    FIVE STARS for True Plumbing located in Grantsville & West Jordan! They replaced our disgusting kitchen sink, faucet & disposal just today. WOW! See the before & after photos below. Were extremely happy with their honesty, skills & professionalism! We completely trust them, and we will have them help us with any future plumbing needs. Theyre very fast, fair, friendly & fabulous! We highly recommend them for any plumbing issues youll ever have. Earlier, they helped us clear outa major clog in our plumbing lines that was making sewer water come up our tub drain, and they also changed out our Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) that was on our main water line thats coming into our house, too.     The team was professional and knowledgeable. I had a hot water leak. They came out quickly to resolve the problem before it became a disaster. At that time I also found out the current water heater was not up to code. They installed a new unit and brought it up to code the same day.

    My elderly mom had an issue with her sink. Jason was able to go to her home same day and fixed the issue quickly. Jason was professional, friendly and VERY kind to my mom. It can be difficult to find companies, and individuals, to trust with elderly parents. I will not use anyone else for my moms plumbing needs.

    DONT LOOK ANY FURTHER!These guys are amazing! We had a basement plugged up, we called Rare Breed Plumbing and they quoted us $1200.Jason and his apprentice Easton from True Plumbing came on their way home from work, and stayed until the job was done! The price was substantially less as well. We are truly grateful this company!

    True Plumbing is a family-owned business in Grantsville, UT, and has been around for over 20 years. I first called them in 2021 when Jason cleared a clogged main line. I called again in February 2024 to replace the garbage disposal motor in my kitchen. To my surprise, Jason was able to fix the old unit without charging me. Amazing! You dont find that kind of honesty anymore. Last week, I had a leaking shower, and they fixed that too. I highly recommend True Plumbing—they are 100% honest and never take advantage of you.

    Sunday, Fathers Day & Jason with True Plumbing Heating and Air was on the job in no time. In fact at 1 hour 15 minutes from first contact to job complete and thats including a trip back for an additional tool, Im very happy.     Jason came out for a late night repair and for some corroded faucet pipes, and again the next morning. He was professional and helpful, and did great work. We definitely will call him again next time we need a repair.

    We had to replace everything in our crawl space and they did a marvelous job! East and Nick worked the longest and hardest and were here for 3.5 days to revamp all our plumbing. They were efficient and organized, and left everything tidy. They were very kind and informative about everything they did. We are so grateful to have plumbing we can count on! Thank you!!

    East, Nick, and Jason were professional, knowledgeable, diligent, and provided exceptional work. They communicated to us each and every time they needed the water shut off, which drains and faucets were operation, and at the end of each day how the progressed and which lines were working. They removed all work refuse and left our home in great condition. I would use True Plumbing again.

    BEST Plumber Ive found in Salt lake. I was really impressed by their service. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my water heater. He was able to diagnose and repair at a very affordable rate. I will definitely use them again for any other repairs around my house.

    We had some sewage coming up through the drain in our Utility room.We noticed this at 10 PM. My wife called several companies looking for someone to come out tonight because the basement started smelling like sewage and we didnt want to use any water until we got it fixed and un clogged. They all told us they would either call us back or they could be out first thing in the morning. Which none of the called back. So I kept searching and came across True Plumbing. They answered right away put us on hold while they got hold of there Technician. Jason was at are house within 30 minutes. This was after midnight. He was very professional. I showed him where the issue was and he gave an upfront estimate and he found the clog and had it done within 30 minutes. He also put his snake camera to make sure it was cleared. I would definitely recommend using this company. Jason was awesome. He also recommended us a restoration company which I thought was cool of him since this is sewer water and we need to get it cleaned up properly.

    Jason stopped by after a water heater install to take a look at a leaking backflow preventor valve. Amazing service, stopped the leak and didnt even charge to stop by because it was a quick temporary fix! I will absolutely be using their services again!!! Great company from my first experience!

    Yesterday, i had a plumbing issue and was struggling to find information about it. after many google searches and phone calls to various people, i could neither find help nor answers. i came across true plumbing and had a good feeling about them after reading their reviews. plus, they were local. i called up and was connected with jason to ask him some questions and for some advice. i told him my situation and exactly what i needed to ask. he did not hesitate to help me. he did not tell me to set up an appointment for them to come out or request some type of payment before he would answer any questions. he just jumped right in and helped. i cant even begin to convey the relief i had after speaking with him. he correctly addressed and diagnosed my issue. told me exactly what to try and where i was going wrong. worked perfectly. exactly as he said. in this day and age, you just dont get that level of service and help anymore. you dont. yet jason provided it. if i ever need future plumbing assistance, i will not hesitate to call and use true plumbing. i would also highly advise and recommend anyone reading this to do the same. the bar has been set...

    Wow, Im impressed. These guys are great. Its always impressive when you realize there are still busi esses and people that treat their customers as great as True Plumbing and Jason. Very friendly, came out fast to take care of my Disposal Replacement. Excellent job, and reasonable. I sure know who to call when I need plumbing and other related issues.     True Plumbing did a great job of helping us get the plumbing taken out so we could remove our bathroom vanity, and also with fixing our leaky kitchen sink! Jason was very kind and was so helpful in helping us move forward with our bathroom remodel. We used other plumbers in the past, but True Plumbing has been the most consistent with pricing and doing things correctly the first time!

    On 07/10/2023 I had a pipe burst in our basement after midnight. Gave Jason a phone call and he came out to our house in the middle of the night. Took care of a pipe burst really quick. He also referred us to restoration company. Same day they came out and took care of the pipe issue. Really nice company and definitely recommend them to anyone that has an issue with pipes.     The True Plumbing crew has been out to my house several times now. After an awesome first experience with the company having to do a total re-pipe on our main bathroom because of the age of the pipes, we decided to have them back out to install a tankless water heater and a water softener.Because they were so awesome and VERY reasonably priced, I decided to have them re-pipe our second bathroom when we remodeled it.Jason, Easton and Nick were so awesome to work with and so professional. I will continue to use True for all my household plumbing needs. I cannot recommend these guys enough!!!

    We called on a Monday mid-morning regarding a clog. True sent Jason over that afternoon. He fixed it for no charge. Very polite and professional. They also do renovations and installs, we will be calling True for our next project.

    Excellent work done with care. Jason, the owner/operator, saved me from myself after I tried to do my own hot water heater swap. Not only did he fix my mistakes, he found a few problems I wouldn’t have noticed until my new water heater failed. Highly recommended.

    I gave these guys a call after trying to find someone that could come help me with an impossible toilet blockage. Jason came out within a few hours after calling and got the blockage cleared in the main line and in the process found that my vintage cast iron sewer line had holes in it.     I had a leak under my kitchen sink. I couldn’t locate it, so I called True Plumbing. They were very responsive and making an appointment was super easy. They were able to schedule me right away. The technician showed up, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. They very very professional and explained to me what they did. I’ll be adding them to my tool bent of local techs to use.
