy, why? Maybe they’re not that good or they’re new to the industry or they have a secretary answering the phones for them. This guy IS good at his job, he’s not new to the industry and he answers his own phone and you talk to the owner himself. I suggest you just keep checking in him for status updates or whatever to keep you on their minds. He will take a text. I’ve texted him many times to keep in the loop. If that’s too hard for you, then go with Mr. Craigslist unlicensed plumber/handy man and see what happens. Take it from me…you don’t want to go there. If not, find out for yourself.As for Tanner, He did a great job fixing my hose Bib, it was corroded on and stuck after many years of abuse and he managed to get it off without busting the pipe in the wall costing me hundreds possibly thousands in repairs. I’ve broke off a pipe in the wall before trying to fix the hose bib behind my house and it sucked bad. I had no water for days while I figured out how to fix it. That’s why I call a plumber now. They’re worth their weight in gold.I also need to re-do my under sink plumbing in the kitchen. I’m a handy guy and Tanner recognized it and talked me through what I need to do to fix it myself, So..I’m going to try it and if it I can’t get it right, he assure me he would be there for me. Good guy in my book. Anyways, Tanner is not my buddy and I’m not being paid by him or getting free work to write this review. This review is my own opinion and I’m writing it to level out the bad reviews he received from others. I just think He did a great job and deserves a great review.     Tanner did an excellent job with an issue I was having with a noise I was hearing from my Hot Water Heater. I called him and described the issue and he advised me where to look to find what could be causing the issue.
