Richard came right out, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about solar. He did a visual look at the solar panels to make sure leaves or squirrels hadnt caused any problems. He found the problem right away in the electrical panel(there are a few panels and boxes relating to solar) - the breakers in the panel servicing my home that relate to the solar had tripped - had me put them back in the on position so Id know what to do next time. And he didnt charge me anything!! Super nice guy!
