All I can say is that Scott is awesome. He was working for a neighbor at 9pm at night. I had seen his truck out front of my neighbors house so I walked over to see if he was still there because I was in need of an emergency service. He walked over and bailed me out of a jam. Super hard working, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Well done and suffice it to say I have a new plumber to contact for any future needs!

Scott is nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! We were in the middle of a renovation nightmare and Scott saved us. He came and fixed everything. He works with the precision of a surgeon; the quality of his work cannot be matched. On top of that, he is incredibly responsive - I recommend texting the number on the answering machine. He came to our home immediately even though it was not an emergency. It was a big job that he got done quickly so our renovation could keep moving. He stayed late both nights to finish the job. He exceeded our expectations in every way!

Highly recommend. We called for an emergency before-hours sump pump replacement due to flooded basement. Not only was Romei the only plumber that answered, but he was here in less than half an hour early in the morning, and had the sump pump replaced in under 15 minutes. He also got us in contact with a restoration company who got arrived within 30 minutes of his call and starting pumping out the standing water. This could have been a far worse disaster without his quick work and attention. Thank you!
