I just want everyone to know that I have received some ridiculously good service from this company. Seriously. I am of German descent and my standards are disgustingly high for most companies. These guys went more than above and beyond to make sure than my family and I get the best service. The furnace and ac they put in work absolutely flawlessly and they made sure their bid was the best financially and in every other way. There was a very minor issue with the install and the owner himself came to evaluate the work his employees have done and everything was fixed immediately. I have never had such a great interaction with a company and its employees. Everyone was extraordinarily polite and thoughtful. Very happy! I am recommending them to everyone!!! Every other company should take notes from these guys when it comes to customer service. HUGE KUDOS!!!

We have a hot water boiler system so we do not have ducts to put in central air. We have 2 wall air conditioning units… one went out after approx 30 yrs. Kettman’s ( Miguel, Connor, Michael, & Cody) came and put in not only 1 new unit but also 4 more…which was a big job. Their work is beautiful and everyday they cleaned up so well that I wouldn’t have even known they were there. They were professional and arrived on time each day. I’d highly recommend Kettman’s for your needs.Thank you!!

This an outstanding business in Granville ( Putnam County ) Illinois. We have used them several times for personal and commercial settings. They are by far the most professional group of people we have dealt with for this kind of service.They take the most personal care and concern about your needs and wants. They are very quick to respond and fix any issues you are experiencing. We had a complete Heating and Ac system installed in our home and just in time before this big storm in Feb. 2022. Our furnace was on the brink and the gang pulled together and had us up and going in two days, great job Kettmans! Highly recommend them, they have our business, David and Wendy Todd and Toddys Garage!

We are in the process of a home reno and it was highly recommended to us to get our ducts cleaned, which probably hadnt been done in years! I called Kettmans and they got us scheduled right away within a week of calling. When the two guys came they were very professional and nice.
