    Byco removed my old kitchen floor tile and installed new tile. Andres was a delight to work with as were his installers. I am so happy with the results. Not only was the price more than reasonable, the work was done with perfection. They masked off the kitchen to prevent dust migration and cleaned up like my house was theirs. The old floor is the brown one.

    Byco is excellent to deal with. I had a furnace go out last winter and they would show up as needed while waiting for all of the parts to come in to make sure I didnt go without heat. AC stopped working this spring, again they were out on the same day and replaced capacitors getting everything up and running in an hour. Amazing to deal with, same day service, and always helpful and compassionate. I cant recommend them high enough!!!

    Very responsive (responded to my call immediately and had a crew to my house within the hour). The quality of service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. It was a simple plumbing fix, but done with great care and the lead technician explained what to look out for in case it became a problem again. He was patient and thorough and I loved the way he was teaching the young apprentice who was with him (mostly about how to provide good customer service, less about the technical work as it was such a simple fix).

    Our toilet quit working and the water shutoff valve broke. We were able to get an appointment for the next day after I called. Service was great and reasonable. Repairman was friendly and respectful of our home. Would definitely recommend and utilize their services again!

    I made an appointment with Byco for service to address a plumbing issue. The service person was Mark. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to troubleshoot my problem and suggest a solution that seems to have solved the issue with sewer gas we had experienced inside our home. He was very thorough and upon inspection found a separate issue that potentially could contribute to our issue and fixed it as well. Thanks for a job well done.

    I went with Byco because I knew they would do quality work. They installed a heat pump hot water heater and a mini-split in my house. It took a while to get the appointment set up but now that its done I can say it was worth the wait.

    Byco had just installed both our Heat Pump Water Heater and Heat Pump Heating and Cooling System. They also upgraded our well water tank. The installations went very well. Kalen, our HVAC expert has singlehandedly installed the Bosch Thermotechnology BOVB-36HDN1-M18M Inverter Ducted Split Heat Pump at our 108 years old residence. He encountered minor challenges in installing the Thermostat since the house has solid walls but was able to hide the wire and was done with great care and very professional. We are very happy with our Heat Pump Units and highly recommend BYCO to others because of their expertise and professionalism. They really know their work. We are very pleased!

    One of the best service companies I ever used. They respond very quickly and do a great job. It may be possible to save a few pennies elsewhere, but in my opinion it isnt worth it. You probaly cant find someone one to do the job as quickly, as they will, and you dont have to worry about getting anyone else to fix a messed up job. Five stars in my book.

    I have used Byco several times for plumbing emergencies . They respond quickly and provide excellent service. All their employees have been professional and knowledgeable, and quite tolerable of our overzealous dog and cat ! Their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Byco.

    Several years ago we purchased a home built in the early seventies. While personally renovating the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms we have used BYCO for all of our HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing needs. They have been easy to work around our schedule and provide as timely and professional help in these area’s.

    Byco has many great people who really know what they are doing. They can handle simple electric/plumbing projects or complicated larger ones like new service and working with the utilities. It would be helpful if there was one single point of contact however for the whole project. It would also be helpful for their employees to have voicemail so messages could be left after hours or if you want to leave a very detailed message.

    Everyone was very helpful and responded quickly to our need for a new sump pump .The response and replacement was done in less than 2 hours and at a price that was unbelievably reasonable.Great people and company.

    As the General Manager of The Floor Store my crew was installing a tile shower, we noticed our recess would be in conflict with a 1/2 CPVC pipe and we couldnt afford to wait days or weeks for a plumber. We call Byco and we met the plumber on the job site the next morning. 30 minutes later we were back up and able to continue on with our tile without delay.They have assisted us numerous times without delay and with the utmost professionalism!     I contacted four (4) HVAC contractors for replacement of an existing unit, and Byco was by far the most responsive, informative and professional. Tims communication was timely and complete. Scheduling and installation occurred as planned. Mark (lead installer) was great to work with. An ordering snafu occurred, leading to an equipment compatibility issue, but it was resolved in a timely and fair manner. I highly recommend Byco for your HVAC needs.

    We requested a dishwasher installation. Our house has the Plex system and the dishwasher has never been replaced. There was no cutoff and no electric socket as there should have been.     They have done many plumbing and hvac repairs at our house. They installed a water system to bring up the ph and filter the iron out. They always give us excellent service at an excellent price.     I worked with Byco previously to install a mini split in an area above my garage. I had a great experience, so when I had a sewer drain backup into my home on a Friday at 4PM, I called Byco. Byco is truly amazing, I spoke to Kevin, he was able to get Mark to come out that evening to unclog the drain. He uncovered a much larger problem that the original contractor had created. They reduced a 3 sewer line into a 2 sewer line, which should never have been done. Byco supplied a a quote and scheduled to return to replace the 2 line with the proper size pipe. Mark once again completed the work in a timely and professional manner. I wish I could find other such contractors in the Deep Creek Area. I would recommend Byco for any plumbing or electrical needs.

    Byco installed the HVAC, Instant Hot Water Heater and whole house Generator in our home in Grantsville. They have come every year to provide maintenance service.     Byco did alot of work for the new dinning hall addition at the Grantsville Vol. Fire Dept, Including all the plumbing, interior excavation ,electrical ,hvac and some of the fire alerting system. They are without a doubt, very professional, very honest ,very knowledgeable and good at what they do. My experience with this company has been nothing but great. I would and do recommend them to anyone.

    Bycos electricians are the best! They are extremely efficient and dont waste time. Phil and Derek have done a lot of electrical work for me and I have NEVER had any issues with their work;. They are able to troubleshoot, identify, and repair problems in work performed by others! BYCO Plumbers were able to find source of sewer gas leaks in plumbing installed by others.

    BYCOs plumber did work for me to repipe a two line well jet as well as do some repiping work in my water systems pressure tank and water condition system. Over my roughly fifty years of experience this was the most skilled and broad based knowledgeable plumber I have ever worked with.     Our boiler and hot water system went down in the evening. I called BYCO first thing in the morning. Within 1.5 hrs, tech Milford Yoder arrived. He figured everything out, ordered all of the parts to repair. When all of the parts came in, Milford called me first thing that morning, came, made repairs. Couple of hrs later, heat and hot water was back on. Same great service as the first time, several, years ago for different problem!

    In our new home in built in 2007, BYCO installed the entire electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. The work was first class and has performed wonderfully for 16 straight years. They repaired a fault gas pressure valve on the original water heater at not cost, even though it was out of warranty. Later, they replaced the gas water heater with a new electric water heater at a very reasonable cost. The workmen are professional, courteous, friendly and trustworthy. I trust them enough to allow them in the home unattended to do their work.
